Staff is really knowledgeable and friendly!

Such a wonderful experience. My dog became very ill, and I didn't have any trouble getting in to see the vet. Dr. Walker took care of my dog in such a expedient way. I would suggest anyone take there pet 2 that clinic.

Needed emergency care for my pet on Christmas Eve. The number on the answering machine said to call another number if after hours. Called second number and was told it for existing patients.

Had a stray kitten a chipmunk got ahold of. They took great care of him. Smokie Joe and me thank you.

My dog had diarrhea and they refused to see her on a Saturday when they were open. I called as soon as they were open on Monday and was told to come in after 11am. When I got there I was told I would be charged an extra $80 because it was between 11am and 1pm, because they may have to work during lunch. The lady told me several times she didn't care about my problems or my dog, she just said that's the policy take it or leave it.

They staff and Drs are great here even before and after her spay they answer all questions and they did an amazing job wld recommend to anyone looking for a vet

Great staff you can tell they care about your furry family members from dogs to guinea pigs. I love they offer walk-in times that make getting your sick ones in quickly without it costing extra.

This is the most unorganized vets office I have ever been to. Every time I have been here there’s always miscommunication and no one knows what’s going on. The bad attitude I received from the girl at the window didn’t help at all

The services provided are always very professional and the staff are very warm, courteous knowledgeable and friendly. The only negative part of my experience was the checking out process. That poor receptionist was doing the job of 3 people. The phone was constantly ringing. She was trying to pull records, schedule appointments all the while giving discharge paperwork and collecting payments for the visit. There were 3-4 people in a narrow hallway waiting to be discharged for way too long. Facility design including exam room location in relation to discharge receptionist needs some reconsideration desperately. It seems they have outgrown their facility.

I usually love the sweet lady veterinarian that works there. I can't remember her name right off the top of my head but the guys I saw was still good. I took my 2 dogs and a cat.bi do feel like my requests for skin examination was overlooked on my older dog. I'm sure it's allergies but I didn't even get anything for him besides a flea pill and shots. If your animal is sick and it's life is in danger I highly recommend bringing them here tho! They do actually know what they're doing and are thorough with sick pets.

Their staff and veterinarians are very professional, kind and compassionate. I've taken my dogs to them for routine care, a surgery, and most recently and unfortunately, to have my eldest dog euthanized. Whatever the reason for the visit, I highly recommend them to care for your fur baby.

It's always great, i bring all my pets here, they answer all my questions when I have any. They are top notch in my book. If anybody reads my review 5 star's isn't high enough. And I'll continue to bring my pets here well into the future.

The BVH has always been efficient, accurate, and helpful. They advise honestly and are straightforward. I appreciated this as we were faced with a life and death decision. If I could change one thing it would be to feel heartfelt warmth and compassion upon the death of an animal. I see it in the eyes of staff, but there is no time for grief, no space for warmth or comfort. A blanket and a gentle smile from the aide was so appreciated as I watched the life drain from our beloved buddy who gave us high 5s every morning. I know it is difficult to balance proper antiseptic and efficient care with warmth and grace in a practice that must make profit to survive. Maybe someday we will all be paid our worth, we won't have to struggle to provide or receive ANY type of healthcare, and we can comfort our beloved ones when they pass. ????

They have good walk in hours a little backed up bur what vet isnt

Caring and friendly. May be expensive but if you love your pet it is a great place to go.

This time it was a good experience took my dog in to be fixed and everything went good and the staff is very helpful

Overly paid and paisley advertising

It would be better if they would let customers inside waiting area not be stuck outside in hot cars. After all some of us were vaccinated. More games. Veterinarian was good. Management bad.
