I'm not going into specifics, but my experience here was horrific! My 1st visit, and definitely MY LAST!

Westwood takes amazing care of our both our large and small animals - our pigs, ponies, puppies and purrfect children all go to Westwood! It is wonderful to be able to have our whole farm taken care of by the same caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate team!

Had a kitten that had to be euthanized, all the staff was familiar with the kitten and was nothing but compassionate and professional. Nothing but praise for all involved!!

We were a walk in to the clinic with our dog. We waited about a 1/2 hour before they took just the dog in. Which I am not in favor of. My dog doesn't like new people just thrown on her. So she was wild and the vet could do much. So she got an overdue shot and anxiety pills for next Thursday's visit. Still charged me $121for one shot and 4 pills.

My dog broke his leg. He needed his splint redressed because he had chewed it and it was wet and stinky. The vet I normally take him to was not home n that day. I spoke to the receptionist at my vets office and she referred me to Westwood. I called them and told them I was coming in for their walk in hours. They said that was fine and I had the X-rays sent to them. I came from the north end of Dayton, so I was 50 minutes away. I called and let them know I was on the way. When I got there, I waited for 1 hour. Finally a tech came out and told me that they were not going to be able to see us. I called in and spoke to the owner about what happened, but I am not sure he heard a word I said. Very poor management and professionalism!!!!

They are the worst took my dog and they said he had an eye and ear infection a week later my dog was no better. Took him to another vet and they did not clean out his ear with the infection and my dog lost his eye had to have surgery to have it removed. The worst place to take an animal!!!

They are very thorough with my animals and seem to care about the animals. Take the time to explain things so I can understand.

Staff is nice and polite. The vets are very professional and kind. However if you have an appointment you could be waiting well past your appointment time because they do take emergencies first.

Friendly staff and doctor. Did a drive-in pre-purchase exam on a horse, and they were very thorough and kind to the horse, which both of us greatly appreciated. Nice follow-up report as promised. Very reasonably priced even with films. I highly recommend the practice.

I can't express how amazing this practice is. I arrived yesterday afternoon with my sick kitty at almost 4 pm and they close at 6. Keep that in mind as you read on. They offer walk in service from 1 to 6 curbside. I was quickly helped and waited about 20 minutes before they came and got my cat Stormy. I expressed to them my budget because while i would do anything for my boy i still have two children to be mindful of. Anyway Dr Ford came out sat down and we talked about the best treatment for Stormy while staying within my budget. Stormy was pretty sick with an horrible ear infection. He had to be sedated so they could get in his ear. By this time it was almost 5. I thought they would tell me i would have come back but nope they started taking care of him. Two hours later my stormy was done. It was well after 6 and still everyone was polite about the fact that i had kept them there late on a Friday night no less. I felt bad. I know what it's like to wait for 5 on a Friday. From Elizabeth to the vet techs office staff and Dr Ford i can't tell you how very thankful i am for all you did for us. Your compassion and love for animals shines through. Stormy has found his vet home finally. Oh and my final cost after everything... $230. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart.

No enjoys the vet, especially when it’s time for a loved one to go. Westwood has always been our family vet, even while living in Florida. “When the time came” dr Ora was gracious and easy to talk to.

Grateful for the drs. and staff for the fast work to save our dog and puppies the first time. And for the fast act they did to save her again and figure out what was wrong with her about 1 and 1/2 months later.

This was my first time coming here, and my dogs and I will be back. My German Shepherd got a nasty bite on the farm and was in need of some quick help, so I called them in advance and they were all set and ready. They were friendly, on time, transparent and took great care of my dog. Fair price for the meds and work - best of all I was in and out in 30 min. Absolutely great spot.

They are an awesome establishment! Very thoughtful and informative. They took great care of my little kitten Allie and helped her to feel much better! I am definitely bringing her back there for a follow up next week. Allie is in the best hands at Westwood with out a doubt in my mind. Thanks so much!!
