Went out of town for a few days dogs absolutely loved their stay with the friendly staff at Golrusk. Will absolutely be using them in the future

It is neat and clean, and the staff is nice!

I brought my cat Ellie here when my family traveled out of town for a week. With it being the first time that we've been away from her I was anxious. The staff here are amazing and very responsive when I texted to see how she was doing. I will use them again for sure and will certainly recommendthem to anyone who asks.

When we take our fur babies to Goldrusk, whether for boarding or grooming, we know they are in good hands. Our groomers LOVE our fur babies and are alway so excited to see them.

I’ve used Golrusk East for boarding 3 or 4 times now and been doing basic training for about 5 weeks with them. The training has been really helpful to get my dog exposure to other dogs in a controlled environment. The reason I’m giving 3 out 5 stars in because of my last boarding experience. I had to travel for work for 6 days and when I called to set up the boarding I told the person on the phone the date and that I would like him to have the same set up as he had before (can look up in records: suite with 2 extra playtimes). My dog has aggression towards other dogs (they know) so I wanted a quieter spot where he wouldn’t feel too much stress from other dogs. Granted, I did not say this explicitly and I do take responsibility for that, however the lady on the phone obliged and said they were good to go (she never reviewed anything with me prior to hanging up-which I thought was odd, but I just assumed they got it since he’d stayed in the past). When I dropped him off, the lady was short with me also did not review the terms of his stay with me, but there was a line and some other people in the store, so again, I assumed she got everything right even though I had a bad feeling about it. When I picked him up, I was then told he was put in a kennel and had diarrhea, enough for them to stop giving him the food I packed and swap for a bland diet. His diarrhea was going on for 3-4 days (they never called me to tell me). I then had to take him to the emergency vet that evening because he had blood in his stool and was extremely stressed out. I have no doubt they wanted to take care of my dog, but I just think there were some administrative aspects that should be better. I do really like this place, but I am hesitant to bring my dog back there for boarding again.

I take my dog to Fun Camp twice a week plus had Kindergarten training. Highly recommend Golrusk.

Did really well with our great Pyrenees Moose. Made him look like a proper gentleman.

They do such a great job with our bassett's nails and ears!!! Great place, highly recommend!

I didn't bring my fur babies here, I had to pick up a fur baby! The staff kept their distance and were very sweet ladies!

They were good until My dog kennel cough

I absolutely adore Golrusk - they are a Godsend! I am the proud doggie mom of a 6 year old Cockapoo (Greta) & a 2 year old daschund/terrier mix (Lucy). Greta had one bad grooming experience when she was younger & it scarred her to the point where I would have to medicate her anytime she needed to be groomed. Theresa at Golrusk is SO patient & kind and does a fabulous job with Greta. She doesn't come home traumatized for days after grooming like she used to. We are SO thankful we were able to find such a caring & talented groomer at such a reasonable price. And Lucy also loves the doggie daycare! :-)

Dog smells good, nails are trimmed. Staff is courteous. Dog comes home dying of thirst though.

Been going there with different dogs for 30 years. Trustworthy, kind, and great for boarding your fur babies. Takes the guilt out of boarding

They are so professional and love your dog. We have used Golrusk services for grooming, boarding, play day and classes for all of our pets and the dogs loved going there. They are like family!

They were so AMAZING with Shepherd/Lab. We are new to Green Bay & she was so used to her Groomer in PA. I was a lil nervous. They greeted her an made her feel so comfortable. When I picked her up, Mercedes looked absolutely beautiful ???? ????

Our dog loves going to Golrusk, and I believe he receives good care on both the boarding and grooming side. BUT, I’m so fed up with their awful customer service that I have decided to bring our new puppy some place else for grooming. Over the past few months, they have made multiple errors when I have made a phone appointment. This wouldn’t be so frustrating if they would admit they possibly could have a mistake, but instead the workers always blame me, never apologize, and never try to figure out a solution. Most recently, they told me I had the wrong day for our grooming appointment and claimed that I scheduled the appointment on a milestone birthday when I will be out of town. There is no possible way I would have scheduled a grooming appointment when I will be out of town for my birthday (We are living through a pandemic and haven’t gone anywhere in months- it’s a big deal). Again, if the worker had just said, “I’m so sorry someone must have entered the wrong week/day. Let me see what I can do to accommodate you.” or even “I’ll add you to our cancellation list.” I would have been appeased, but instead the worker rudely blamed me and said if I couldn’t bring the dog on my birthday, there weren’t any appointments for almost a month. Customer Service 101: “The customer is always right, even when they are wrong.”

The puppy training classes are really great. My puppy is learning so much.

Our fur baby loves the attention she gets there, we love the look she comes home with and the value.

Our Zuzu has been thru 3 sessions of Ultimate Dog Daycare. She has issues with insecurity around people and other dogs and these sessions have helped her tremendously. She has learned so much. She thrives on learning new tricks and practical things like going up and down stairs which in the 3 years we had her she never would do. But this class taught her it was fun. She actually looks forward to going to Golrusk because she knows it's ok to have fun and it's ok to meet new people and new dogs. Zuzu has a fear of loud sounds, rain etc. He vet recently told me part of her problem is her insecurity. I told the Vet about us putting her in Ultimate Dog Daycare and she said this is the best thing we can do for her and totally recommends it for her. Thank You Golrusk...Thank You Patti & Tina!

Staff is so friendly and my pooch didn't even want to leave when I came to pick her up after vacation last year. So I didn't hesitate to leave her at Golrusk again this year.
