A very caring, kind, and compassionate team. Dr. Anna was so amazing and gentle with ????Cashie, myself, and the whole sad situation. I highly recommend Lap of Love Vancouver/Dr. Anna for such a personal, intimate and heartbreaking situation. I don't think I could of gotten through laying my baby boy Cashie Lee to rest if it wasn't for Dr. Anna. Thank you and thank you for doing what you do Dr. Anna????????????????

Putting down a beloved family pet is an emotional experience. Dr. Amanda Gordon was kind, sympathetic and communicative as she carefully explained what she would do. Her professionalism made a sad day a little more bearable.

Professional and absolutely compassionate help from very kind human beings. It was a privilege to be able to use this end-of-life service for our elderly cat.

Dr Amanda and the whole staff at Lap of Love made one the single worst days of my life actually bearable. The compassion and care that Dr. Amanda showed me and my family was unreal. I think if she had not been there I would not have been able to do what was right by my best friend. She talked us through everything and when it was time, gave me my last personal time with my buddy. Even though this was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, with Dr. Amanda there, I was as ok as I possibly could be. Thanks to the whole staff at Lap of Love who have reached out in the past few days. They really do care and it shows. Sorry about all the teary F Bombs DR. A =)

Dr. Casey helped us with our 12 year old dachshund after she became ill and was diagnosed with cancer and heart failure. We were at a loss of what to do when our primary vet and local animal hospital didn’t provide the support we needed to manage her diagnosis. When we found Lap of Love online it was clear that we found exactly what we were looking for. From the first phone call to the communication and support following our in-home appointment, Dr. Casey and her team exceeded expectations every step of the way. She helped guide us through one of the most difficult and emotional situations we’ve ever faced with the utmost compassion, patience and professionalism. While the outcome was heartbreaking, she provided us the confidence in knowing that the decision to lay our pet to rest was the right one. Being able to say goodbye in the comfort of our home was invaluable and made the experience so much easier on us and our little girl. We couldn’t imagine it any other way. We are forever grateful for Dr. Casey and her support, she is absolutely the standard for how end-of-life pet care should be and is wonderful at what she does. Her kindness and genuine concern for our pet’s well-being and our feelings is something we’ll never forget. Thank you Dr. Casey for doing what you do.

Dr. Casey was very patient with such a wonderful demeanor. She really helped our much loved Billy transition while allowing our family to be with him the whole way. Thank you Dr. Casey.

We contacted lap of love Earlier this week and was able to make our appointment on our terms. We were able to have an after hours appointment with no questions asked. We made this choice for our 16 year old Border Collie who was our best friend. We couldn't have asked for a better veterinarian to help assist us with this either. Thank you doctor Casey from the bottom of our hearts. You helped us come to peace with the passing of our best friend. When it ones time for our Marge will be be calling on lap of love as well. The best possible choice we could have made. Casey was extremely professional and compassionate. Our Pug Leah slipped into peaceful sleep gently and very easily. I would definitely recommend for you aged and elderly pet that is ready to cross.
