It was my first time here for my Pomeranian grooming and Kris Groomer she did amazing job just the way I asked and wanted. She made my little fluffy ball look fantastic it’s very hard to find a good groomer for fluffy double coated Pomeranians especially if you want specific style or shape for them not everyone can do that but she did, I’m glad i found this place.

Love this cute pet boutique! I found the prices to be very reasonable and the store manager was helpful and friendly. The size range was very inclusive so dogs (and cats), big and small, can find what they need. I will definitely be going back!

The owner had no remorse after one of her poorly trained groomers BUTCHERED the paw of my dog by completely clipping her whole nail and quick and put her into my car without telling me my dog was profusely bleeding and let me drive all the way home. Not only did she have no remorse when I called the store back freaking out that they hurt my dog, when others inquired about the incident she lied to everyone and told them they did not clip her nails at beastie boutique. Since posting the incident to social media at least 50 people have reached out with other similar horrible experiences from Beastie Boutique as well as an ex employee there who shared the HORRORS that go on in the grooming department. This woman shouldn’t be able to own a pet store yet alone come in any contact with any animals. Wouldn’t recommend this “pet store” to my worst enemy!

Highly professional, kind, and knowledgable staff, clean store, high quality products, and so many services offered! Kris helped us to figure out the best diet plan for our little fur angels. Will definitely be returning here in the future!

Took my 7 month old cocker spaniel in for her first grooming. The staff was very friendly and asked how i wanted her hair cut to look like. After going over everything I was nervous from having bad experiences in the past at other grooming salons. My nerves were eased when Britney called midway through to give me an update on my pup and reassured me she was taking her time since it was my dogs first hair cut and she was nervous. When it was time for pickup i was overjoyed with how her cut turned out, and immediately scheduled her next appointment. Overall wonderful experience.

I took my golden retriever "Bear" in for grooming (bath, brush out, nails, gland cleaning) a month and a half ago (2nd time, first time was great)...when I picked him up he smelled as bad or worse than before he went in. wondering if he really even got a bath? taking him back in this week to have all the same things done...hopefully he will look and smell better this time. Or I'll go elsewhere. Edited; Well...I have taken Bear back in several times since my first review...Beastie boutique has done much better with Bear, and the owner gave me a discount after the failed 2nd appointment. Bear seems to like it there, and he smells great coming out...happy as ever. (P.S.) I didn't know about the 7 day make it right promise, Or I would definitely have said something to them right away. As a former business owner I know the power of a customers word of mouth. Both positive and negative. I hope this review helps going forward. It's time to make another appointment for Bear to be groomed by Beastie Boutique.

Dependable place for getting pet quality CBD oil.

I call from my car and tell them what dog food I want, pay for it with a card and they bring it and put it in the trunk. Very nice!

The staff is super nice. My new puppies love the food. Planning on going back to get them new outfits too!

Do not get your dogs nails trimmed at this store

Brittney did an amazing job grooming my long haired German Shepard. The shop is so cute and everyone is very friendly! Highly recommend.

I have a small Chihuahua and I love this place they do the best nail cutting and it is on the house with the option to tip they have great prices on all the products they have great prices for bathing grooming everything I've gone out of my way 25 miles if you make sure I go to that place I rode a bus for 6 hours round trip to go to that place I definitely recommend them they are not about selling the product making a book and can you go on your way I love you guys

these people are awsome all the way in sales of pet products to the best in grooming....those gals are tops in my book...

I bring my small terrier (about 18lbs) here to be groomed and they always do a wonderful job! He gets very nervous about vets and groomers, but he will walk in with the girls in the grooming dept here. He always comes back clean and happy. Their prices are also fair!

Today was the first time taking my dog Charlie for haircut and wash. We had been turned away at another location and when I made an appointment for him they were very helpful and were able to schedule him in. Jess and the other staff were very helpful. I was very satisfied with the customer service. I will definitely return.

What a fantastic grooming experience we had here! My 5 month old Shih Tzu had a wonderful haircut today and I am 100% satisfied. Thank you so much, we will definitely be returning!

Bad service they don’t take precautions or are knowledgeable on trimming nails on dogs

I have brought multiple dogs to this shop and they are always fast, professional and really wonderful people. I always recommend beastie boutique to anyone who has a dog or cat. I am so happy that you opened back up. You guys rock! Thank you guys for also adapting to the animals needs especially if a dog is skidish when it comes to getting nails done.

Walked in and was ignored, mind you there was only one other guest in the store. Had a question about nail trims and the grooming services provided. Felt like I was pulling teeth. Asked about the complex across the street and was told she didn’t know anything and couldn’t help. So needless to say a waste of time and after looking around the store realized everything was highly over priced. I like to support local businesses but not at that price and with that quality of customer service. Was super excited to go in and came out super disappointed. I’m not sure if the quality of my visit is common. However, I did over hear her mention she wouldn’t be able to attend something she really wanted to (when an other employee walked in and went to the back) she then proceeded to make a remark. She scoffed and said “Okay, just leave me here”. I hope her demeanor towards me wasn’t because of that incident she had with her coworker.

What a treat to go to a pet store with such knowledgeable staff! Highly recommended

Can get my dogs naiks clipped for free love it

I took our goldendoodle in for a bath and haircut...and he can home with severe clipper burn all over him that turned into infections. Resulting in a vet visit and 3 different medications for 7 days. I emailed and messaged the pet shop with no reply back. Unfortunate, since they are suppose to specialise in pet care. Also...the haircut he received looked like a alpaca cut. Therefore we had to try to fix it at home. All this after spending $95 at the groomer and $160 at the vet. I will not be returning to the establishment. Nor would I recommend them.

Grooming is excellent, my pups are not afraid to be left there and they also have quality brands of puppy and dog food to choose from

I took my two 14 yr old shih szus in for grooming. Having moved from Oregon it had been a while since grooming. I had some bad experiences in Oregon with grooming really old dogs so I was concerned. One of the dogs had severe matting around his eyes. I was told they weren’t sure if they could do anything . When they called me to pick up the dogs not only did she remove all the matting but the dog settled down and was fine. Nellie worked very hard to get my old dog fixed up. The other dog she had to shave down on the ears but I’m fine with that , I trust she knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend and will be going back again.

They do an amazing job of grooming your pets. Prices are very competitive and the service is top notch. Highly recommended
