Silver Spring Animal Wellness Center has very good COVID procedures in place. Patients call from the car and the staff can come to get the pet or you can go in with them. I think our little shy Papillion-mix dog made a couple friends, because they called her "Sweetie" when they brought her back to me after she got her shot.

Doing anything in Covid season takes more time and effort usually but my past visit to SSAWC was efficient and didnt take any longer than a normal appointment. My pet came out looking happy and bright after her treatment.

I have had three dogs over the last dozen years with caring, professional veterinary service provided by Silver Spring Animal Wellness Center. All health concerns have been well explained and investigated thoroughly. My dogs are not at all anxious to go to "the vet" which is a high compliment.

I just moved to the area and took my dogs here on a Saturday for their first appointment here and their annual checkups. I was really impressed with their organization and follow up with getting records from our former clinics. It really helped to make sure they got all of their vaccines caught up. Also, they sent us a cute welcome card! Happy to make this my dogs’ primary clinic.

They like to over charge young pet owners as they know they it’s easy to get away with. Went once and spent a nice chunk of change and received a plan of what was to come for my pup. Went back for my next schedualed appt and got charged for another “exam” even though I have the full plan written from the first visit. If you love overpriced vets, this ones for you !

They have taken care of my dog all his life, never has a problem.

Really happy that they could come out to the car to trim toenails Dog is getting old and doesn't like his nails cut .

Everyone here is always very kind and thorough! They always remember my pets and treat them well. I was worried sending my old man in by himself due to COVID constrictions and they made sure to give him extra love since I couldn’t hold him.

Dr. Katie is amazing as always! She really listens and takes the time to ask questions to figure out what the best treatment is for our budget and for the needs of our pets. You can tell she truly loves animals. The rest of the support staff is kind and treat you like friends. We love silver spring animal wellness!

Silver Spring Animal Wellness Center has been great. They act as our large breeds primary and have helped us through emergency surgeries and annual visit. They have lended advise for our second dog on joint visits as well. They barely missed a beat in these pandemic times. Thank you.

Sliver Spring were so nice the staff was very careing we took out Abbie girl two weeks ago to go to Rainbow bridge they were so gentle with her made us feel so much at ease I have other dog Rita who has be checked i will differently bring her their The Vet was so great too

Dr. Moss is the Best Vet Ever. She reslly cares for your animals and you.

Took my cat here seen as she was sick and kept throwing up here food and dramatically losing weight. Paid over $300 for all the testing and everything came back fine. I feel she should of been given some kind of antibiotics to help calm her stomach down. The vet told us to take her to a speciality clinic because they weren’t fully equipped for this kind of measure. I will not take any of my animals back here seen as they aren’t fully equipped to fully help animals but they make sure to take your money and don’t help at all, my cat Marbles didn’t even make it a month later before she passed do to this illness that she had.

Level of care is outstanding. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Our dogs Buggie and Munchie are big fans of this place! They’re greeted by friendly faces, especially TJ. Dr. Pete and Munchie have a special bond! He’s always made us feel comfortable with treatment. Note: one thing that wasn’t given to me as an option was a Tider test for parvovirus/distemper which could prevent potentially unnecessary vaccination. When they drew a blood panel for Buggie it wasn’t offered as an option, because of this they had to draw his blood twice. But now I know to ask for this upfront, but it would be nice if they offered it! Both dogs did the tider test and didn’t need to be vaccinated for distemper!

Always thankful for the guidance provided by Silver Spring Animal Wellness Center - got an appointment quickly, pleasant folks and my puppy is feeling better already!

Great caring staff. The interior has started to look run down and in need of some tlc. That is the only issue I have here. But they have everything and MORE...where it COUNTS. ????
