Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I think it's awesome that they allow you to bring your pet in to shop with you. They have a tremendous selection of products at, what I consider to be, competitive prices.

I have started going to Pet Smart to buy food for my cats. Prices are reasonable so I can afford buying a couple of cases of can food at a time. My heart breaks though when I see the cute young cats and kittens for sale. Wish I could take them all home with me. They are so adorable.

My Himalayan is 10 and has always been HORRIBLE with grooming at home. We got her at 8 and she was never exposed to it. I was so nervous to bring her in for a lion cut but Nick was great with her and she came home a very happy girl. We will definitely be going back to see him every 6 months. This nervous cat mom was thoroughly impressed.

I only dropped by to pick up an online order, and I haven't been to this location before, so there's plenty I didn't see. The store is large, and they had all six of the items I requested in stock, including the only kibble (Solid Gold Winged Tiger) that appeals to my persnickety cat ????‍⬛(and you don't see it on many shelves). The staff member who assisted me was very pleasant, especially considering it was ten minutes to closing when I showed up. I bow to her ???? in thanks.

Groomer was so rude! We checked in 5 minutes before our appointment and she told us to leave and come back! That she still has time with her current dog. We were not at all trying to rush her, it was our first time there and wasn't sure of the check in process. So we walked around the store and didn't even get down to the end of the store before we were called on the overhead. She just looked like she was miserable with her job. It was very uncomfortable. Never again.

I bought my cat a very nice collar here and she gave me a very expensive bags of cat food for my cat thank you guys just new to the neighborhood

extremely disappointed. i bought a hamster not even a month ago and he died. my roommates and i absolutely loved watching the goofy guy running around and being cute. i will never buy from this pet store again as i am extremely dissatisfied and i hope no one ever purchases from here again.

Great place uv lights for my dragons are normally cheaper here and sometimes buy one get one half price are expensive lights so it helps out

I took my shitz shu in for a grooming on Sunday August 15. I told the groomer to trim my little one willow tail and she clipped his whole pom pom off now he have a little nibble on his tail no hair at all. So this is the before pic of tail and the after pic of his tail when she cut it off.

The girl that was "helping" us find a fish clearly didn't want anything anything to do with helping. She couldn't get away quick enough and then when I started talking to her for help again, walked right past us.

I am writing this with full transparency, I have already contacted corporate regarding this issue and they have offered me a $25 gift card for the issues and will be passing my complaint on to upper management, I just wanted to let the general customer about my issue as well. I have multiple animals so we buy pet food in large quantities, my wife and I also like to use cash on a majority of our purchases as it makes it easier for us to track our spending habits. My wife purchased a large amount of pet food from the Madison West location, she found a better price on the food elsewhere so I told her I would return the food in pewaukee the next as I had some errands in the area. The store refused to accept my return even the product is unopened and I have the receipt (clarification the only receipt my wife was given was duplicate or reprinted copy of the receipt), the cashier then referred me to the the Brookfield or Madison locations for the return, so I went to the Brookfield location which is 11 miles away, I try to once again return this food and I get berated by store manager saying that they already received a call from the pewaukee location to warn them about me and that they shouldn't issue a refund for the product. I refer the store manager Sandy to the petsmart return policy as listed: Returning Products Purchased at a PetSmart Store If you're not satisfied with a product purchased in the store, simply bring the product in its original packaging and in new or salable condition to any PetSmart store to be returned. She then changes tactic and says she will only do a return with the original receipt, but the duplicate us all I have, she gives me the option that I can leave all the product at the store with the receipt, she'll take my info and someone will contact me tomorrow about "possibly giving me a refund". This is definitely not an option can't seem to follow the logic of this lady's version of a return, all I wanted to do was return some pet food on my day off so my wife wouldn't have too.

The staff was extremely helpful and patient with me both with the adoption process and shopping. They made sure to give me any important documentation for my cat and gave me tips on what to feed her since she's underweight. They recommended a few products that were very helpful and even went as far as helping me when I accidentally left some cat litter in a shopping cart as I left. I loved this experience and will definitely be shopping here again!
