Dr. Wilson has been the greatest help with our dog. She is very knowledgeable, cares about her patients and their owners! The staff are also excellent and welcoming.

It was great as always. Dr. O'Dell knew right away why my rottie was lethargic, having stomach issues/diarrhea and throwing up. Never in my life would I have imagined how much of an impact pollen could have on a dog. He sent me home with 2 types of medication/antibiotics and within 24hrs my girl was bouncing back and feeling like her normal silly energetic self. Thanks again Doc! ????????

These folks are incredible. I hate to give away a secret..but Dr. Odell is hands down the best vet in the New River/Roanoke valley. Top notch people. Truth.

We brought our puppy there for all initial vaccines and spaying. She tested positive for heart worms - and they opened a case with the providing company to help with payment options. They have been the most supporting staff, checking on the progress of our pup even after moving away! Dr. Wilson & Dr. Conner & Dean worked closely with us to develop the treatment plan and communicated very clearly all the steps along the way. We have been blessed by them - and will refer anyone and everyone to them! The most amazing staff took care of our baby for days at a time- and I was never worried about her. I trust their expertise and compassion with our girl! If you want the highest quality care with thoroughness and compassion, BAH is hands down the best option.

Great place to take your fur babies. They are very nice and understanding especially when it comes to nervous pups that need their family in the room to keep them calm.

Considering the COVID restrictions taking care of one's pet is as comfortable and professional as is possible. Over the past 30 years we've always received the best of treatment.

I have seen Drs. Wilson, Connor, and O’Dell and they are all wonderful. Kind, patient, concerned and they always listen to me and answer my questions. They never act like they just need to get to the next patient. I have a somewhat challenging dog in that he was a rescue and is older and sometimes he snaps at people, especially if he is afraid they are going to hurt him. Every single person, from the doctors to the vet techs, to the front office people are super with him and he loves going here. Dr. Wilson has worked her magic lasers on his arthritis and she definitely helped him with her hands on approach and manipulation. I also have boarded him here the few times I’ve needed to because I can’t ask just anyone considering his unpredictable snappiness, and he has done great. I can tell he gets special attention when he is there because he always runs in happy with his tale wagging. Highly recommended!

For doctor's Visit and Ultrasound, I paid only$80. Pretty great price. Dr. O'Dell is Wonderful Vet. He is knowledgeable. He treated my dogs like his own. My dog survived from cancer. He was the one gave him surgery. I followed him after he left Vinton Vet

Today I visited an old, new veterinary. Dr. Lisa Wilson and Dr. O’Dell (formerly VInton Veterinarian) are what a veterinarian office should be like. Personable, friendly, and your animals first. Let me explain the old, new comment. Up until about four years ago Brandon Animal Hospital had always been my veterinarian office. Due to currently where I live I switched but that was a mistake for Jäger, my miniature pincher. End it was a mistake for me. Dr. Wilson and Dr. O’Dell both are friendly, caring and extremely knowledgeable professionals, along with their staff. If you’re looking for a wonderful veterinary office I highly suggest Brandon Animal Hospital.

Dr. Wilson was wonderful with my dog. She did physical therapy on him. Was also great about calling and talking to me. Definitely would recommend!

Brandon Animal Hospital is the best in the area. Dr. O'Dell is super personable, professional and awesome with our 3 animals. We couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else. The entire staff always makes us feel welcome and they do their best to make you and the pets feel comfortable!

My vet, Lisa, is very knowledgeable. Takes great care of my cat, Phoebe. Very gentle with her. Any time I call with what I think is an emergency, they get me right in. (Usually I'm overreacting - haha!)

Since Dr. Ferris is no longer there, we will not be back. We were not treated very well by other employees there. We had to see Dr. Conner the first day Dr. Ferris was gone because our dog needed to get in. Dr. Connor had a bad disposition. She was not personable at all and seemed annoyed. Our dog was also very standoffish to this dr whereas she loved Dr. Ferris. Brandon Animal Clinic lost a truly great veterinarian when they lost Dr. Ferris.
