No different than any other pet store at least what I've seen of it.

Really kind and helpful staff. They clearly care about both pets and customers alike. Also, we bought two metal bowls from this place for our dog. The same metal bowls at Petland were actually a dollar more. Generally I think of supporting local businesses as a good, albeit usually more expensive, practice, but in this case I was proven wrong. They not only ensure quality and high levels of customer service and satisfaction, but also fair prices. Plus, they gave us tons of free samples since we're new dog owners. Great place, truly.

The only place I buy my dog food and toys. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they almost always have everything I need whenever I go. Plus there's a very high probability of seeing some cute pups.

AMAZING. I have a cat and they have a decent back room dedicated to all things cat, it’s nice to have a separate larger section! They also have amazing toys for .99c which my cat LOVES! I will always come here.

Great selection of toys & food for your dog or cat. The staff members are all incredibly friendly & knowledgeable about helping customers find the right items for their pet. Along with toys & clothes, they also sell some locally made treats for your pets.

Trendy and environmentally friendly pet store geared towards dogs. Could use more of a selection for cats but still found everything I needed.

I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me find a harness immediately, that was better than I was even expecting to find. Then he even helped size it and put it on my pup! I'm very satisfied with my experience in the store, as well as the purchases I made!

Ever since we adopted our pup 5 years ago Petagogy has been a staple in our life. This is the place you go through good times and bad. They have advised us on food options when our dog was having stomach issues and also helped us pick out fun toys this place has everything you need. The staff is so knowledgeable and never pushy. The products are all of the highest quality and you know your not buying something that's gonna fall apart.
