Second time this year we have visited during "open business hours" to find a locked door and the lights off.

Amazing first visit! Petsmart did me dirty by not cutting Finns nails the last three times I took him there for full grooming. Brought him to Muddy Paws and we were in and out within 10 minutes, cut and grind... and inexpensive, too! We have found our new spot!

Always happy to return here, our dog actually likes coming here.

Today was our first time at Muddy Paws. We took our latest rescue, Izzy. She is always nervous in different surroundings, other than our home. Christina made us and Izzy feel very comfortable for first timers! We really appreciated her patience with us. Thank you Christina! We will be back soon with our other rescue, Zella!

Nice facility. Helpful staff. A bit pricey but they supply most everything you’ve going to need.

Good clean establishment. Could do exactly what we needed for our dog. Everything you need for a dog wash is here. They clean up! No water all over your bathroom! Friendly staff, plenty of parking.

Don't waste your time with this place. Showed up at 2 on Friday to see a hand written sign that says "Closed 2-3 for lunch". I drive back a little after 3 to see the sign now saying 3:30, so I waited. 3:30 comes around and 2 other cars pull up and wait outside the door in the rain. I finally gave up and just left. The most irritating thing of it all was I think the employee was just sitting in their car watching.

Drove to this place at 2pm to see a sign on the door that they are closed for lunch from 2-3pm even though online it doesn't say anything about being closed for an hour. So I came back at 3pm to see the same sign that now says closed until 3:30pm. I have been waiting in my car since 3 and it is now 3:40pm with multiple people waiting outside in the rain and the employee is just sitting in her car watching everybody leave, which appears to have been her goal. The worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time, I certainly did.

I love how I can take my dog and wash her without killing my back!! They trim her nails and do it carefully with me being able to comfort my rottie. knowing that she’s comfortable and her anxiety won’t bother her as much with me being in sight. Washing my pet here means I have all I need and then some! Thank you Muddy Paws employees for all you do!

Great place for do it yourself dog baths. Staff were very helpful. A little pricey though considering cost time take dog to groomer.

Christina was so helpful and showed me a few things about how to cut my dogs hair. So much easier than doing it at home and this way I don't have to leave my dogs with a stranger and have them be scared.

I’m not the type to give bad reviews or reviews at all. But you guys lost customers today. There was no sign or notice saying you wouldn’t be open. People with show casing dogs waited so they could get groomed. As the website on here the time just kept pushing out. For a company at least have a sign saying you won’t be open so people are waiting hours to get in, I felt bad for that person…. Definitely will be taking business else where

The last time I lived here, we found Muddy paws right when they opened up. We walked in with 2 Malamutes and 2 huskys, and destroyed the place with fur. Everyone was so nice, helpful and understanding. After moving back, this was the first place I brought my Malamute and husky back too!! I love the lifted bathtubs and grooming tables and all the choices of shampoos! I always feel so bad for covering everything and everyone with their fur, but they have always been great about it when I blow them out there! I highly recommend Muddy Paws, even for people like me who do not know how to groom!!!

It is a great place to take your pets for a diy bath. Shampoo, towels and grooming brushes are provided. The tubs are easy to get our dog in and out of. The best part, they clean up the towels and water mess.

I come here a few times a year to wash the dogs, especially when it's too cold to use the hose. I came today, after checking google to make sure I had the hours right, and they were closed and empty half an hour before the posted time. Their sign in the door says pandemic hours subject to change and updated on Google. I understand changing hours, but closing early and not updating is not very professional. I really needed to wash my dog.. disappointed.

The young lady (wish I could remember her name) was super helpful. Things were well organized and clean. I didn't particularly care for the shampoo station, because it didn't seem to give out very much, but it was a small detail.

Christina did an absolutely amazing grooming on our old Golden Retriever! She did it with such gentleness which we really appreciated because our dog has problems with her legs. Thank you, Christina, it was worth much more than you could ever charge!!!

I haven't actually been here. But when I erroneously posted a review for another Muddy Paws Bathhouse in Bend, OR; Christina, the owner for the Muddy Paws DIY Dog Wash responded within 5 hours with profuse apologies and willing to dig into my experience. After a few messages, we realized that I wasn't talking about her business. I really appreciated how responsive she was and how quickly she dug in to make the situation. Again, I reviewed her business by accident. I'm sure that this Muddy Paws is great. P.S. I still haven't heard from the Muddy Paws in Bend, OR!

This felt like a scam and we were very disappointed as we're new to the area and wanted to find a good DIY dog wash. We came in with two dogs and they put us in their 'family room' and told us to wash both dogs at once. Then no one came back again and when we were done, we went to the front to pay and they gave us a total price that felt wrong to me so I asked for clarification and they said that an employee had noted that we made a big mess when we got there and we should be charged an extra cleaning fee. We disagreed since no one had even come to check on us since we got there and we knew there wasn't a big mess but they said we should have washed the dogs separately. We explained that that was the opposite of what we were told when we got there. A little more arguing later, they reduced our total but still charged us for two large dogs instead of one medium and one large which is what we have. They made us feel like the bad people for not paying when really they tried to sneak in extra charges without ever mentioning it. What if I hadn't asked?

Hours on their website, as well as their window are posted as Monday 10 am-7pm. I arrive here at 10:15 am to find they aren’t open! Glad you guys are “best of Clark county 2021”. That’s really nice for you. I don’t see how since y’all can’t be bothered to open on time

Great place to go for all the stuff to bathe the dog and not have the mess in the house. First time here and they were really helpful showing me what to do.

I took my dog here for the first time because I’m tired of trying to wash him in my bathtub but prefer to bathe him myself. The staff were very nice and helpful, and made sure I understood how to use everything. I was able to get a lot of his shedding coat off before washing him thanks to the various brushes they had available and I liked the options for the shampoos. I went with the oatmeal and then the hypoallergenic shampoos today. He’s super soft and clean now. I will definitely come back and he gets dirty on our various adventures so we’ll probably come back every couple of weeks!
