Would definitely recommend Dog Gone Taxi for all your animal relocation needs. Ashley, a relocation specialist, was INCREDIBLE when I was relocating my cat from Seattle to the UK. She went above and beyond to get my cat to me in the UK, despite all the setbacks due to COVID and travel restrictions. The company is very communicative, I wasn't in the dark about any part of the process and was always able to ask questions.

The experience I had with the Dog Gone Taxi team, and Ashley especially was amazing. This company was nothing but an absolute pleasure to deal with. They answered every question I had, no matter how simple in a very quick and appropriate manner. Everything was clear and concisely written out for me. I had a horrible experience with the breeder I was dealing with to make a USA/Canada move and even though the puppy didn’t end up working out they made the whole experience that much better. I can’t have enough good to say about them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a transport company.

Dog Gone Taxi brought my dog Remi from the USA to the UK. I cannot begin to tell you the process all of this entails. However, they really lead me through things from start to finished and safely delivered my Remi back to me. I don’t know how we would have managed without them.

Some of the prices I received from other companies were out of this world and not in a good way. Dog Gone Taxi was the best price we found and safely transported my German Shepherd and my ferret. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the updates. They are a great company.

What an amazing team to work with. I was sent pictures whenever possible and email/text updates each step of the way. I was so worried and it was all for naught. My babies were delivered to me just as happy and healthy as they were at the beginning of the journey. I hope not to have to undertake an international move again any time soon but when I do I’ll be calling Dog Gone Taxi once again.

They were polite, efficient and so helpful. They took over the paperwork and were very well versed on everything that was needed. Our two dogs had a Pet Nanny to fly with and she was so wonderful. You can easily see you’re working with a group that loves animals and treats your family member as they would their own.

Overall, coffee has arrived in China safely! The whole process for exporting from US and importing into China is hard. The paperwork , including health check , and duty checks is very strictly under this COVID-19 particular circumstances. Dog Gone Taxi , is definitely a professional pet shipping company internationally. I have already referred to my Chinese friend who needs the service for importing to china. It saves lots of efforts by providing the all included services. Thanks!

Jade, Rebecca. And Lenny all made my 2 dogs comfortable and safe while flying, both dogs arrived to their final location in Yuma, Az. They are the most helpful and caring our 2 boys arrived on great shape. They are the best. I will use them again inthe future. Thank you all so very much. Sincerely. Maxine Millard

Literally from start to finish the whole team at Dog Done Taxi was excellent. Expect to have some changes come your way as they are not in charge of the airlines but they will keep you up to date. Not only that but you will have delivered back to you a happy furbaby. Great job guys!

We hired Dog Gone Taxi to transport our pets from California to Hawaii and it was an absolute disaster. I wasn’t very knowledgeable on the process on how to get pets to Hawaii so I reached out to them 6 months (Nov) in advance. I spoke to a gentleman named James who explained the process and sent me a quote. The quote was only 2 dogs and we have three, I reached back out a little while later (since I was told everything needed to be done in the 3 months prior to the move) and spoke to Jade. He was really helpful in address some general concerns I had about shipping my dogs and got me a quote for all three which was $3,285. At that point, I was passed to a Relocation Assistant, Ashley. She asked some questions and I got back to her as I was receiving vet paperwork etc. I was continually told that flight booking couldn’t happen until 10 days out so I started communicating with Ashley more in late March/early April to make sure we were on track for an early May move. I got minimal responses from her but she did verify that I had requested a May 2 flight. Since I had no reason to doubt that would happen, I based our lodging in both CA & HI, our rental cars and flights around that date. On April 26th, I was asked if it could be moved to May 6th because they couldn’t all be booked on one flight until then. I said, no… can you separate them and get them out there earlier? I’m getting a little nervous so I’m calling her & the office. My two contacts are going straight to voicemail (they advertise a 24/7 service) and the woman on the main line keeps saying she’ll transfer me but hangs up instead. Finally I get through to someone who tells me this will be escalated to a supervisor, Rebeca. At that point, she was able to find flights for 2 of my dogs on the 2nd and the last one on the 3rd. Okay fine. Then she says that my estimate was incorrect based on my dogs size. It will now cost $4,705. I told her very honestly that I felt like I was being bait and switched. It was now 5 days prior to flying out, far too late to find another service and it’s now $1,500 more! She assured me that was not what was happening and promised quick and clear communication to ease the anxiety that I now had of leaving my dogs in incompetent hands. Then there was an issue with the transport to the airport since they were not being flown the same day. There was an option of my dogs staying at someone’s house overnight which I was not comfortable with. Somehow now it’s $5,560. The I have no clue when they’re getting picked up so I reach out. They were picked up by a lovely couple who were super comforting and knowledgeable. I drop my third dog off the next morning since I was on the same flight. The same couple was again very lovely however he mentioned that Rebeca had managed to “squeeze us in” since it was a last minute military move. I had been communicating with them for months. They dropped the ball on this and then convinced one of their contacts to do this at a discount/last minute by saying it was a last minute military move. I’m thankful my dogs made it on to the island safely, but truly disgusted by this business.

I tried working with this company to transport my pet to Australia. The person I was working with never answered the phone or responded to my emails. They cannot be trusted to handle something as important as my pet's life - totally unprofessional and irresponsible!

I have requested quotes from over ten companies only a few got back to me. Ashley from Dog Gone Taxi was the first one and also had the best quote. We ended up hiring them to move our black labrador from Portland OR to Switzerland. …
