Jacqueline is the only vet my GSD and her pups will be going to... wonderful veterinarian service!

I have been bringing my little beagle Penny ever since she was one year old. She is now 12. The staff have always treated us like family and I sincerely trust them with my Penny. We also have a golden retriever named Anah and she is treated wonderful as well. Honestly my dogs love going there, especially Penny. She is very comfortable around all of the staff. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They get an A plus in my book!!

Outstanding service. Caring staff. They really know how to make you and your pet feel special. They are very knowledgeable and ready and willing to answer any questions. They helped my kitten and puppy get the vaccines they needed and they even offer boarding. Great place!!

Extremely unfriendly. Too many other vet options to go to a place where they act like you are an inconvenience to them.

I called this establishment a few times over the course of 10 days looking to speak to a tech/DVM about a concern I have and possibly receive a second opinion. Each time the staff was not very friendly and each time after being placed on hold I was eventually hung up on. I’m sure they are a decent practice but their professionalism and customer service is lacking.

Super friendly staff very clean building

The veterinarian and the vet techs were very kind, all things considered. We traveled from Colorado our dogs got super sick someone along the way fed them poison our girl died right away and our boy was fighting we had to put him down he wasn't gonna make it and was in a severe amount of pain. They were so kind to us through the process. Told us straight up how bad it was and that there was nothing that could be done for him he was so bad off. If I have pets again this is where I will take them.

The staff treated me with the UTMOST care and compassion during a very difficult time. Its never easy letting go and saying goodbye to a furbaby. My grandchildren lost their precious furbaby Tiger. Again, I was very heartbroken and the staff and (kitty that resides there) are simply the best. Apparently, I'm not the only one who has experienced their kindness and compassion. While I was there a gentleman and his furbaby left and then came back about a half an hour later with what looked to be three dozen roses for the staff. This tells me a lot about Merritt's Creek Veterinary Center.

I frantically called every local vet trying to get the second round of shots for my new puppy (1st Round was given by the breeder's vet)! Many of them were flat out Rude! I was able to get my pup an appointment here with no issues! They were so friendly, and managed to fit me right in! His first appointment went so well, the conversation with the vet was really informative and I loved her personality! The staff there is very patient and kind! This will be Halen's lifetime Vet clinic! Thank you all for being so good to us!

It's a money grab. Arrived for a vaccination and, with nothing more than a cursory glance, was immediately told by a technician that they would not vaccinate our dogs because they had a skin infection. Both dogs had been treated for fleas and had thin hair in spots but they did not have a skin infection. The tech was quick to suggest that we bring the dogs back to see the vet though and informed us of the added cost of seeing the vet and treatment for a non-existent skin infection. Very disappointed in this Veterinarian's office. I'll never visit this place again. Go to Ayer's, the only reason I didn't this time is because they had no appointments available in my time frame. This place knew that and tried to take advantage and make more money than just the vaccination. Regarding the response; Our dogs do not have a skin infection so the requirement to have them see the vet, and pay the fee for doing so, is not in the interest of the dogs health it is only to make money. Right, $65 for a vaccine vs $120+ for a vet visit not including the cost of the meds you wanted to sell to treat a non-existent condition. Bait and switch scam.

Very terrible service they will never get a single dollar from me or my family's business in our life time. This business is definitely not a trustworthy place of business period.

It used to be a pretty good place before COVID. Now it’s crazy. Even after all the restrictions have been lifted you still have to sit in you car and wait………wait………………..wait some more……… if your appointment is at 10 you’ll sit till at least 1130 just waiting for them to call you to bring in you pup. Although they fix my dogs everytime this is my only complaint but I’m pretty impatient so I suck

Awesome staff ! The vet Jacqueline has taken care of all my pets for many many years, well into their late years, because they care, my pets have done well.

They take really good care of our pets. They have even gotten a hometown hero award for the desire to care for abandon animals.

Since Covid has been around, I've not been inside. However, you can wait in your car whilst they examine your pet. Personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended!

They were very kind and professional. The only complaint is because of COVID I couldn't go in and meet with the vet face to face. I talked with them on the phone after the examination.

Greatly appreciate the way we were treated. Sadly we had to lay our beloved Otto of 16 years to rest. We have always been treated with the best.

Pleasant visit quick service today

The customer service is not professional. It is all about the money! When the vet calls after doing something with your animal you have to ask how it went. The first thing that comes out her mouth is you still owe. It is not the point about the cost of things. I don’t mind paying anything for my animals. It is the way this clinic acts as if that is the only thing they worry about anymore. I will not go back after many years. They have changed.

My chiweenie hurt his back and the MERRITTS CREEK VETERINARIAN CENTER was the only place that would take immediate walk-in during this pandemic. Its a good thing too because they did an x-ray on site and told me he had 2-3 damaged disc joints. They gave me options for treatment and I chose on-site laser treatments and at-home medication for pain and inflammation. My chiweenie started showing signs of improvement right away and the pain management treatment was working wonders for his progress. At my next appointment, the technician was super helpful in answering questions about the laser treatment and providing materials on the details and type of laser treatment being administered to my chiweenie. The tech went out of her way to print off materials since there wasn't any on hand. That's excellent customer service if you ask me! I am so relieved to receive such great assistance and health-care for my furbaby.

This place is a joke!! Take your animals somewhere else!!!! They will get you for all the money they can and lie to you the whole time!!
