Excellent staff. They took great care of my dog

I took our Dog into Burleigh Road Animal hospital to get groomed. He was way over due so his coat was in very bad shape. Although a bit more expensive than others they did an AMAZING job on him. Highly recommend

Took my 14 year old cat to Burleigh Road Animal Hospital for a check-up for the first time in many years. Dr. McCabe was wonderful with my cat and in explaining everything to me. The vet tech was also great. Very pleased with the visit and how everything was handled, including letting me know the cost of additional procedures and giving me the option to approve or decline. Would highly recommend Burleigh Road Animal Hospital.

I'm more than a little concerned about the veterinarian turnover at this office in the three months. They've lost two of the best vets I've ever worked with, one of whom was with them for over 20 years -- 2 out of their 3 vets gone in three months for a 66% turnover rate! They also stopped providing boarding services last year, and now there is a lot of new construction and renovations going on with the building exterior. It's hard not to wonder where the money's going if you're hemorrhaging critical veterinary care providers during a time when they are busier than ever before. It does not lend confidence for pet owners looking to build a longterm relationship with a clinic.

Takes great care of my senior cats, one of which keeps stumbling into random health issues. Would highly recommend.

Their good doctor is gone. The new doctor seems eager to find some kind of procedure (or many of them) to do on your pet, even if nothing is wrong. She recommended to put my dog under with anesthesia in order to clean her teeth, but only after she does an extensive blood analysis. For a total Bill of $1000. No thank you! Time to change the vet.

This is the place for your pets well being. They care about your pet as you do. I recommend them highly. Ron W

I brought my Vizsla puppy into Burleigh Rd for initial care. After the first full checkup the Vet said she couldn’t find anything wrong with my puppy, but said she was recommending orthodontic braces for her teeth.. I almost fell out of my chair, I said you are recommending braces for my DOG??? She said yes. She argued with me about it but I declined. When it came time to get my dog spayed their estimated bill was $960, by far the highest quote I received and clearly they were COVID gouging. I spoke with the surgeon a couple of days before the surgery, and again they brought up the braces, I was floored, who gets braces for their dog?? If you are willing to pay they will do anything. Their vets are the equivalent of junk bond salesman, they are dirty and unethical. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!

This is where we go. My pup is an anxious one and they take good care of her. They are gentle and kind, and very quick. Definitely someone to check out if you are looking for a new vet. I have not used any of the other services they offer.

Dr. Ragoschke is a very kind, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate DVM. She is soft spoken and explains everything you need to know. Her assistant was also very compassionate and knowledgeable. In this day in age with Covid I cannot say enough about about them, they gave me the comfort level I needed at the time of my visit EXCELLENT CARE!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!! I wish Dr Schultz was my own personnel Doctor. Her "bedside" manner and attentiveness to my cat was excellent! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very understanding. The very best!!!!

We take our dog to get groomed by Saundra. She does an amazing job and she is very friendly.

great experience and first time customer. Everything was explained in detail in advance. Our cat had major fur issues and they groomed her to perfection!!! Had questions about health and diet and her Vet took the time to answer everything. Highly recommend!!

I was sooo happy that they were able to fill a Rx for my dog, Fred, and have it ready the same day! We have been clients over 12 yrs and they are great!

I have taken all my puppies there for well over 20 years and the staff is always 1st rate.

I had tried to get my cat into a vet for grooming for weeks, I couldn’t get any vet to contact me back or even answer the phone! I found this vet spur of the moment, and didn’t look into reviews or asked about it anywhere (dumb I know) but it paid off. The were very responsive through email, explained everything I needed to know, answered all of my questions, and helped me through my first ever vet experience. The second I pulled up to the building I knew my cat was in good hands. I told them my cat wasn’t the nicest and they got his shots done quick seemingly without any problems! I’m now going back less than a week later for him to get groomed. I’m thrilled with the workers and service here!

Brought my 16 yr old cat in for her senior check up. The staff handled her well and after her appointment the Dr called me and we discussed at length what she thought and recommend for her issues. They take the time to make sure you understand everything.

I am not that kind of person who writes bad reviews. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this animal hospital was not positive. Their customer service was very poor. They were not very accommodating to my communication needs and my dog's well being. In fact, today I received their certified mail (really?? is that necessary)... anyways, they are saying that my dog is being kicked off from this hospital (again really? is that necessary?). This reflects what kind of service they are providing. They don't care about our dog. Please I ask you really pay attention to their value of customer service. Poor relationship and very oppressive environment for my communication needs.

I have taken my dog to the vet, the groomer and also have her boarded there. All around, they are great people and very clean which is a big plus. Keep up the terrific work.

Great vet clinic. We have had nice experiences with our dog here. The staff is very friendly and quick to help.

Have been going here for over a decade, on 4th pet with them. Said good bye to two with them in dignified/sympathetic manner. We also use boarding facility which books quickly. Exterior looks dated, but nice/functional inside. Improved in that they're not so pushy anymore. Over 5 years ago, it would have been 4 stars for pushing teeth brushing, to buy products from them, vacs we don't want, etc. Our nervous dog actually likes going to the vet

Everything and more than I could ask for in a vet. We have 4 dogs and are very cautious in who we trust their care to. Burleigh Road Animal Hospital exceeds expectation time and time again. And their boarding team is so loving to our dogs when they spend time there. Thank you!!
