Dr. Preston is awesome! Their customer service is always great and their pricing is very fair. Also love that they are open for urgent care visits on the weekend!

They were compassionate and knowledgeable when my dog needed urgent care for a UTI. They provided wonderful affirdable care in a timely manner. So thankful they worked my baby girl in outside of my vets usual operating hours.

I could not recommend this place less. I used to bring my cat here and she died about six months ago. I informed them that she died and have asked THREE times to be removed from their mailing list and they are still sending me reminder post cards for vaccinations and annual exams. They could not demonstrate less compassion.

Great knowledgeable staff, incredibly friendly and professional. They treat my two dogs like they're family and always return them with tails wagging!

The doctors at Southern Hills have been taking care of all my pets for well over 15 years. They always take time to explain everything, including fees for services and they treat my pets like they were there own. They are knowledgeable and compassionate and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

One of the best Doctor’s I have ever visited. You can tell he truly cares for your pet. I can’t thank him enough for seeing Lexi on short notice. I highly recommend this office for all of your pets needs.

We have been taking our dog to Southern Hills since we first got her. From the start of it all- puppy plans, sick visits, shot visits and over all check ups, they have been fantastic and informative on any subject or concern. They have all been pleasant to talk too and took care of our needs. Dr Preston Thornton is amazing! I highly recommend this VET!

This place is amazing very kind, they swung into action very fast to help my newly adopted kitten. They were very informative giving me a great knowledge base on everything that was going on during their treatment. They Informed me of cost as we went along before they performed any services this way I could either accept or postpone. They were just wonderful and I will certainly be back with all of my animals. I only wish I had found this place sooner. By far the best vet in the area.

We initially came to Southern Hills on Memorial Day because our elderly and chronically ill dog had a scary new-onset problem. They were the only vet open. We thought we were going to have to put her down. Dr Preston had never met us before but said that he wasn't ready to give up on our doggie. He wanted to try her on a medication (which ended up fixing the problem) and sent us home with hope. We've been 3 times now and worked with 2 different vets. They are transparent, compassionate, kind and everything you want on your dog's medical team. We have totally switched primary care of our dogs to them. Thank you for helping us and our dog when we needed you the most!

I've gone here for several years and am always pleased with the care I receive. They take the time to listen and answer all of my questions. Honestly, I wish my own doctors took as long to talk about my health! Haha.

They cut my dog's nails!!! If you knew him you would understand what an amazing fete thus is!!!

Normally really good service. However today it was a bit slow. Not sure if it was because they had new people or not. Also I am not sure if I can speak for everyone who is a patient or not but if you need extra help all you have to do is reach out and some of us would gladly come in and help
