My persian cat Isabella had a bad ear infection. I tried for over a week to get her care. Her old vet was booked up and everywhere else. Luckily Dr. Burton was able to see her with a busy schedule also. He's really nice, caring and all of his employees too. Her ears are all better and he was able to do a teeth cleaning which she really needed. She's recovering great after dental surgery. Isabella thanks you and so do I. ????????

Barkley was neutered here several years ago. We were charged for a $70 blood test that was not explained when we checked him in. The receptionist/front desk was busy talking to someone else and they rushed him to the back. Later we pre-paid for a fecal and brought it in a week later, and were told because we waited too long we had to pay again. We swapped to a new Vet after that last visit, and we realized we needed to update the information on the microchip Barkley got during his neuter. It was never registered so we have to pay $19.99 to register him after thinking at least our phone number would be attached to the microchip. This vet clinic is still costing us money several years after we stopped going here. We did like Dr Burton, but the front office staff and lack of explanation of charges is a hard pass. The only thing we remember of the front office staff is asking to play with our dogs and take pictures of them. If you want to be informed about the charges and care of your pets, go elsewhere.

Our family has been taking animals here for years. The people have always been caring and empathetic. Now my daughter is taking her pets there. Thanks for all the years of caring for them.

Treats your animals with respect and care. Their Run in Back (walk in hours for small things like ear flushing, nail trims, etc.) Hours are perfect and gets you in and out as quick as they can. Thanks for taking care of my doggos!

I have been going to Dr Burton for years. The entire staff is top notch.

SCAM! DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my kitten in to get some blood work done because we believe he suffers from hypoglycemia. When I called they told me to immediately bring him in for an exam. They had him for 5 minutes and called me to tell me he seemed normal and that he probably got into something in my house. I told them it was impossible for him to have gotten into anything and that he went from being perfectly fine to Shakey in a matter of minutes. They asked me if I wanted to take him home (after the kitten only being there for 5 minutes) and I told them they could hang on to him for the bloodworm and to call me with an update. 3 hours later they called me back and told me his condition hadn't changed since I dropped him off and that they were calling for confirmation to do the.bloodtest that I had asked to be done three hours prior, and they wanted 180$ for his specific bloodwork. I told them I got paid next week and I could do payments and the only thing they offered was for me to sign up for their credit card. So I declined any further services and when I showed up to pick him up they had charged me 105$ for the no-worl they did on him. Neither the receptionist nor the technicians told me that there was anything being charged and they weren't going to release him back into my care until I paid them first. I told them I wanted all of the paperwork from his visit, doctors notes, anything they found on his health condition. The receptionist told me they can only email the information to me and it is only their office manager who can email me the paperwork and that they're double booked for the week so she couldn't tell me when I'd be able to get any paperwork or information on anything the doctors had found. Now I'm out 105$ my kitten is still sick, and this office is doing absolutely nothing to help.

Dr Burton and all the vet techs take such good care of our animals, always a pleasure dropping in, and the cats don't hate it too badly, which for them is a huge win

We have been taking our pets here for the past five years and have always had a really positive experience.

Evergreen has been my vet for my cat for 12 yrs. I had to put him down today due to cancer. I can't thank the staff for their compassion. I've had my cat for 12 yrs and the room I had to say my final farwel was so peacefull. I had no idea how long it would take and when it was over they gently took him from me for the Dr to comfirm his passing then walked my out with a smile, encouragement and faith of a happier place

Dr. Burton at Evergreen has been our vet for over 25 years. He, and all the staff at Evergreen are nothing short of amazing! I trust them more than my own health care team!

Doctor Burton has cared for our fur babies for over 20 years. He and his staff have proven to be a wonderful caring group that put the health and welfare first. We feel like they're part of our family. We trust them with our little ones without question.

They always go above and beyond for my puppy. Even though she has had several surgeries recently, she still likes going to the vet because of all of the love and attention she gets.

Not taking any new clients during the pandemic is a pretty awful practice both for them economically and for the community at large.

I was recommended to go to evergreen about 4 years ago and they were a God send. My pup Zachaiah had cancer on his abdomen and they did surgery on him at a very affordable price and he was doing great. Unfortunately back in November 2020 he got cancer in his jaw, it took them a month to give me results after his biopsy and didn’t offer any ideas to keep him comfortable or feeding solutions. I tried calling at one point to ask what his life expectancy was, never got a return call. I had to put him down January 11, 2021 He was wearing a green canine jacket, a hemp collar I had made him and his harness when I left. I didn’t get his remains until about a month later. I didn’t receive any of his belongings. They told me I had taken them, Zachaiah was probably 50 lbs when he should have been at least 70 lbs, he was skin and bones, so skinny and cold and dying; why in the world would I take comfort from him!? They insisted I took it, I know for a fact nobody took it, they refused to admit they lost it. Offered no solutions. Just kept telling me they didn’t lose it. I also didn’t receive a call when he was ready, I had to call them. They insisted they had called and pretty much said I was lying. They just left me completely hopeless. There is nothing I can do because they lost or threw away Zachaiah’s belongings and they seem to show no remorse other than a quick “sorry, idk” I’m just extremely hurt by their lack of sympathy and carelessness towards a patients belongings that has passed away. Regarding the response... pain meds weren’t picked up because I had been prescribed pain meds by the emergency clinic and was given a coupon for $10. I’m curious as to why if nobody takes things off the pets before being cremated, the staff was looking and offered no solution to where it was. They also called the cremation place and they told the staff they don’t have it, I don’t understand why at that point the cremation services place wouldn’t remind staff that they are cremated in how they came. I was also told when they “prep” the animal for cremation by removing collars and other items the pet might be wearing. I’m not fully understanding what’s happening at the clinic with such miscommunication through staff, cremation services, patients and whoever runs the review responses... After further examination... So, I brought my dogs remains to have special items made for my children and I, supposedly he was wearing his collar when cremated... with metal loops... no metal in the ashes... obviously it’s a cover up. I’m hurt. Soooo very hurt. I’m hurt by their lies and cover ups. I just want my pups belongings back. Or for them to change their ways to make sure this NEVER happens again. I’m a VERY spiritual person, the hemp collar/necklace I made him was very personal!

Dr Burton is the most amazing Veterinary I have ever had. He cares. And he treats you and your pet with such compassion. I trust him to make the best choices for my pets health.
