Absolutely great service. They are very good with my Buddy who has issues with his back and walking. Highly recommend them for all services your fur baby may need.

I’m beyond upset. The left pic is my baby Bella. I showed the lady this pic over and over and explained I wanted her to look exactly like the picture of how I normally get her groomed. I only chose this place bec it’s the only place I could get her in short notice. I always go to the Pet Plantation bec they do an amazing job. The second pic is how she was groomed. How does this look anything like the pic I showed the girl. She chopped all her ear hair off. She gave her the ugliest hair cut ever. I hate it. It was over $58!!! They should be paying me for this screw up. Yet I had to pay $58! I’m in tears. The before pic was just 8 weeks ago. The after pic she looks like she’s old and sickly. Like how can someone screw up so bad!

The groomers and the rest of the staff are top notch. They love all the fur babies and keep them happy while they are there.

My 11 year old Minature Schnauzer had become so anxious and afraid, that a well known local groomer refused to continue grooming her. A friend recommended Hannah Ikner of Pooch Resort Boarding Daycare & Grooming. At the first appointment, Hannah took the time to talk to, coax, and get to know Lexi until she was able to groom her. I appreciated the care and concern Hannah showed for Lexi and the extra time she took to help her relax and be more comfortable during the grooming process. The shop is not located near where I live, but I will drive that extra distance to receive that kind of customer care for my pet.

They are very nice and caring and she did a very good job with my new fur baby.

I’m only giving this place one star. We left our Yorkie there for 9 days while out of town. The day we picked her up we noticed her sneezing and coughing a lot. I wasn’t sure what was causing this but ended up taking her to see the vet two days later because she was having such a hard time. Vet said she had a respiratory infection that she picked up from the boarding place. She was not sick when we dropped her off so I knew this to be true. Vet also told me that I should contact Pooch’s Resort to let them know about it so they can clean better so other dogs don’t get sick. So I called and told the lady that answered and also asked would they give me some money back due to the fact that I paid to have her boarded then had to turn around and pay a vet bill. I was told that the owner was not in and they would have her to return my call. Well I never got a call. I don’t expect to get something for nothing but I do think at least the cost of my vet bill should have been covered. I don’t normally write reviews but thought it might be a good idea for other people considering boarding their pets here.

Great boarding experience! My puppy seemed to enjoy his stay. Cost similar with other boarding places in area. Will definitely board here again.

I take my little 11lb chorkie here and he isn't the friendliest with people he does not know. Tator came back looking fresh and when I arrived to pick him up, he had already made friends with the groomer. :)

It was my 1st time taking my Yorkie there be groomed and the did a great job. I have also purchased Shil Tzu and I look forward taking both of my dogs back again for grooming and for their kennel services the Ladies that were there the I took my Yorkie for grooming were absolutely as nice as I have seen in a small businesses for along time and I look forward to using them for all dogs, God Bless

Would give more stars if possible. They posted pics of my pups regularly on Facebook. Webcam in the kennel helped give me peace of mind while I was away. Very fast message response. I’ll definitely be using Pooch Resort for all of my boarding and grooming needs.

When our veterinarian office stopped accepting boarding, we were really concerned about finding a place that our dog would feel comfortable at. We are so happy with the care and attention our dog gets at pet resort. They know him by name and they welcome him every stay with open arms. Thank you pooch resort!

I had my dog groomed here. The pricing was comparable to other groomers. Someone answered the phone when I called for an appointment. My dog looked great after being groomed.

She was great with my dog and did exactly as I asked. We will definitely be back!!

My Aussie, Tilly, has been going to Day Care for over a year now and simply loves it at Pooch Resort Boarding & Day Care!! She has so many new friends who love to play and by day’s end she is ready to rest! Which is good for me!! I also board her & our little Havanese Isaac there when we leave town!! It’s nice to know they will get excellent care & lovin’ while in their care! Can’t say enough goodness about them!! We also get both dogs bathed & groom by Hana who does a great job on both of them!! They ARE THE BEST❤️

They were very nice and my little fur baby pranced ???? around all day !

We took our two dogs here and they were very nice and the dogs seemed well groomed after. However, when we got in the car we noticed that our puppy’s paw was bleeding. There was blood all over the back seat of my car and it turns out that one of his nails had been cut too short and we were not informed of this. We tried to call back and ask about it and there was no answer. Overall, their prices are good but not worth the blood from our pup ????

Our pup loves it there! She knows when we’re turning onto the street and gets super excited. We love that they take photos and post on social media so we can see her puppy smiles with her furry friends.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. My dog came back happy, clean, genuinely nice people here, we will definitely be back.

They always do awesome with bear. He doesn't come home stressed like he did other groomers.

I have taken my Lacey there to be groomed for the past two Christmases (she’s a short-hair, so it’s easy to take care of her at home during the rest of the year), and they have done such a wonderful job with her both times. She always smells so nice when I pick her up and gets a little holiday themed neck scarf. They are very responsive, even on their off hours.

Wonderful ladies! Worked us in at the last minute! Lexi looked great and acted like she felt great! Thanks again!

We had our Dog Star groomed here and we were very happy with outcome. Lindsey did an excellent job, we were very happy, most definitely will return. Thank you.

Our dogs always stay at Pooch Resort. The staff are very friendly and also respond quickly to messages. Prices are extremely reasonable. We love being able to watch our dogs on their webcams to see what they’re up to. This is the only place we will let our dogs stay!

Our Welsh corgi has a lot of anxiety and they are so patient and caring towards him. They took the time to understand him right from the start. Whenever we take him there he pulls at the leash wanting to go in. They take such good care of him. I don’t worry about him when he is there.

My little Yorkie is very much a baby. She was well taken care of here and the groomer did a very good job. I expect I will be using their service again. I was extremely satisfied. Very friendly people ????‼️

The Pooch Resort was very clean and the ladies that work there are very sweet and professional. Our doggies loved it!

I am posting this so it hopefully does not happen to another pet that is groomed here. After a phone call and detailed information about the age of our dog, the size and need for understanding it turned into a nightmare. We even came by to see the place and talk with the staff. We were shocked and appalled that after more than two hours he was hanging by unpadded straps that caused lacerations. Even more disturbing were the wounds from the shearing. We are heartbroken and devastated at this outcome. We hope he will recover and be able to stand in the next day or so. He had to be carried into the house and was so stressed and weak we thought it would require a trip to the vet. He is a kind and loving dog that is large and older with hip issues. This was beyond negligent. They should have called us and said they were unable to do the task. They charged $110.00 for this torture. See the injuries in the photos.

I called and requested a same day appointment (if possible). Hannah accommodated me and did a fantastic job on Bear. Highly satisfied!
