Very bad lack of communication!

I've been going to another vet in town for around 6 years. I wish I had found valley west sooner. We are traveling and needed documentation. Our normal vet misscheduled us and called me the day before our appointment to tell me they couldn't see us. Valley west was so kind to fit us in and see Dr. Issac. He was so gentle with our kitty. He gave lots of useful suggestions and it made our trip 1,000% better. The assistants and staff were so nice and treated us like we were family. As a bonus our vet bill was $100 cheaper than what I would normally pay with my old vet. If your looking for a vet, I really don't see why you wouldn't go to valley west for care.

I got my dog in 2012 and I've always used them for vet visits. Never had any issues. Staff are always nice.

Valley West treated my puppy for two days after he ate a Tide Pod. I think they did everything and more to keep him here with us. He is now growing healthy, and eating alot less Tide Pods. We are very grateful for their excellent service.

I am BLOWN AWAY by how amazing our experience was at this vet hospital today. We live in Florida but have been visiting family in Charleston for Thanksgiving and our dog got very sick all of a sudden. We called at 7:30am to see if our dog could be seen (the day before Thanksgiving!!!!) and they were able to fit us in same day at 9:30am. The check in process was seamless, the vet tech was SO NICE, and the DVM Thomas Isaac was AMAZING with our dog. I wish we lived here the experience was so great! Also the cost is SO LOW - wow, I have never seen a vet bill this inexpensive. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I have not been here yet but was recommended by a neighbor. I called for a quote for my dog who will need surgery on her knee. They were able to give me a ball park figure and said they could do the surgery where a lot of other vets were trying to push me to go to OH to get it done when I want to stay local for various reasons. They were very professional and courteous when answering all my questions. I will definitely be selecting them for my puppy's procedure in the near future.

The doctors and technicians rwally care about the animals. Very friendly. Even though they have been super busy since COVID, they always find a way to squeeze my pets in if I have concerns about their health. They remember my cats and look forward to seeing them each time.

Valley West Hospital would be great if they did not have exorbitant prices. You must chose between your pet or house payments.The Vets I come in contact with at this location are fine doctors.

Bella had a wonderful experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit. She’s usually a very anxious kitty cat but technician Kat was super wonderful with her. I was very impressed with how she held, with how calm she was and how all around great she was. Dr. Graham was super confident and done such a great job. Very great with each experience I have. Couldn’t ask for a better staff than that.

Clean, modern, &, most importantly, special considerations & accommodations have been made for feline customers' comfort & peace of mind. A whole separate waiting area & wing of exam rooms just for cats! Staff is knowledgeable & super friendly. ????????????

I took my 15 weeks old puppy Chico to get his rabies shot. Good day and good visit to valley west vet! The vet was great!

Hali and the Dr were both so good with our puppies. Even with our one puppy who is anti social...she took her time and worked with her. :)

Very friendly staff. Had to do an emergency visit due to a snake bite and they saw us almost as soon as we arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a very nice facility as well.
