Definitely know their business! My chihuahuas got their nails clipped. Really good prices. Wide variety of services! Soft spoken good nature!

Left 3 messages. Finally got a call back almost 2 months later. If you’re too busy to groom my Yorkie then at least respond & just say so. Extremely unprofessional!!

Would give zero stars if possible. Avoid this place at all costs

I don't normally write negative reviews, but I've been holding this one in. Now that I see that this groomer killed somebody's cat, I have to say that I am not surprised. When I took my two cats in for grooming, I was shocked at how callous and rough she was with them. First, she insisted on putting one of my two in a nasty cage in the back room, where she was very scared. This was unnecessary, as she could have stayed inside the carrier! With both, she was so rough it made me wince. Being my first time at a groomer, I didn't really know what to expect, but I now know that a groomer should at least be comforting and gentle with the cats. This lady was not. My cats (and I) were traumatized for days following our visit. Again, now that I see that she killed somebody's cat, I am not surprised. I know it's hard to find groomers in Yakima, but this is not the place to go.

She killed my cat. Our family cat, corndog, was taken to her by my mother. Apparently she was extremely rough wth the cat and screamed at it while trying to hold it down and chasing it around the room. She roughed the cat up terribly and then denied my mother from taking it home until it was fully finished. The cat died in her kennel there and she refused to take responsibility for it. Her only answer was "I didn't mean to!" We took it to the vet for an autopsy and they said it was likely a heart attack from stress.

Best old school grooming AND prices in town!

I would not recommend all critters grooming. The quality of the work didn’t concern me, as it was satisfactory. It was the care that concerned me. I brought my two small dogs there on the advice of a friend who used to patron there. The first visit there behavior didn’t concern me so much, because it was the first time they had had the experience of gland extraction. The third visit had me alarmed when one of my dogs had an injured leg, which they said his paw had gotten stuck in the cage. The other was traumatized. My dogs are my kids and I want them to be handled as if the groomers were grooming their own dog.

Love them. Take my pup here all the time. He loves them here they are amazing and very good with him

If you love your animal I would recommend anywhere else. This place smells awful and has a resident flea population. The grooms are cheap but you get what you pay for.

Had an appointment set up. Called beforehand no answer. Showed up at appointment time. Nobody at place of business nor a phone call cancelling my appointment.

My kitty has had regular grooming appointments with Irene for roughly over four years. She does an amazing job, and is exceptionally good with animals. I highly recommend her for her talent, expertise, and the way she handles and relates to our furry babies.

I have taken my cat to get groomed here several times and the service has been awesome. They do a great job without stressing out my critter. I have had phone issues before and would suggest a voicemail if they do not have one already. Overall a great experience.
