EVS saved my cat's life when she had foreign body obstruction. They got her in quickly and were so kind and caring when I checked in on her frequently. You never want to be the first one seen in an ER setting or that means you or your pet is dying or close to it. Since I've started working in the field I have much more understanding and respect for what they're doing. They're doing their absolute best at managing the patient load. I love what they do and appreciate their hard work!

My dog got hit and needed surgery and I told them I would give them all the money in my wallet and the rest on Thursday wen I got paid they said if u didn't have 400 right then and there they would let him die ???? sad to say my kids lost there brother Marley and I lost my son ???? . I asked if I could say good bye to him and they said sure if you want to pay $140 I said wow it's bad enough y'all won't try to save him but now you won't even let me say goodbye I would never never recommend this emergency veterinary to nobody cuz the last thing they do is try to work with you and help you or help your animal.

You all took a very caring and friendly approach during our visit, which is crucial considering the nature of your services. Thank you for your help!

My good friend took their dog in to be looked at because they thought she was acting depressed. And the people there injected their dog with stuff that my friend did not authorize/knew the dog didn't need. Then they billed my friend $460 for the "check up". I do not recommend this place unless the animal is on its death bed or very close to being on its death bed.

I'm very satisfied with the excellent care my dog Hugo received, thank you! I'm so grateful to all the vets and other staff members who saved my dog's leg and possibly his life and for being so kind to him after his copperhead bite. I feel so lucky that you had antivenom in stock, too.

Had to wait 4 hours to be told that my cat was to mean to treat was charged over $250.00 they new I had 300 dollars to to spend. They will not let you in the building they come to get the pet from the car They need to understand that if you went in to be there with your pet it would be less stressful on the pet

These folks are amazing, they are missing Thanksgiving at home to make sure our pets (children) are cared for in times of need. Thank you for taking such excellent care of my crazy puppers! Grateful ????????

Unfortunately my wife and I, have had to put down 2 of our pets this year. Both times we were treated with respect, dignity, and great care. You never realize until after, how the little things matter in those terrible moments. We will continue coming here for our emergency needs and will be forever grateful for their help. Cannot recommend high enough.

In the age of COVID, things operate differently, and EVS is short-staffed just like everyone else, so you have to wait in your car and call to check in, etc. With that being said, I AM SO THANKFUL THEY ARE THERE. You may grumble at the fee, or the wait, but when your kitten starts thrashing and bleeding for unknown reasons at 8:00 Saturday night, you will thank God someone is available to help you. Besides that, the doctors were very kind, and most of the staff seemed very professional-- I did have one person answer the phone for one of my many calls who didn't seem like she knew quite what was going on, but for all I know she'd just started her shift. We arrived about 9:00 PM and the kitten stayed past noon the next day; X-rays were required, as well as pain medication. All that cost $410, which was less than I expected, and frankly not much more than a regular vet visit anymore, if you need any special tests or services.

At 11pm last night my dog became very I'll. I was a wreck, this place was so nice and accommodating to ease my worries and take amazing care of my Athena. There was a wait but that can be expected being the only place open for emergency situations. I would recommend this place 100 times The girls we're so sweet to me and my fur baby. Thank you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff was kind and professional during a time of worry and panic as my dog was having a severe allergic reaction to yellow jacket stings and Benadryl wasn’t working. After calling, I received the paperwork by email/text which I filled out during the drive to the hospital which expedited the check in process. I also liked how the vet explained options and we decided the course of medicines given. I didn't feel rushed, and was given very clear directions on aftercare. The staff even answered questions I had 2 days later when I called about medicine side effects. They truly do care about their patients.

I feel like the vet and vet techs were attentive to my dog's symptoms and needs. They were kind and efficient. The vet being kind and listening to my dog's symptoms as opposed to being dismissive like some other experiences I've had in the past with other vet clinics gave me a feeling that they would really take care of my dog.

We had a great experience with the Emergency Veterinary. They took excellent care of our dog Zoey and were always available for updates and questions. They let us call anytime of day and even stop by to see Zoey.

A stray cat showed up at my house. Very skinny and not walking right. Apparently they only care about money and not the animals. $120 up front or the cat cant be seen. So much for a caring heart for animals. All about the money..

They were caring and kept us up with what was going on with our dog Mia. We felt the fees were reasonable for emergency visit. Glad they were there to help.

I believed my emotional support dog was posioned by my neighbor..I had my ex run him out in an emergency, I was recommended to take him by an officer that came out( very nice officer) I was an emotional wreck I was crying and stressed , screaming he's not only a support animal, but my friend and my family. They took him in, I'm low income and didn't have money or pet insurance..I did scream on the staff and for that I apologize again for and the Veterinarian on Staff was kind to me when she understood my condition she calmed me down and walked me through it all.. they stayed in touch with me and worked out my expenses I still owe them money which I will be paying soon..I wanna say thank you so much for taking him he's doing better now..he's mad you cut his nails( I've been trying for a month lol thank you) I made up for it with peanut butter I'm working on it.. I appreciate you so so much ..I don't have much but I'm forever greatful for you guys everyone especially the lady who walked him out thank you thank you thank you thank you and God bless every single one of you ..hang in there I know it's hard work and you don't get enough credit..but I will forever stand behind you for saving my baby❤️

I brought my 12year old pup to see if she was having issues that I thought were possibly a UTI. They listened carefully to me and let me know what tests they would do to determine if she had a UTI. They also would be doing blood test to check her levels. She has been there over the last several years suffering from pancreatitis twice with elevated liver enzyme counts. When the doctor called me, she told me that she found some bacteria in her urine and would be treating her for UTI. In addition, she looked at past test results for elevated liver enzymes, and we talked about symptoms she may be experiencing at home. After talking it out with her, she feels like my pup may have Cushing's disease. I will take her to my local vet this week to have her screened. If not for this doctor, I would have no idea this might be a possibility. I feel they give excellent care, and are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you!!
