You guys are the greatest you took care of my Vito

They are a wonderful vet office. Been taking my Rat Terrier Cash to them since 2007. On November 9, 2021 had o put him down after 17 years and they were wonderful on taking care of him and me. Now they will be taking care of my new companion.

They are sympothic when they need to put down your animal. Really caring people.

Hi I took my dog for a appointment for fleas. They told me he didn’t have fleas as to finish the flea medication he was on. Then if I decided to put him on a different medication that they would prescribe it to me up to a full year.Well after a couple of months I tried to get a hold of the vet and no one would call me back to fill his medicine. After calling and waiting for 3 weeks They finally told me I would have to bring him in to see the new doctor and pay for another office visit.This was three months after I had already paid them for an office visit.They told me the new doctor won’t prescribe unless he sees my dog.This place is a joke I gave them $200 to see my dog and prescribe him three months of flea medicine and they won’t honor the 12 month prescription fill as promised.They are a bunch of scam artist and I would not recommend going there.Oh yeah After my first visit they called me at home saying that I owe them another $30 for some test.They’re unprofessional and I would suggest finding somewhere else to go

I have been taking my senior dog, Miller, to them for 13 years. Even when I moved out of Franklin (to Waukesha and then to Twin Lakes) I have kept him with them. The entire staff loves animals and cares about not only the pets but the owners too. I had to get Miller in to see a doctor quickly due intestinal distress. He wasn't able to see Dr. T but he was able to see another doctor. I received a call from Dr T a couple days later, AFTER business hours, wondering how Miller was doing. Thought that was the sweetest thing. Would highly recommend this vet to anyone!

Doctor Thebrt has taken care of our dogs for 24 years and has done an excellent job. Rates are good and they offer cooperative rates on medicines. The also offer kennel services.

Always friendly and caring and always have solutions to our pet problems thank you Dr t bear you're the man. The staff is also awesome.

We have taken our 3 dogs here for years and the care is absolutely excellent.

The staff here are the greatest. Very caring and compassionate! Dr. Thebert is the best! Takes great care of your pets and gets to know you as an individual as well. We have been going to him over 20 years now. I drive by multiple veterinarian clinics to get to them and never would think of going anywhere else.

They made my girl feel comfortable when she was hurt and took great care of her.

Boy we love Dr Thebert, but the other guy is not reliable, non-responsive, slow to respond, cares little apparently. Especially slow in signing prescriptions and their prices are not competitive....Finally got around to it! Thanks so much!!

Very kind people who know what they're doing

First visit with our 9 week old maltipoo. Our sweet pup was very sick and they squeezed us in that day. This mama bear was very happy about that! The entire staff was wonderful! So caring and sweet. It was only our first visit but I would highly recommend them. Thanks so much for the wonderful care that Cody received! You guys and gals are AWESOME!

The staff always had your pet's best interest at heart. Dr. Thebert is a knowledgeable and dedicated vet.

My family has used this vet for years with many pets. They explain situations fully, have genuine care and concern for tha animals and are clearly far more concerned with their well being than viewing them as profits to be earned which I have experienced elsewhere. Dr. T and Dr. Houk are amazing and id be hardpressed to let any other vet in Wisconsin help my pack of four pups!
