The doctor was very compassionate and very empathetic. I had to euthanize my mother's cat because it had cancer all through her and I was allowed to hold her while she passed away. I didn't feel badly about leaving the cat there for cremation; the staff was so kind that I knew that they would treat her body with love and respect.

I took my pet here for years. It was always great when Ed , his wife and Doc were there . It was a great Place. Heart and paw just wants your cash. They do not really care about your Pets. I would never reccomend this business to anyone.

Beware! It is definitely not the compassion and quality we received with Dr Lint and Dr Beam. They made us wait 5 days for a sick appointment. Then, they called the day before and cancelled! The vet said they were “moving patients around”. But, the staff simply left a message I needed to call back and reschedule. When I did, there was nothing available for several more days. The staff lies and the vet believes them. It is sad they destroyed the legacy of Beam and Lint.

Almost one year ago my sweet Italian Greyhound. Anubis, had an acute on chronic kidney episode. Her creatinine and BUN numbers were so high, the local emergency wanted to euthanize her. I refused. I went to see Dr. Honigmann and her team for assistance giving Anubis fluids, which the emergency vet said I needed to do. I asked Dr. H. if there was anything else I can do. She called the Ohio State Veterinary hospital and got Anubis accepted as a patient by the kidney specialists. Anubis stayed more than 2 weeks at the Ohio State hospital and was treated with hemodialysis by Dr. Daniel Gordon. Throughout this entire year, Dr. H and Dr. G. worked together and saved Anubis’ life. Today she is doing well and her bloodwork remains stable. I couldn’t ask for better support. I’m very grateful to Dr. H. for making that phone call that saved Anubis.

I have never had any issues with this Veterinary and has always treated me fairly. Dr. Lint values your interest in your four legged fur Babies and is straightforward about what you pet health needs are.

I have a cat who has Kidney Disease and Dr. Honigmann has been very helpful in giving me ways to slow the process by recommending supplements and hydra care packets which I never heard of before! They seem to be helping! Dr. Honigmann has called me and emailed me after hours to talk to me about the plan of care for my cat and to discuss lab results. I have found her to be very personable and easy to talk to and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Thank you Dr. Honigmann for your expertise!

We unfortunately had to put down our sickly dog. They were able to see us the same day hours after we called, 1st time clients. They were all extremely compassionate and made one of our hardest experiences as best as possible. They let us in the whole time and coached us through the whole process. They even sent a condolences card afterwards. These people really care and showed so much kindness to us. I would highly recommend my family and Abner thanks you all very much!

I was a long time client of Dr. Lint, and I have always taken my pets to him over the years. When he retired and Heart and Paw took over, I was so apprehensive and worried about the quality of care and compassion not being the same...but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Over the last year, I have gotten to know Dr. Andrea Honigmann and the staff, and I couldn’t be happier. She is utterly amazing!! My one dog has been diagnosed with degenerative valve disease in her heart, and I have been terrified of what can happen to her. Dr. Honigmann has went above and beyond in helping me understand this disease, recommended to me exactly what needed to be done, and has been beside me every step of the way. I will be the first to admit that I can be a pain, especially when I spend days researching this disease, and I have sent so many emails to Dr. H with questions, concerns, and fears...and she has answered every one of them, even on her days off, or over the weekend. I will always be grateful to her for putting up with me. I would give her and Heart and Paw a score of 100 if I could because of her!!

I took my cat to Dr. Honigmann because he was just not himself. She discovered and treated a large abscess on his shoulder and treated him.. She even called the next day to see how he was doing. The entire staff there is so friendly and caring. I am very happy with Lint Veterinary Service. Love the people especially Dr. Honigmann. I highly recommend them.

Our 10 year old family dog was walking on three legs and declining for a few weeks and needed to be put down. The entire staff were excellent and caring through the entire procedure. They took us on a moments notice and gave us the closure we needed. I highly recommend Lint Veterinary Service...thank you so much!

Lint recently changed owners. I had been going there and service was just OK. We went back due to the fact they got new vets, and the location, and wow. I was so appreciative of how friendly and thorough they were. I really felt taken care of and heard. I also appreciated the recommendations. Will definitely continue going.

Kind and compassionate. Excellent vet. Be prepared for long waits on walk-in days but that is typical anywhere there is a walk in service.

Wonderful, attentive and knowledgeable veterinarian and techs...a little on the expensive side, but it is well worth it for the level of service!

Very nice people. My only downfall was I had an appointment at 1130am arrived at 113pam and then didnt get seen until 1250. That was alittle frustrating but oh well. Over than that was good a bit expensive but good.

The staff was very friendly. The vet spent a lot of time explaining things and answering questions about my puppy.

I have been a cat owner for 16 years. Patches and Hollow are my two fur babies. I have had Patchwork Orange, affectionately known as Patches, since 2005 and Hollow since 2006. Got them both as kittens. Patches and Hollow are strictly indoor kitties. Patches spayed and Hollow neutered. Patches recently started having trouble walking and having accidents outside the litterbox. We thought just old age and because she is a Calico, they are prone to health issues. The vet and technicians were so caring, kind and friendly. When we left there on Monday I felt a little defeated as Patches had extremely high sodium, severely dehydrated and impacted. We returned on Wednesday and decided it was in her best interest and quality of life to let her move on from us. The hardest thing I've ever had to do. Staff were patient, kind and most of all compassionate to her and to my husband and I.
