Everybody here is so awesome! Very friendly and helpful staff. I feel very comfortable with them taking care of my dog

We've reached the point that we have now experienced every service, good and bad, that Riverside has to offer. When our pets were healthy, they laughed and played with them, when they were sick they took the utmost care of them, and when the worst happened they handled it with kindness, dignity, and compassion. We couldn't be more pleased with Riverside and hope to have all of our animals taken care of by them for a long time.

7 dogs over 35 year window, at times, 4 concurrently. Through thick and thin, my entire fur and human family were treated as Family by Riverside Vet. Professional, Personable, Reliable, and Helpful. My dogs were handled and treated as Their family. Much ❤️ given. Customer for life.

Recently I had to have my 2.5 yr old hamster put down. The staff at Riverside Animal hospital were so kind and compassionate throughout the entire process from my initial call to the very end. I felt like, despite my companion being so small, they understood how much he meant to me. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Great Vets, easy to work with. They care and actually listen about the issues that we were having with our pup. The vet was a huge help and now has allowed our dog to get better after years having issues with our other vet in the area

The vets here are very competent, and they always offer the best care to my animals. They do their best not to rack up the bill when doing diagnostics. Their years of experience really shine through in their work.

Very best of care for pets

Just moved here from CA called to make an appointment and had to leave a message to call me back for an appointment. Never received a call back! Call Green Bay Animal Hospital on Mason Street and received professional service. I would skip Riverside Animal Hospital if I were you.

My cat beanie baby has colitis and Dr. Jennifer Knorr called after office hours to help me figure out what was going on. Not only did she help me address other problems that I've had with bean but she helped me address the concerning problem with her colitis. They were affordable, kind and generous even after I was crabby. The receptionist ladies are also wonderful. Thank you for putting up with me and for being such a wonderful clinic. Nobody has this veterinarian clinic beat. No possible way. Thank you Doctor and all of Riverside hospital!

Great vets, great pricing. They’ve always treated my cats so kindly, and they are more than willing to explain things about the procedures/diagnoses/medications/etc. I also appreciate how well they responded to COVID, and I feel safer for it.
