Administrative staff is not competent. They make mistakes that literally effect people's lives and they don't care. They are careless and blameless and will not take responsibility for their mistakes and accuse you of lying instead. As another professional in the animal industry I have never felt more insulted and never felt that a place was as careless as this clinic is. I do not recommend them at all.

Worst experience of my life, NEVER GO HERE. If you care about your dog and their well being you will choose another place. Vet isn't the problem but the front staff is just horrendous to try and work with.

Even when asked a question directly, they don't give all information. They accused me of lying when they just forgot to inform me. Obviously this job is too hard for them if they can't handle simple pre surgical warnings

Receptionists are great, techs are friendly, and the doctor is straight forward and doesn't suggest unnecessary things. I bring all of our pets to them.

Every time I visit the staff is kind and the doctor is as well. I recommend them to others for the care of their animals as well. Thank you for your kindness when I needed to send my rat, Mona, to the Rainbow Bridge.

Fond du lac vet has always taken good care of my pets and they are reasonably priced. It is hard to get an appointment sometimes but I guess that just means that they are well liked.

Super friendly and helpful Got my dog in super fast and treated her appropriately for a dog her size. My pup was extremely anxious and therfore was hard to control. Didn't make me feel bad for her upset behavior and only muzzled her after she growled at him and tried to nip. Muzzle came off as soon as they were done with that one part of the exam. The vet seemed to truly enjoy dogs and understand them. Will be my regular vet from now on.

Very disappointed as I have been coming here for 8+ years with 4 animals. I called with an EMERGENCY. My dog was swollen and bleading from her neck. The receptionist (on this day 5-19-21) not only didn't seem to care at all but said she can only get my dog in next Thursday(8). I explained that she had an open wound and the receptionists only reply was "well that's all I got, you can try somewhere else" and left it at that. I typically don't leave reviews as I am a passive person. This however was extremely disappointing and lacking all empathy.

My puppy was attacked by a German Shepherd while I was walking him. I took my dog here and they attended to his wounds immediately. Supreme compassion and excellent care for my dog. The very best animal care you could ask for.

Dr Zook was very cool with my little pooch, I will be back. The price didn't hurt my feelings at all.

Although I couldn't come into the clinic with my dog, his staff called to give me a summary of his health and visit. His veterinarian is wonderful!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Please, if you love your animal, go to a different vet. The staff are often unfriendly and the doctor seems to not know what he is talking about. The exam room vents have not been cleaned in what looks like years and have gross stuff growing on them. I adopted a pair of cats who have been sick since I got them, and I have had to go back 4 TIMES to this vet and pay MORE MONEY each time because they can not seem to figure out what is wrong with them. I’m switching vets immediately and you should too if you go here.

We had a very stressful appointment, but the staff was very helpful and took their time explaining our options. Fantastic service.

This place is fine for a close medication pick up and general check up/routine shots; however, the doctor could not diagnose my dog with a limp and remedy for itching besides Benadryl which had not effect. We will no longer be going here.

Very reasonable prices and they took good care of my Spidey and they continue to care for my kitties Sun and Star I'm so glad I found Fond du lac veterinary clinic. I recommend to everyone.
