We had to put our beloved pet to rest and they made the process easy even though I was a mess. They were all kind, and sympathetic. The vet stayed and talked to me as I cried. 110 percent recommend ♡

I really like Allouze animal hospital cuz the staff is wonderful the doctors are wonderful they squeeze me in cuz my vet was sick but I went to them before from a the last cat I had but they would just like come on in let's see what you yor cat problem is.

If I could make this a "10" I would!! A major shout out to Dr Haley and Gina along with the rest of the staff. In this day where it is near impossible to get into a Vet Gina showed her compassion and got me in the next day. Dr Haley did all she could with that same care and compassion. I lost my beloved pet and friend but I made new friends in them. NOBODY else would even consider helping me, even my own established vet clinic who I would love to mention but will not. God bless this Animal Hospital and all those you make it happen there!

Dr. Abby is so sweet with my 2 rescues that are both absolutely terrified of the vet. She's very kind and treats your pets like family. If you have concerns, she will take them seriously. I've had many vets blow off my concerns without actually looking into it, so I really appreciate that. All the techs are great and very knowledgeable, front desk staff is wonderful. I 100% recommend to anyone in the area looking for a new vet for their fur babies!

I've always received excellent care for my babies. This time was only for rabies shot and check weight. The latter is always done.

The Veterinarian and the Techs were all so super nice. Very knowledgeable and so good at what they do. Took good care of puppy and trust them with all animals

Absolutely love this place. Dr Becky and her team are by far the best around. The care and compassion is 2nd to none. Their Homeward Bound, in home euthanasia, is something every vets office should strive for. They take one of the worst possible situations and help make it as easy as possible. I will forever be grateful that we found our way to this office back in 2004.

Love this place! Won't take our pets anywhere else. Dr Abby and Dr Becky are so good with our dogs and cats.

My family and I have taken our pets to this vet since the early 70's I would not take my fur babies to any place else. Yesterday was one of my hardest visits as I had to put my cat down. The staff was so kind during this time I couldn't have asked for better care for my cat.

One of the most important decisions you will make as a pet parent is finding a quality vet. I look for recommendations from my friends. I received 5 recommendations all for allouez. I was not disappointed. I can not say enough good things about Allouez. I have an emotional support dog for my daughter Hannah. My first initial contact was over the phone to set up the appointment. The call was easy and efficient I explained that my dog wasn't pleasant to other dogs. Receptionist said to call when I arrived for my appointment they would just clear the lobby. My mind at that point was blown. Really no muzzle or special entrance excetra.. When I arrived everything went smoothly my daughter and I, along with Trixie entered the building upon clearance of other dogs. It was so clean and well organized. Staff was kind passionate and friendly to all of us. We Were not required to wear masks! My daughter was welcome to stay. We both enterented the exam room with Trixie. They take their time with explanations and options. We did not wait all but 3 minutes for the vet to come into the exam room. Trixie received a lot of attention from all of the staff. I even asked if I could watch them cut her nails so I could learn, they said of course. I told Becky (the vet) that my daughter Hannah had been feeding Trixie all kinds of food that made her sick and overweight. Becky identified that my daughter was autisic, and talked to her about why the foods were bad for Trixie in words my daughter could understand. During our visit she asked me about Trixie's behaviors with other dogs. I explained and she recommended an affordable trainer that could help me with Trixie. In a nutshell They are wonderful, affordable, passionate, amazingly helpful people, who really care about the animals, (and their human companions!.) If you are looking for a vet for your animals look no further.

They have the greatest of care teams. Always treat my dogs as their own and ensure their comfort during exams.

Dr Becky and her team are the best in the area. They are a bit more expensive than other vets I've been to, but the quality of care is worth every extra cent. :)

The vet was very helpful. We went on for shots but she helped me figured out what I can do about my 28lb cat

Called and set an appointment for 12 week shots on my GSP puppy. This did not go easy. Had to spell my last name 6 times, verify and spell my address 4 times. Put on hold twice for some reason??? I once lived in De Pere for 7 years and have used this vet facility when it was located at another address and in its current location. I received good service back then. Finally the time comes to be there for the appointment. Walked in with pup and shot records for a 3:30 appointment. It was clean and nobody in the waiting room. Instantly I was escorted to an exam room. It was nearly 20 minutes before a vet tech came in and almost another 20 minutes before the vet came in. I only needed 12 week shots. They performed a routine exam and provided the shots. To include a cleaning of his ears. Got to the check out counter to pay the bill. I got absolutely gouged by the final bill! $200.00 plus! They itemized the bill and it showed how I got gouged. I did not schedule a wellness exam. I have had my pup to our vet at 3 days old, 6 weeks and 9 weeks. My pup just needed 12 week shots. I absolutely made this clear when scheduling the appointment which like I earlier said, was a fiasco by itself. This was very deceiving and unprofessional experience by this facility.

Ended up taking cat to our regular vet a week later to find that I could have helped my cat with a much easier and cheaper treatment. Spent over 300. When cat continued to get worse we called our regular vet (who was not available when our cat needed to be seen) charged 95. In 3 days he was back to normal. The doctor here did care for our cats total well being and if money had not been an issue, perhaps this would read differently. Doctor was kind and down to earth.
