I cannot say enough good things about VCA West Linn! Dr Graff was absolutely amazing. Him and his staff were amazing with my pups, very caring, proficient, and informative. I also never felt pressured to spend unnecessary amounts of money like I’ve experienced at other Animal Hospitals. My pups both left VCA happy, and wagging their tails! Thank you Dr Graff and your wonderful staff!

There was a dog in a truck on a very hot day, my son went into the VCA West Linn Vet Hospital to let them know about the poor dog. The veterinarian found the owner, who was working near by, and OFFERED to BRING the Dog INTO THEIR CLINIC and take care of the dog for the owners!! FOR FREE!! So compassionate and thoughtful!!! This is the kind of place you want to bring your pets!!!

Best team around. You feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. Erin and Lindsay couldn't be nicer or more on the ball. This place is so great it makes you want to work there.

Dr. Graff and every other person that we encountered there were amazing. So kind, compassionate and understanding. My cat Bear had not received proper veterinary care in years due to a very difficult family situation which I recently freed myself and him from. Never once did the team make me feel judged. In fact, they called attention to how healthy he looks and that it is clear he is loved. I had planned on just getting vaccines here and then establishing Bear with my dog's veterinarian in Milwaukie. Now I'm not so sure! I may just make the drive out there to see Dr. Graff and his team because they are so lovely. Keep up the great work, guys! Sincerely, A very grateful kitty mama

Wonderful veterinary office. Dr. Graff is knowledgable, personable and truly cares about pets. This clinic really does offer high quality care and great communication.

I’ve never actually been to this clinic. I called today, thinking it was the Clackamas office. The gentleman who answered the phone could use a refresher on customer service and compassion. After he reminded me that I was speaking to the West Linn office I asked if he could provide me with the Clackamas phone number. His snarky comment of, “I suppose I could google it for you” made me feel even more terrible than I already was. I ended up at the ER clinic in Tualatin where my beloved dog was put down. Rough day for my family. Perhaps he should be reminded to be more kind.

Friendly animal lovers. My dog doesn't mind going to the vet. The cat is less terrified than normal, so that's something. Prices are fine.

I'm surprised that my experience wasnt like the other reviews on here. I thought I was going to be receiving quality care at this hospital, as it's not my first VCA hospital I've been to. VCA 12-Mile provides far superior care and I will be traveling the additional 20 minutes to receive that care.

They're great with me and my dog, they know us by name.

Best people ever. I moved to different town, found new vet, was not happy after multiple pet visits. Went back to VCA West Linn, and will never ever go anywhere else, ever. Thank You VCA West Linn. ????

We were new to town and needed a good vet we have definitely found one. We take both of our dogs here and Everytime the vets and the staff are awesome. When test results come in I get a message from an actual person and they converse back with me. I really enjoy that personal touch. It's not outrageous as far as price is concerned and it doesn't take forever to get in, to add too that they don't rush you out either.

We see Dr. Graff and always enjoy bringing our dogs to see him for a check up. Friendly staff and a welcoming environment.

Dr Graff is awesome! My cat loved him, literally. It's a great indicator when my girl is calm with a vet. Very easy to get to and a clean office, friendly staff, made me and Daphne feel very welcomed.

Super nice staff at VCA West Linn. I took my cat there for a shot and they called me the next day to make sure there was no reaction and that my cat was okay. I appreciate they took the time to check in

Staff really cares about the animals and it shows. I truly appreciated the vet personally calling me to explain options without pressuring me one way or the other.

Someone stole our dog from our car. We notified the police and two hours later West Linn Animal Hospital called us and had our little Robbie. The woman who stole our dog did not realize that little Robbie was not going to be nice. Also thanks to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Department for putting an APB out on our dog. Thanks to young lady working at the hospital, when the woman came in she suspected something was not right and called the Sheriff's Department.

The receptionist (Candace) acknowledged my concerns and paired me with a tech that I preferred for my dog. Exceptional communication and I can truly tell that they care about the business. Thanks for everything!

Candace and Erin are the best! Loved seeing Dr. Graff for my pup Sienna's first chiropractic adjustment. It has done wonders so far and she seems so much more comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff and wonderful informative doctors. Keep up the good work guys!

These people are super friendly, helpful and understanding. My dog gets car sick and they try to accommodate us as best possible when we end up late, and to minimize the number of trips to the clinic necessary. They patiently answer our questions and help us make informed decisions.
