I got a quick appointment since my dog's issue was somewhat critical. That doesn't happen at every practice.

Everyone at Paw Prints cares about all their patients from the receptionist who greets you to the techs, veterinarians and kennel staff. They all do everything possible to ensure your pet is as happy and healthy as they can be. I wanted to update since it has been awhile. Paw Prints has done a phenomenal job of taking care of their clients throughout the pandemic. Dr. Seiler and his team of Veterinarians are the best. Everyone from, as noted previously, the receptionists who takes the initial calls to the techs, vets and kennel staff all provide wonderful care for our pets. We have been going to Paw Prints over 25 years and would never go somewhere else.

I have pet mice, and I didn’t have high hopes for the quality of care they would get from any vet, since most people consider them pests. But I’m so happy with the care they get at Paw Prints. They take my pets just as seriously as they would any others, and their prices are more reasonable than other exotic vets. I highly recommend them for rodent owners!

Despite the two week lead time (due to covid procedures and popularity in our town) the staffing team at this clinic has always been quick and responsive to my needs with my pets. They never try to force unneeded tests or diagnostics in determining the health of your pets, which I appreciate. The veterinarians provide detailed treatment and aftercare plans, while taking the time to reassure you during your pet's diagnosis, and, explain the specifics of their diseases or injuries. Both of my pets, a senior dachshund (12) and aussie/border collie mix (2), have always received quality care and proper attention from the techs and vets. When I first bought my aussie back in 2019 they scheduled us in for an urgent new puppy package promptly despite being full of appointments that day (she was covered in fleas and seemed a little listless). I will continue to recommend this clinic to friends and family that are looking for valuable treatment of their beloved pets.

Every time that I have called to address a concern about my kitten or had to have an appointment, I’ve always been met with great and professional service. The vet will always make sure I understand what’s going on and if there’s anything I need to keep an eye on. Would definitely recommend using Paw Prints for any of your fur babies!

Very timely! Always handle my cat with care. Vet calls and tells me in detail how my cats check up went and where she administered her yearly shots. Only thing I would like is if I could go inside again with my pet but I understand the continued precaution due to Covid

They were great in assessing our new pup, making sure we had everything we need, and answering all of our questions. Friendly & welcoming staff!! Each time they answered the phone, they address every concern with kindness. Glad we found a lifelong vet :)

I had an emergency with an exotic pet. Paw Prints got me in the same day. My pet ended up passing, and the staff was so sweet. A very positive experience in a very sad time.

Paw Prints provided an excellent experience for our minor emergency with our dog- our regular vet was disappointingly unavailable- Paw Prints took us in immediately and provided outstanding care- including making our little girl 100% comfortable on her very first visit. I sat in my car with my standard poodle for 30 mins before anyone responded to text message I was there. They came out to get our dog and didn't allow us to come in with her. Meanwhile every person in their clinic was unmasked. If you are still freaking out about Covid wear a mask and allow VACCINATED pet parents to come in with their pets. You can go to a football game with 90,000 people but you can't walk into Paw prints with your pet that you love. The lady in the car next to me was crying and I was pretty sure her pet was being put to sleep and they didn't even allow her to be with her pet. I will NEVER return to this vet again.

Great place for guinea pigs! Paw Prints has helped several of my piggies over the years and most recently saved my old man pig when his tooth fell out and he was struggling to eat. Very friendly and they truly take the best care of our pets.

I have done my research over the last few years and Paw Prints was my top choice for a Vet for my bunnies! I recently adopted a new bunny from the shelter here in my town, and I needed to get him in to the vet to be seen! Paw Prints is the only rabbit savvy vet that’s close to me and it’s an hour away! It is most definitely worth the drive !! They’re professional! They’re considerate! Very responsive to your questions! I 100% recommend this vet clinic !!

Needed to visit Paw Prints again last night. They ALWAYS make their patients a priority. Birds can deteriorate rapidly but we know they’ll do their best to fit us in. My cat was suffering from a respiratory infection and my local vet was unable to get him in for about 3 weeks. I called Paw Prints and they got him in the next day. I can tell these vets and staff care about animals and their owners.

I love Paw Prints! I would travel far to make sure I kept them as a vet. They've always been very kind, give great notices for upcoming appointments, and do everything they can to work with you to make your trip affordable while maintaining quality pet care. 10/10 would recommend!

We love paw prints!! They've been taking care of our large breed dogs for years and just recently taken on our cats after a tragic accident. They did not hesitate to get our cat in quickly and set us up with a plan for recovery! Nothing bad about this place!

I am hoping I can update this review with more stars in the near future. My rating relates to current policies, not the treatment of my dog, which as far as I can tell has been good. I have a lot of tolerance for businesses that are trying to avoid COVID-19 among their staff, so the fact that in July 2021 pet owners are not allowed inside the building doesn't necessarily bother me. What does bother me is that we are not allowed inside and their phone system isn't working, and according to staff it hasn't been working for weeks. Therefore, I spent a long time dialing and re-dialing to try to get a hold of someone to say I had arrived for my dog's appointment. There was a sign on the door saying to keep trying because their phone isn't working properly. If they're not willing to allow folks, masked and vaccinated, in their lobby and exam rooms, you'd think they'd spring for a $30 cell phone for reception to use until their main phone line is fixed. Another potential fix would be to have a staff member sit at the door and greet clients as they pull up. The gentleman in the truck next to me said he had tried more than 15 times to get through, so I know I'm not the only one frustrated by this. I hope Paw Prints can open their lobby soon.

This was my first time taking my bunny here and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Wilfong and everyone in the office treated me with kindness and respect. They were extremely friendly! Dr. Wilfong was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without hesitation or judgement. Will definitely stay here!

Even in this COVID-challenged time, the staff was quite professional in meeting the needs of my dog. A technician took Duchess from the car and returned her after the exam. The veterinarian called me with her recommendations. The tech explained the services and fees on my invoice, and I was able to pay from home. It was a very smooth process. In addition, Duchess loves everyone who worked with her. 'Nuff said.

My cat was acutely ill & I was able to have him seen the same day that I called, it was a Saturday. They found an abscess & treated him. Everyone was very pleasant & professional. I am extremely pleased with the experience at Paw Prints. And my bill was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has pets.

Dr. Thomas is wonderful. She is caring, practical and realistic. I am ready to go back in with my cats, hate that their mom is not beside them when the scarey people poke and prod them.
