Over all a good vet clinic. I'd recommend them to others. Clean, friendly, knowledgeable, but expensive on their prices. New location has limited tight parking and can be difficult to get into due to traffic.

Best staff, best care anywhere. From the moment you walk in you and your pets feel authentically loved. I highly recommend CPAH!

I am quite upset. I set an appointment for my dogs shots and an exam due to chewing at his hind end. They took an ear swabbed and charged me $25 and also a swab of his hind end to see if he had an infection $30. I wasn't informed of these amounts prior to. Due to these extra costs I was not able to afford his regular vaccines. I am extremely upset over this. We miss Dr. Claus, she was an honest vet. We will be going elsewhere with both of our animals.

I used to really like this place, had been going here for years. We have two cats and they have always been professional, however over the last 3 years or so, they have been difficult to work with. For one of my cats, she is terrified of the cat carrier and car, so any vet visit is an ordeal. I scheduled her annual checkup to get her vaccines. Was there for an hour, paid and left. A couple months went by and she needed a refill on her prescription flea/wormer meds. When I went to pick them up, they said they couldn't fill the prescription without a physical. I insisted she was just in a couple months ago for her annual checkup, and they said I'd have to bring her back, because that checkup was only for vaccines. Fast forward to the next year, bring her in because she was attacked by a neighborhood cat, and I scheduled an appointment for the following day. My cat was scared, peed herself in the cat carrier, and somehow I made it to the vet on time with my injured cat and infant for the appointment....and they did not greet us or others at reception for just over 30 minutes, because they had a morning meeting session. (They should not book appointments at that time then!) Then recently, perhaps the last straw, I went to pick up my cat's monthly prescription (1x per month for 6 months). They didn't have it. I asked when they will have it, not sure they will have to check. Then, I asked for a copy of the prescription to order elsewhere, their response it would take 24-48 hours to prepare it and they would call me to come back to pick up the paper for use at physical retailers, OR I can order online and have the online seller contact them.

Took Bandit here for the first time. Everyone was so friendly. Loved the fact they didn't stick her on a table. They got down on the floor with her. We have our new vet!!!????????????

Oh my gosh! We are THRILLED with our experience here. We recently moved to the area and we have two senior, previously *extremely* vet-fearful dogs. All of that changed today. The tech and the vet (Paige and Dr. Evert) made our girls so relaxed, they were actually happy and wagging when we left! I’m still in awe. We are so, so relived and happy to have found this vet practice! Olive & Gracie thank you!

Thank you Dr. Evert for taking the time to care for Lexi last weekend. Without you, she would not have made it. I know how tight schedules are and I appreciate you taking your personal time to save my girls life. Forever grateful.

This place is close to my new home. I TRIED to get my (three) dogs in as patients but was told they were not excepting new patients. :(

Claus Paws (specifically Dr. Evert) was so very helpful, even from a long distance. They were quick to come up with solutions for my little one who was suffering from heart issues. Very compassionate, honest, and caring. I would recommend them to anyone in the area and beyond! Keep it up! Thank you again!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Each doctor and tech cares for my kids almost as much as I do. They take great care of each animal brought in, and communicate clearly with me each time. They listen to my concerns and needs and allow me to make choices (and respect those choices) in the care of my furs.

Very friendly staff and vets here. If your dog ???? starts to get skittish they will not force your dog to do anything they are afraid of. My dog started shaking when he had to trim his nails and they didn't perform the task because they want a it to be fearless place for your pet.

Pushy, don’t explain things properly and just generally insensitive

Never went there, to the owner, Google asked me for a review and I felt 3 stars was a neutral review since the only time I ever called you folks (right after your move) I was told you weren't accepting new clients. I don't have anything for or against you I as just being honest

Nice facility, Nice People, but WAY TO BLOODY EXPENSIVE. The up selling and added "exam" fees for everything make them very expensive. I was told that my animal would need to have a series of shots now in order to be seen again. That it was now state law. When I asked her for the RCW, she could not provide it. So I looked for myself and found that there is no law telling pet owners that they must have expensive vaccination for their animals in order to seek treatment. This up selling for services that are not needed gives me great doubt about the sincerity of this Vet's office. While I cannot fault the care they give, as that appears to be in line with good practice, the cost up selling and excessively high cost of normal procedures such as a basic exam, which they require you pay for each time you bring your pet into their office to be seen if they haven't been seen in 6 months is staggering. To weigh the animal, check temp, and perform a rub down exam which takes all of 10 minutes shouldn't cost double what it cost a year ago. Even given the extra inconvenience of COVID doesn't account for this doubling in cost as the inconvenience is mostly burdened by the pet owner themselves.. If you can afford this clinic, then by all means GOOD CLINIC. If you worry about excessive cost and unnecessary up selling, go someplace else. Lately it seems that most vet locations are more about the con than the pet and that is deeply frustrating for pet owners.
