My dog goes here every week and she has a great time. They have a ton of enrichment opportunities for the dogs

Highly recommend this daycare, everyone is trained professionals and the price is best in town. It also has really helped my dogs social anxiety.

Doggo loves it. Wish their weekend boarding had full days of play like their week day boarding.

Our dog loves going here for daycare and boarding. Love its close proximity to down town and it's all day drop off policy.

My dog can't wait to get to Tails R Waggin doggy daycare. She runs to the handler and after doggy daycare she always has to take a nap, which means she's getting plenty of exercise. The staff at Tails R Waggin doggy daycare are very involved with the dogs. My dog just loves it there

Our little one was very happy, which is all that we were hoping for. A very well maintained area and a ton of content dogs when we stopped by for a quick tour. Very easy to set up an interview to make sure our little one fit in with the rest of the pack. Reasonable pricing and drop off structure. My wife and I would highly recommend.

Copied My daughter worked for a very short time for a doggie daycare here in Vancouver. She was fired after a few days for “not keeping a safe environment.” What that means is she refused to abuse the dogs. She didn’t want to put shock collars on dogs for just trying to play or any barking at all. Old dogs are not allowed to lie down, but rather kicked to get them up, and then put on treadmills for extended time. Any sort of puppy/dog play that you would expect to go on in a doggy daycare will get your pup leashes to “the wall.” Supposed to be a 5-minute max because, duh, they forget. I was told dogs spent 6+ hours on the wall. They are not allowed to play with each other, and the staff isn’t allowed to interact or play either. Say what? I’m pretty sure when the owners drop them off for a day of play and socialization they have no idea what’s really going on. If your dog has any pitbull, forget it. Your dog will be in a state of timeout/punishment the entire time there. Shame on you Tails R Waggin’ in Fruit Valley. Repost. Spread the word. As I said, this is from an employee - albeit three short days.

My dog loved it here, even years later he still gets excited when we drive by. All of the employees are very friendly and know how to handle the dogs.

I have been bringing my dogs here for 7 years. They are always excited to go. They know when they get to go to daycare or boarding because I ask them “If they want to go play with the puppies?” They fly out the door. When we get there, they pull me through it. Each employee knows my dogs names and greets them. Dogs are intelligent, they let you know when a place isn’t safe and if they don’t want to be there. I trust them completely.

I have been bringing my dogs to Tail R Waggin at least twice a week since they were puppies (4-6 years). Juli & Charlie are amazing! Juli used to be a vet tech and Charlie is an animal behaviorist. What more could you ask for? When problems come up, they deal with it. We used them for boarding and it's always gone very smoothly. We get great advice about caring for our dogs. They are truly quality people with a quality business and they care for your dogs.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Abusive to the animals and an all around horrible place to leave your fur babies. Please do not take your dogs here.

( 1⭐️ Star Review) I should have trusted my gut when it told me several times (Tails R Waggin Doggy Daycare) in Hazel Dell is weird. The first sign was when my dog got kennel cough. Next, I had an issue with my debit card, and they treated me like it was stolen. And, it was upsetting but, not as upsetting as finding out they will knowingly withhold information regarding your pet's health, lie to you and abuse your animal. They had been locking my friend's dogs up in a kennel for an entire day and not telling the owners. So. they were paying to have their dog put in a kennel while they were at work. And, it only got out because a new employee let it slip. I was very concerned at this point but somehow kept bringing my dog. Then, last week I hear my other's friends dog refused to go in the door. The first time she was concerned but, after the third trip and the dog was still refusing to get out of the car, she knew something was VERY wrong. Why would her dog be afraid to go in the doggie daycare? Now today I get a nervous phone call 30 minutes before they close to ask if I'm going to come and pick up my dog. I am not sure if they wanted to skip out early or if my dog was the last there but, I wasn't late picking him up, and the call was super awkward. I just can't ignore these signs anymore. Something strange is going on, especially after reading these other reviews.

My active pup loves the staff and the other dogs he gets to play with. Bonus he is tired at night and ready to snuggle when we pick him up. No more chasing my crazy pup around the house at night.

Brought my two dogs here over a year. One of my dogs was aggressive with another dog due to wanting to play with the hose they use to clean up mess. Instead of informing us of the situation they locked both of my dogs up each time they were dropped off but continued to take our money. After a few months one of the kids working there told me about it when I asked how the dogs had been that day. So basically this place charged us $50 a day to lock our dogs in a cage. I understand the need to remove a dog that is acting aggressive but to not inform us, lock up both dogs, and then continue to take our money is unacceptable.

We moved to Vancouver a little over 2 years ago. I interviewed several day care facilities and selected Tails R Waggin. Juli, Charlie and the girls are always so pleasant and I know they treat "Neena" just as they would their own. It is very telling when your little loved one wiggles with joy when they see them. I wouldn't take her anywhere else and means the world to me that she is treated so well when I can't be with her. I highly recommend Tails R Waggin to anyone who needs to know there pet is loved.

Just called and asked if there was a job hiring by chance and the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude

I had a horrible experience!!! Worse yet, my dog was traumatized!!! I brought him in and the owner, who referred to himself as just like Cesar Milan, took my 9 month old boxer to the back without me. Harry is the happiest, sweetest, and friendliest dog one could imagine! Everyone loves him! 15 minutes later, the owner walks out with Harry and says he had a rough time. I look at Harry and his pronged collar was tweeked so badly it was choking him. Harry was so out of breath that he looked like he had just ran 5 miles. I told Charlie, owner, about the collar and he ignored it. The collar is totally messed up even after I unlatch it so my dog can BREATH! The biggest concern was when Harry acted scared of this guy and ran for the door!!! This I had never seen! I would highly recommend you never take your dog to this facility. It has taken 2 days to get our dog back! He was lifeless and depressed for the rest of that day and the next! Shame on you, Charlie!!!

Fantastic place for dogs. My pet loves going there and is exhausted when he gets home. They know animal behavior and reinforce positive behavior. The dogs learn great socialization skills both with people and with other dogs. The place is clean and well kept and worth driving a little extra for. The owners are friendly and pleasant, as are all of the employees. It is also a great place to board your dog when going out of town. I recommend Tails R Waggin to anyone who really cares about their dog.

Great people. Great place to leave your pooch. My dog Verne loves going there. He's said this several times. Great place to board as well.

Very friendly and helpful people. We brought our German Shepard here because she was destructive when left alone. Charlie spent some time with her and gave us some tips on building her confidence. After a couple of months of her visiting Tails R Waggin a couple of days a week she has become very happy and her confidence level has increased tremendously. I recommend Tails R Waggin to all dog owners, ggod advice and personal attention from people that Love dogs.

I have to disagree with the first viewer. I went to other day care facilites, but was tured off by how much they cost and how much attention my pups get. They are worn out when they get home, and just want to snuggle. My dogs go nuts every morning because they know where they get to go for the day. Tons of toys, and even a kiddie pool to play in the water. Both owners take excellent care of my pups. They treat them like family, and they make sure and let us know how they did. This is by far in my opinion the best facility. thanx for reading
