Dr Quarrels is the only vet we have seen so far. We have 3 indoor cats and all 3 have been seen by him. The knowledge he has impressed us and it's clear that he cares so much for his little patients. We don't live on that side of town but the drive is well worth it.

This Vet Hospital is 11/10! The staff are always SO friendly, and the Doctor's are incredibly knowledgeable, and not to mention kind. My puppy has been seeing Dr. Eugenio and he always takes the time to explain everything so thoroughly for me, and my pup just adores him! This will definitely be the ONLY Vet I use for my pup, THANK YOU to everyone in the clinic for being so amazing!

Just adopted a sweet little cat and took her in for her first wellness check up. The service was amazing! Everyone on the phone was super professional and answered all of my questions. Had a nice chat with the vet as well. ♥️

Super awkward when the vet told us that our X-rays would cost around $160 but then really our X-ray bill was equivalent to three times that cost. Sure what the vet said was an estimate, and he was SO GRACIOUS (we are seriously so thankful) to come in on the weekend to make sure our dog was okay, but dang. The only reason my husband and I agreed on the X-rays was because we thought it was closer to $160 for that cost... didn’t necessarily think what they were searching for was likely either. Additionally we didn’t know that our dog wasn’t suppose to eat before the imaging. So of course when he showed interested in food for the first time in 7 days we let him eat just before going in. The X-rays that were collected were more or less rendered useless due to the food in his stomach. The provider did offer for repeat X-rays to comp us, however now our puppy is completely back to normal. So sure get the X-rays now one week later... but feels like a waste on both parties time?

Will never go anywhere else. Been going here for over 10 yrs. Dr Eugenio is the absolute best, knowledgeable, kind, and loves his patients.

This place is amazing!!! They are so friendly and thorough. They will always get your pet in no matter what! They offer many evening options which is nice if you work. The doctors are so nice and their staff is amazing.

I called for an emergency appointment for a little rescue bird, had never been to them before, and am very particular when it comes to Vets. They got me in this morning, were kind and professional from the start, the doctor explained everything including his diagnosis, the facts it was based on, and all of the options. Thank you thank you!!! It was a rough many days and your care was beyond perfection. You can trust them with your animals’ care.

Fircrest Veterinary is excellent and take very good care of our dog who is a puppy and they're very friendly I recommend it to anyone who has a pet.

When I called, they were very informative and answered all my questions, were patient and kind. They took good care of my dog and the Dr. checked up on her the following week.

Very attentive staff. They take care of your 4 legged pets like one of their own. Vets know what they are talking about and techs are knowledgable too. They used to do pet boarding but have ended that service. Bummer.

So far, so good. Years ago we brought in my daughter's hamster because the animal is considered "exotic" and thankfully, Fircrest VH sees exotics. Dr. Eugenio was just wonderful, both times we had to have the little hamster seen. My most recent visit was today. My kitty is ill (blood in urine) and despite COVID restrictions, the vet is running smoothly. Dr. Quarrels has an abrupt manner of speak, but overall I appreciate that he's factual and to the point. The treatments are pricey, but when are they not?????????‍♀️

This is by far the best vet I’ve ever had. The entire staff is friendly and thorough. The pricing is fair. Dr. Eugenio truly cares about his patients and is ready to give advice and answer any questions. We have a 7 month heeler who we were having alpha issues with. He helped us handle it with ease. Ragnar actually LOVES going to the vet and I’ve never had a dog that does. He literally gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and since I’ve never been inside due to Covid I can only guess that is due to how much the clinicians care and love on him when he’s not with me. This is my fourth time in with him. 2-4th rounds of shots and today his nueter. He came out tail wagging in a cone and happy - I think that says a lot about the quality of care. We love our Fircrest Vet, the vet techs, and office staff and so does our little buddy!

We took our bearded dragon to see Dr. Eugenio. He was very knowledgeable, caring and answered all of our questions. The rest of the staff were friendly, welcoming & efficient. We will definitely be back & I would highly recommend them.

I have had good experiences and bad experiences with this vet. But, today, they handled my dog very poorly. He is timid around people and for obvious reasons does not like going to the vet. I explained this and they would not let me accompany my dog. That made the experience much more stressful for him than was necessary. I take covid seriously, but allowing a person to accompany their dog to a healthcare facility with mask and as much distancing as possible is completely reasonable. Instead they took my dogs leash without ever attempting to calm or engage him. They also did an incomplete “wellness exam”, which I did not authorize and which was the single largest charge on the bill. To be clear, I would have said yes, but one does not perform a service, do so incompletely, and then charge a customer all before asking if this is agreeable. More importantly, one ought not ignore a pet owner about disposition and then ignore the pet’s discomfort. This was not a pleasant experience. I have had better experiences here, but they are not handling the current healthcare crisis well. It is unfortunate.

Have brought multiple of my animals to this vet clinic and continue to do so! They are lovely and amazing and fast and have always been lovely to my animals!

They take great care of our 3 dogs and are always super reasonable with pricing. The Doctors take time to explain everything they find during exams and will work with you to decide, in a financial pinch, what is more important to pay for if you can't afford everything. We switched vets to Fircrest vet after we took our puppy there and saw the phenomenal difference in customer service and cost. We plan on taking our fur babies there for the foreseeable future and any future ones we get as well!

The doctor was good with my pet. Which I was worried about due to it being my first visit.
