Great staff service/support. Very accomodating to my temperamental Kitty. The Dr has great follow up and she did not take advantage of 'adding' up service cost! A pleasant experience and will be my only Vet moving forward!

Sweetest staff you will ever meet.

Brought my 13.5 year boston terrier there for a routine new client appointment. Vet said he had an ear infection. Shocking because he never had one in his life. She prescribed ANIMAX ear medicine in both ears. Within 5 days he became 100% DEAF! Had to google to find out that ANIMAX IS KNOWN TO CAUSE DEAFNESS! Then why prescribe it? His hearing has not returned and with only being able to see out of one eye (due to cataract) his quality of life has been significantly altered. Left messages for the vet to call me and she never returned my calls. I do not recommend trusting them with your loved ones.

Dr. Bonofiglio and the staff at Forest Home Animal Clinic never fail to take exquisite care of our two cats. We're grateful for their individualized, attentive, and expert care, their responsiveness, their ability to squeeze us in when emergencies arise, and their passion for helping all of their patients stay happy and healthy. We recommend them without reservation to anyone who is seeking veterinary care for their beloved pets!

Stopped in to get info since my current veterinarian is closing. Staff were very informative and welcoming, gave an on-the-spot tour. Will be using them as my new animal care specialist.

Had to put my beloved dog down today. I thanked Dr bonfoglio (sorry if spelled wrong) for all she did for harley and her staff. The prices are a little expensive. I have had to put 2 other dogs down before and I have never had the experience where my dog raised his head and gasped for a breath. After the 3rd time the vet went and got some more medication then harley was gone within 10 seconds. This was a very traumatic experience and did not seem right for Harley. No one should have to see that and think that the animal suffered. Otherwise service was good just not a great way to end Harleys life!!

Our sweet girl, Daisy Mae, always received exceptional care from everyone in this office. We received all her care here including her routine grooming. We highly recommend this vet .

Great place with very knowledgeable staff. One of our cats is extremely hard to handle at the vet and they do a decent job. The front desk staff never seemed the friendliest. Not that they were mean, just not very welcoming. Very expensive. Cats nails needed trimmig, theres a charge for that. Fecal sample required. A charge for that. Exam charge. 3 vacination charges yearly. Calls, emails, and postcards begging you to come in. Weve found a place thats much more reasonable, a feline only clinic. About half the charge per visit. Less stress due to no dogs barking. One cat tried to claw his way out of his cage and ripped all his nails off. Nails trimmed as a courtesy. Friendly staff. Family owned. No hard upsell. FHAC is a great place, just wish they were friendlier with their customers pocket books.

This place is terrible. They will take as much money as possible and they do not care about your pets. The vet who passed away actually cared. I don’t know who is running the place now but it is an absolute joke! Stay away!

Christy the groomer is amazing with my teddie... you know how woman says she goes to one girl and one girl only to do her hair that nobody will touch her head only the one girl who does her hair well I feel the same way Christy is amazing in genuinely loving as the staff the entire staff is so humbled and so loving to our pets who really are our family so I'm very grateful that I found Forrest Home Animal Clinic

Dr. Laura Bonofiglio and the vet technician staff was extremely comforting and professional when my wife and I had to put our 12 year old German Shepherd down on January 3, 2019. They showed true empathy and compassion for the loss of Makenzie...We were given all the time needed to grieve prior to and after. We received a signed sympathy card by all staff members of Forest Home Animal Clinic in the mail. Very nice touch! Would recommend Forest Home Animal Clinic to anyone... There is a separate entrance for more difficult pets. The staff was very friendly and professional. A little on the expensive side.
