The place is great. Friendly well knowledgeable staff. Let you adopt cats and take care of them while they are in their custody. Many options on fish, reptiles, ferrets, snakes and birds to buy.

They carry healthy brands of pet food without all the added chemicals and colors and preservatives.

I visited two different Petco stores in last three days. The staff at both were helpful. My only issues were that at one of the stores, a family was there that clearly were sick and none of them wore a mask. For that matter was asked to were a mask. We are still in midst of pandemic. One of the kids had a runny nose and it was coming out in large amounts. He wiped his nose and was was about to wipe it on a shelf when I said something to the mom. The person that was helping them then said he can go wash his hands in the bathroom. Then the associate still proceeded to helping the family afterwards. While still not requiring the use of a mask. This is why I do pick up orders if it weren't an emergency I wouldn't have went to store. But I'm glad I did so I could leave this review.

The store closes way to early. Posted hours are short enough, but they keep closing even before that. Guess they don’t want business.

The customer service is wonderful and they always have what I want. The prices are great. I have always been satisfied. Never loss any fishes I've bought there either. Always find my fish products I need. Ty petco for great service. Satisfied customer ????

Had to search for an employee to ask a question. Then the back doors slammed open and nearly scared me to death. Aahh, there's an employee! Otherwise, after I found her, she did help me

I understand the need to close early, but you should really post a sign on the door or update your business hours if you’re going to close 2 hours early on a weekday.

Thursday I took my dog to get groomed. He his a toy poodle. I work a lot so it hard for me to get him groomed but his hair had gotten so long I couldn’t take it. I did see 2/3 places where his hair was starting to get matted but was very much so manageable. The customer service was great but They butchered my dog he looks horrible and that’s no exaggeration and the hair they left on his head is uneven ear look terrible they cut his lil balls with the clippers so it’s a sore he doesn’t want to sit. Im still highly up set about how he looks and I was so excited about him getting groomed. He will never ever ever go back. My worse experience yet. I could’ve done better with scissors! I just have no understanding.

Nice place to shop. A LITTLE PRICY ,but they have everything you need and don't have to wait on shipping. Items are not that much more than ordering from chewy or amazon, by the time you pay shipping especially. Great selections though.

Tried to go there twice in the last two days, both times the store was closed before the stated times. One day an hour early, today 2 and a half hours early. 2/3 times I have actually made it before it closed to get my dog’s nails trimmed, they forgot to trim so of them.

Wonderful staff and such a big, clean store.

Horrible hair cut! They cut all the hair on the tail and ears!!

The staff was very nice and friendly was having trouble with a new puppy and they had some good short term suggestions and offered to get me in contact with the trainer

The groomer and all staff were wonderful!
