My cat is very frightened of everyone who comes to our place and yet she never cried out un til they went to weigh her. This was so very nice and she didn’t seem to be unhappy after they left. They were so very gentle with her and I’ve already recommended 2 other pet owners use the service as well as my oldest daughter

House Calls has been taking care of our cat Boots for over 20 years now. Dr. Pete is continuing the caring tradition. Boots is getting back to his old self again! Thanks House Calls and Dr. Pete!

Excellent in every way. I called for an at home visit & Brenna & Dr. Jain came to my house to help with a potential bacterial lung infection that I thought my cat might have. She has mammary cancer and had a severe reaction to a long and unnecessary 86.9 mile drive to Madison Vet School clinic for evaluation, radiation, & chemo there. She did not need surgery or radiation, she is too far along for that, so driving all that way was not helpful, it further stressed the cat. After much discussion with 3 clinics, and getting scheduled for appt's with the wrong MDs, I decided to try a home visit with Brenna & Dr. Jain, so happy I did! Dr. Jain is worth his weight in gold, an excellent listener, as is Brenna, they gave me all the information I needed to understand how to do future scheduling for Ming. She needs chemo, & Dr. Jain explained that Blue Pearl Clinic is the only one in the area that offers chemo as a "specialty vet" service, as it requires specific training. Blue Pearl did not give me that information and scheduled me with a surgeon incorrectly. Dr. Jain and the EXCELLENT staff at Apple Valley Veterinary Clinic...BEST CLINIC and MOBILE VETERINARIAN SERVICES I have ever had for my pets. They offer a full range of services, KNOWLEDGEABLE, thorough in taking complete pet history, and excellent website that gives helpful information for other clinic's in Wisconsin as well. They are compassionate, personable, and just the BEST!

So far so good for me and my furry friend! I'm very particular as to who sees my furry friends. Furry friends are kind of like babies they can't talk so you need to talk for them! Talking for them at this clinic has paid off. Everybody was very responsive and quick acting!! THANK YOU!!!!

My 12 yr. Old malteese Lulu was having trouble breathing. Called Apple Valley and they took her in right away. The Vet and staff were top notch, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They kept us informed and explained everything to us. I recommend them for any of your pet needs.

came as a first time patient last week with my cat. everyone was friendly, welcoming, and seemed like they were truly interested in the well being of my pet. One of the best vets I've got to in the area. I'll never have to switch vets again.

Great care of our dogs, but poor communication within the office. Causes confusing between when you call and when you get there often.

My first experience with this clinic was horrible, chaotic, noisy and stressful for both myself and my dog. & as if my experience with the clinic wasn't bad enough, when I brought my pet back to have her post surgery check up, I asked about a cough she was having & The vet tech casually let me know that kennel cough has been going around the clinic. So not only did my dog get it, but my sisters 3 dogs and my brothers 2 dogs as well. They didn't even warn me and they KNEW they had an out break. I tell anyone that I can and I will continue to tell people, DONT BRING YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC!!!

So happy to have The Apple Valley team for my sweet Clooney girl. They love and care for her just like her Mama. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. ❤️

Last week our 7 year old dog was going to run for a frisbee and suddenly stopped and yelped and since then she has not bared any weight on her back leg. We gave it a few days then decided to call our vet (Apple Valley, who we have been a client of for 6 years). They explained they are very booked up and could get us in in August, but to keep calling back every morning at 7:30 to see if there are any emergency appointments available. Within the following week we called every single day to get her in at 7:30, with no luck. So, I started reaching out to other vets in the Valley to see if we could get in there. Every vet I called explained that if we were a current client they would make time for us, and to call our current vet as they were not taking on new clients. When we relayed this information to Apple Valley, it did not seem to phase them and had no empathy for our situation and referred us to go see another vet or get to the hospital (which is only taking critical patients right now). The lack of empathy and willingness to help/work with us was shocking and we did not feel like we were a valued client. Since we had no other choice, we called again this morning to try to get help for our dog. They said they would not take us as a client anymore due to the bad review and "rude" phone calls. The customer service that we have endured during the past two weeks with Apple Valley is the worst we've been through and we hope that this doesn't happen to others.
