Our 6-month-old goldendoodle completed the Beyond Basic board and train program. We were amazed at the difference in her when we picked her up. She's still her same sweet, energetic self but at the same time is so much calmer. She listens to commands and responds. Each time we've gone back for individual training sessions, our puppy has been excited to see the trainer, which lets us know she was happy during her time there.

Took my dog in to be groomed. Short hours but not very busy. She did a good job.

Professional and kind staff. They laugh with me about the antics of my rescue boxer, a goat dog named Hugo. He is a challenge they have met in boarding and grooming.

It was my first time visiting All Phase for grooming services! And I am very satisfied with not only their customer service but their genuine care for dogs. They were very attentive to us from the moment we walked in. I will definitely be back in the future! Price was just right and scheduling an appointment was a breeze.

We boarded our dog for a long weekend. They took good care of her, and even noticed her finicky eating patterns. It's nice to know she had some personal attention from the staff. Thanks!

We have boarded our dog here twice now and each time has been a great experience. We felt comfortable leaving our dog with them each time because each employee seemed genuinely concerned about our dogs well being while there. The booking process was also very easy. Overall our experience has been very good with All Phase K9!

I scheduled an appointment for my Maltipoo, Parker, and they did an amazing job on his "poodle cut". I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quick and affordable groomer. (The first 2 pictures are a few days after he got groomed. The 3rd and 4th picture are how it looks about 2 months grown out.)

Came across All Phase K9 Training in need of a groomer for one of our English Cocker Spaniels who is deaf and has megaesphagus. We had an awful experience with Pet Smart, and were so worried about going to another groomer. All Phase k9 Training Center made us feel SO welcomed and took absolute amazing care of our pup! We could not be happier with our experience! They took the time to get to know our pups needs and this is the first time he has ever returned from the groomer happy as can be!! I did my homework when I chose a training facility and the other reviews were right - WONDERFUL place and people. My dog stayed and worked with Brittany for two weeks for Beyond Basic Obedience. My goal was to have a rock solid dog that I could go about my normal activities with (out to breweries/restaurants, over to friends' houses, meeting other animals, walking, etc) and that's exactly what they gave me. My dog is a dream to work with and continue training now that she does have that obedience mindset. It was a financial stretch for me to do this training, but I am SO happy I did it. Worth every penny. I will continue to do private lessons as I am able, because as every dog owner knows - training is never over. I am forever grateful to All Phase K9 and Brittany!

Laurel- Owner and avid dog lover is one of a kind. I have been doing business with her for over 15 years now. She has trained all my dogs-- mostly rescues and many with issues. She has taken care of my children's pets as well-- another 1/2 dozen. She loves and cares for them. She is also the groomer-- I wouldn't go anywhere else. My dogs and cats actually like going there---- and they are picky. Love this place.

Loved the experience!! They were there for 3 nights. The Yorkie of my crew has an ear infection and I was worried about medications. His ears definitely look better than when I dropped him so I know they followed through with medications. They also all came back smelling so good! Not sure if they do this for all of the animals but my two big ones are hounds who run on our land so I know they did not go in smelling that fresh! My dogs will definitely be going back. So thankful they came back healthy, happy and ready to cuddle.

I recently left my new baby with All Phase for 4 days...needless to say, that was one of the most difficult things for me to do. However, the amazing staff eased my anxieties! When I picked my baby up, she was just as happy as she could be! And, she smelled soooooo lovely!!! The next time I am in Massanutten, I am definitely leaving my dog with All Phase!!!! They wouldn't give my dog back on a Sunday when my grandmother had died and I had to leave that night to attend her funeral even though there was an employee on the premises with full access to the animal at a reasonable time during the day (around noon). I was terribly distraught and she slammed the door in my face when I pleaded for her back. When I returned after the funeral, one of the employees stopped me on the way out the door and berated me for asking for my dog back. Don't take your animal here - the staff is incompetent at best.
