My dog hates water. These groomers are a godsend. they take care of his nails and a bath when he is stinky.

My dog is the sweetest dog and only started showing fear when I took him to this groomer. after i realized he'd have extreme apprehension when going to this place I stopped bringing him here. Because i cannot prove harsh behavior correction of what i personally witnessed and what ultimately caused me to walk out on that sameday..ill only say be cognizant of your dogs behavior when going here and don't ignore it.

I have brought my long hair mini dachshund there for 5 years and I love everyone there! They take great care of my dog and don’t even bat an eye when my dog is nervous and pees on their floor. It never takes long and they always do a wonderful job!

Professional, friendly and excellent grooming skills, very hard to.get an appointment. Make an appointment in advance and u should be okay

Our Rottweiler miniature pincher mix only comes here to get his nails trimmed. He has anxiety issues when getting his nails clipped. They always do an amazing job and I am able to pet him and hold him still, soothe him while getting his nails done. A doggy mom would appreciate taking her dog here for that service.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!! I brought my 3 year old German Shepard/Husky mix here last month. Being high risk pregnant, I’m just now getting around to making this review. I asked for a deshed and furminator bath to be done on him. When I picked him up, he had the exact same amount of fur shed as he did when I picked him up. It looks like the only thing they did was give him a bath and cut his hair. I’ve taken him to get deshed and specifically a furminator bath and each time, he’s come back with NO shedding hair. You can’t tell me that I was able to get more hair off of him with my small brush in 10 minutes than they did with the tools and time they had him for. A complete waste of time and money. Also, when I picked up my dog, the lady who was grooming had a sweet little Shih Tzu she was working on. She was extremely rough with the poor thing and was slinging it around like it was a toy doll. I also noticed that the kennel they put my 65 pound dog in was EXTREMELY small. He was cramped in like a sardine and extremely uncomfortable. This is a HORRIBLE establishment and I will tell all of my friends and family and everyone I meet to stay away from this place.

This facility received good reviews which is why I chose to get my 9 month old puppy groomed there for the first time. They didn't have capacity for a full groom so I just booked a bath with a blow dry. I got a bad feeling as soon as I walked in. No one was wearing a mask, which is mandated by the state and it didn't appear clean. They blow dry the dogs in segments so they can work in other appointments in between so your dog will get half dry, sit in a kennel and then get fully dried. The kennels are not big enough for large dogs to sit comfortably. I told them it was fine if my dog left a little damp as long as he didn't have to sit in the kennel. I left for a bit, came back and my puppy was being dried, shaking bc he was terrified, which I know isn't their fault, and practically hanging himself in the collar/rope they put around their necks to assist to keep them from jumping off the table. I told them to just let him go and I'd take him home. It was $50 for just a bath and a half sopping wet dog. They said it included a nail trim, which they didn't do so they took off $5. My dog and I could not wait to leave and will never go back. Perhaps I am one person who had a bad experience, but it didn't look like they cared about the dogs. They definitely don't care about the health of their customers bc no one was wearing a mask, and they don't care about following state health laws either. I gave them an extra star bc they sit next to an adorable pet supply store called Lucky Dog that I didn't know existed. I bought some puppy gelato there to apologize to my dog for taking him to that facility.

They do a fantastic job, and my dog always looks great!

I dropped my 1yr old puppy who was 75lbs off to get shampoo and trimmed. They were amazing. I was running late one time and he didn't like being in the cage so when I finally arrived he was just wondering around following one of the girls. They are amazing there!!! Thank you!

Very nice, quick service. I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new groomer that was closer to my new home. I was very happy to walk-in for a nail trim for my dogs and was able to set up an appointment for a full service grooming in under a month.

The last time she was here the staff complained that she tried to jump off the grooming bench. Each time I brought her I had to drag her in, she hated it. I just had her groomed somewhere else with someone that worked with her and it was amazing, and Hannah was happy. I would not bring my dog here.

Went there this weekend and none of the three employees were wearing masks. Super disappointing that they'd put themselves, customers, and community at risk. They're good groomers and I've been happy with them, but I would like them to take masking seriously. They're not exempt from the governor's orders.

Took my two dogs here and they barely even cut their hair and the parts that they did cut were uneven, the place smelled badly of cigarettes and the person on the phone was rude, I do not recommend this place would give 0 stars if I could.

Took my little one in that was very scarred and skittish. The owner knows how to handel the dogs and staff! I have also called in at last minute. Everyone is great! I have seen everyone now and they all take great strides to help! Thanks!

They take such good care of my dogs and are very reasonable on their rates. The only people who can cut my dogs toenails without the dog going into major distress.

Very disappointing. Asked for face to be cut short and body a little longer, and they did the exact opposite. Now, I have to take her to get her head and face cut AGAIN. (somewhere else) Then, I looked at her paws and they did cut the nails on three of her paws.... guess the fourth paw was too much trouble??? Never go here again!!! Cost was WAY more than I have ever paid before.
