We have been going to Community for 6 years now and we love everyone there. We continue to use them as our primary vet even though we live 30 mins away. They are very accommodating and invested in the health of our 3 dogs. Our most medically needy dog LOVES going to the vet. Dogs know who good people are ????

I have been going to this clinic for almost 10 years. They always take good care of my dogs, are kind, willing to explain things to me, and are not overly expensive. They always call me to check in on my dog the day after our visit, I would absolutely recommend this clinic.

Called first to see about taking my animal there bc all others around were booked. They told me to show up in pkg lot then they’d take my info to wait. So i loaded my animal in carrier and thought I’d call while almost there (7 min away) and different person told me now that i needed appt. Well, you should’ve mentioned that at first phonecall before i stressed my animal into carrier and drove up there. I would not trust somebody like this as it’s pretty unprofessional to not train your staff. One to avoid in my book. Makes me wonder how many animals are getting subpar treatment.

Would definitely recommend if you need a vet for your fur baby! Our cat had to have an emergency abdominal surgery to remove an obstruction in his GI tract, we first called Community Pet Hospital to describe symptoms and for advice on what to do next. They were extremely helpful on what to watch for and what needed to be done, definitely took some of our anxiety down. He then went in for a post surgery check-up and the Vet talked to us on the phone and answered all of our annoying questions so great. I felt like our cat got great care and that's what mattered most

We go here for our two dogs and two cats. We work with Dr. Nakota. The vet techs and other staff, and ask the doctors we've worked with are very good with our neurotic pets.

I have two dogs that both see Dr. Nekoda at Community Pet Hospital. She is a very professional, responsive and caring vet. The rest of the team are the same. Great team.

I love how personal and professional the vet techs and vets are in this clinic. From the moment you walk in the door you and your fur babies feel like family.

I have been taking my pets here for many years now. The people who work here are all so helpful, efficient, and friendly. They have been quick to respond in an emergency. When our kitty Garfield crossed the Rainbow Bridge they were so kind and caring and helpful. Go here for all your pet needs. You won't be disappointed.

Everyone on the staff is compassionate, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. It seems like there is a lot of cross training with front desk reception and medical care staff. The doctors are amazing, we totally trust them. The vets go the extra mile to research, try to save pet parents money and most importantly, they give excellent, quality care to pets. They are up on the most current info and techniques. They make every attempt to be accommodating to pets and pet parents. And amazingly, they love every pet they treat, no matter what negative qualities the pet may have!

Just moved in to a new place and my Rat Terrier developed loose bowels and threw up. I called Community and they were able to see us the next morning. All the folks at Community are wonderful people. This is my choice for vaccinations and well check ups!

Everyone is great! They treat my little dog like he was theirs. I never worry when I have to pass him off to the technician. I’ve worked with both vets, they explain well and happy to answer questions. They are friendly, kind and caring.

I love Community Pet Hospital. They take great care of our dogs! They are always willing to answer any questions we might have, and suggest care for our dogs that they only truly need. I never feel pressured to do a service that isn’t 100% necessary. They genuinely care about our pets and treat them like they are the only dogs they see.

I love taking my pets here, the staff is all so personable and after my kitty had her vaccines I got a follow-up call the next day to make sure she was doing okay. It's nice to know I'm taking my cats to a place that really cares for them.

Love this clinic! The Veterinarians are fantastic, and the staff is great. Love it! Have been coming here for years with two large breed dogs. I appreciate the guidance from the Vets when it comes to making decisions about our pets healthcare. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I take my small dog in on a regular basis to have his nails trimmed. They are very good with him. He loves Miss Katie! They are always friendly and very professional!

We love community pet! They are fast and thorough. We bring both our puppy and 2 year old cat there and they have are both healthy as can be. When we were concerned about our GSD having hip dysplasia, they matched our concern and made sure to give us all the information and take x-rays early just in case. If you need something tested, they will jump! Dr. Nakota is awesome and will love your pet just as much as you do!!

Dear Business Mgr, Thank you for the email, however, it did not address the specific result I requested, I was able to contact the Vet ER and was sold 4 cans of Prescription AD recovery cat food. I will seriously reconsider before recommending or returning to your clinic in the future. For the advice I received from your Vet I could have given my cat the smelly food I already had, but she wasn't eating it, and this information was provided in my conversation with your clinic. I had spent over $800 for my cat to spend the night at the Vet ER in Tualatin and I had come to expect the best level of service from your business, and fully expected cooperation with my request for recovery cat food; However, After talking with your Vet, I must have been mistaken. I will not make that mistake again. (The Community Hospital Vet recommended I purchase over the counter TiKi brand cat food instead of prescription recovery cat food) I was horrified. But hey let's be fair ok, roll the dice and try your luck! Better go to a Casino!

I've been coming here for a number of years now since the previous owners. I've never really had a bad experience besides the bill being more than quoted. As of recently they no longer take drop-ins. Twice now my dog has gotten sick and needed to be seen asap. They made accomodations and got us in immediately. I will continue to come in to see the Drs here and will send people their way as well.

We recently tried to get our pet in after she was experiencing a seizure, her meds weren't fully helping her come out of her seizure. They told us they couldn't take her in, they were extremely busy, and for us to take her to emergency. This was after 22 years of going there. They have been treating her for her seizures for at least 5 years. We have never been turned away, emergency or not. This is extremely unprofessional, we are no longer going there. Would NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE. As a mater of fact, we will tell everyone to avoid this place. You know you can use every excuse in the books, there is no exception to deal with our situation this way. Do NOT GO HERE! They have really gone downhill, can't keep the same employees there, drs included. What does that tell you!

Despite all the bad reviews, my boyfriend and I looked past it and booked an appointment for the kitties Haze and Smokey. They were very informative from the start. The service was not pushy at all, I didn't feel like I was forced to pay for anything that I didn't want that was extra- the Doctor simply explained my options on my older cat to do additional treatment. I told her I would consider the options after I spoke with my boyfriend. She was very understanding and didn't make me feel bad for saying "no I couldn't afford it at that time." We will defintely be back to do further treatment on my older cat haze when the finances are in line just because their customer service was very good. This will be our home veterinarian.

We have had great care for our pets, my daughters pets and many friends. Customer Service is amazing the Doctor's are caring. Best of all the prices are reasonable. I do recommend them for care for our fur babies.

Incompetent staff and doctor. They don’t diagnose without price goging. Everything has to be sent to the lab. Without your consent, a junior intern (cheap labor) will give you a ridiculously stupid diagnosis and send you out to a $1000 ultra sound. They need to be shut down and reported to the Oregon State Board. Dirty and messy office. If you love your pet, go to another reputable clinic. Kellan is childish and inept. Horrible technician. Must be cheap labor. Withholds needed medications for more money. Does NOT care about animals. Hides behind more costly tests rather than diagnosis from the initial check up. Cold with a need to feel superior.

Tired of them always upselling overpriced and unnecessary treatments or services. Their excuse of "we always discuss these" just confirms how they are different from every other vet I have ever used. Ignorance only to make a profit is no excuse. All the other vets I have dealt with previously acted as if they were spending their own money and only pushed the things actually necessary. They charged $58 for a tablet that is $18 elsewhere. That was bad enough, but when there was no evidence from this or previous examinations that it was even necessary is utterly ridiculous.

Dr. Elizabeth Killham is absolutely amazing!!! I will always recommend friends and family to bring their beloved pets to her. She’s knowledgable, patient, and kind. She’s done two cancer surgeries on my pitty & the scars are as minimal as they could be! I will always trust her with my pets. And the staff is always so friendly.

Bravecto went up to $140 for 2 doses. That was a huge increase from $108 a few months ago. Very disappointed...

My animals LOVE it here! A very nice place. But the waiting and seating in the room are very cramped. Otherwise, a really great place!
