I bring my dog in because a couple of his bumps ruptured and it seemed like they were infected and were starting to tunnel under his skin. We took him to the vet, they didn’t even clean his wounds or prescribe anything. Charged me 60 dollars to say he’s fine. When months later I’m STILL cleaning out one of his wounds (I managed to heal the others) but we’re still dealing with this after months of him being supposedly “fine”. I’d post a picture of his wound if I could cause it’s gross and this should’ve been dealt with when we went to browns vet clinic

I’m leaving a 1 star for Christina Gray, who fills in for Dr. Sperlich. I have never dealt with a Veterinarian as unprofessional as she is.

We've been with Brown's Point Vet for 4 years, and it definitely is not a good vet for my animals. We've switched to Panther Lake due to their lack of proper animal care. They were not interested in finding out why we are leaving after 4 years. I would think the vet office would like some feedback. I already have my recently adopted dog at Panther Lake, but I was reluctant to move vets because my anxious dog Miley likes routine, knows the area and Dr. Sperlich is great with her. Your vet assistants and techs however, not so much. They are absolutely terrified to even go near her. If you know anything about anxious/reactive dogs, this makes Miley more scared than if they just approached calmly. She wouldn't hurt anyone ever. I'd expect a little more bravery from people who work with animals. The last straw was my cat Teddy though. He had a full checkup 2 months ago, blood work included. Did nobody look in his mouth? Four years ago when we wanted his teeth cleaned, this vet refused due to his heart murmur. Said he wouldn't survive surgery. His teeth are now in terrible shape and nothing was said. Forward 2 months (Oct 5th) and Teddy was screaming in pain. We rush him to Blue Pearl and we discover his infected, broken, bleeding tooth. Now we phone your office to make appointment for Teddy. Luckily I had an appointment booked for my dog the following week (Oct 13th), or it would have been Nov 21st for just another exam. And I took it hoping to get timely help. Dr. Johnson was there that day and was surprised that his teeth were so bad and he had just been there 2 months prior. We were given 3 pain pills, no antibiotics and told us he could come in on November 8th for his dental. That is almost one month of suffering. I'm sorry, but that is shabby care. We were able to get Teddy in within a couple of days, shot of antibiotics, a bottle of pain pills, for a first time visit and a dental scheduled for the following Monday. This was at VCA Panther Lake. I was so grateful I cried. They managed to pull 4 teeth, all with his heart murmur, no problem. He is no longer in pain and we are so relieved that we didn't have to watch him suffer any longer. We are canceling his appointment on November 8th. Another great thing is that VCA reminds you of appointments and checked in on Teddy after surgery. But I know Brown's Point Veterinary Clinic doesn't do that.

Called after receiving a bill for something already paid for AFTER wrangling with them over trying to do all sorts of extra and unnecessary treatments to my pet. While explaining that I’ve always loved them before and never had a previous bad experience, the receptionist began talking faster and faster and getting more short with me clearly trying to get me off the phone. I was actually trying to justify maybe it was a one off or just one of those days, but as the conversation became short and rushed I started thinking maybe it wasn’t after all. The situation was resolved, but upon hanging up the receptionist made comments before the line was entirely cut off that I heard clearly and now I’m thinking we will be taking our business elsewhere. I’m so sad and disappointed. I really did like them and our fur babies are our family. If you can’t be nice and treat guests like they matter, how do you really treat our pets behind those doors we can’t enter anymore? I don’t leave reviews, but today left a bad taste in my mouth. I would have given no stars had the option been available. We trust our pets lives with these folks. ????

I took our new kittens here, for a free exam, after we adopted them from the humane society. Very nice people, a caring vet, and easy to get an appointment. Unfortunately, they're a bit over priced, and really nothing stands out to justify the premium. Of course, if you live nearby, your tax bracket probably makes them downright affordable and there's no good reason to go any farther. I prefer Twin Lakes veterinary clinic for regular veterinary care.

The Dr was unbelievably kind and amazing with my animals. She even gave my cat acupuncture which totally worked to relax her. Highly recommend for compassionate care.

They help people who can't afford proper vet care. They did my two dogs shots and neutered my dog. He was up that same day with no problems. They are friendly and do everything they can for you. There like the old fashioned Dr with his black bag that makes house calls. Your pets will be in amazing hands with them.

Absolutely one of the best in care...a refreshing take at integrative/holistic veterinary care. The chiropractic care, trained specifically for animals, has been an amazing approach that has greatly helped for mobility. We look forward to care for many more years.

Amazing! I never thought I'd be taking my cat for acupuncture appointments. But it's working and helping her so much! We tried other medications but none of them provided relief from her back pain, and if they did, the side effects were severe and unpleasant. I was referred to Dr. Sperlich because I wanted to try some alternative treatments, rather than meds and surgery. To be honest I didn't have much hope, I didn't think they would even have luck administering the acupuncture treatment because, well....she's a typical sassy cat and I didn't have a lot of hope that acupuncture could even help because I've never even heard of it being used in animals. I'm happy to say my cat is thriving! She's no longer in need of her pain medication and she's playing and running again. She's much more social and involved with the family like she used to be! It truly goes to show, just because you don't understand how something works, doesn't mean that it won't work. I definitely don't have a deep understanding of how acupuncture works or why it's helping, but it IS helping and that is everything to me! Dr. Sperlich is a voice and opinion that I will trust with all my pets and their veterinary care! I'm so grateful for people like her in this world!

KRIStEN CASWELL It took four phone calls one trip to the pet clinic and three trips to the Costco Pharmacy over a six day span to fill 0ne prescription for my Dog Sparkey and on three occasions I was lied to by the employees about the status of the prescription. NOT PROFESSIONAL and NOT RELIABLE

Dr. Sperlich clearly loves what she does. She takes her time, listens to your story and concerns and meets you with compassion and insight. Would recommend to anyone seeking a holistic approach to the care of their loved ones.

I am so happy I found this place! They are all amazing! My dog had been suffering from severe pain, hunched over, not walking well, and crying. I took her to two different vets and they just gave me pain meds and didn't know what was wrong. I took her here and she did acupuncture on her and gave me some natural pills and she is like a new dog!! The vet is so smart and so caring for animals. I never met someone so gentle with my dog and have great people skills. I am so happy and so thankful to her for giving my dog her life back!

My experience was wonderful as always...caring and knowledge veterinarian and staff. Dr. Sperlich is very knowledgeable about alternative treatment for pain and mobility, she does chiropractic and acupuncture treatments in addition to medical treatment.

I love this vet. They are kind, caring, and have wonderful bedside manners. They tell you how it is and present your options if it's holistic or traditional they support your choices and come up with the best treatment plan. They have always called me and followed up to see how my girls are doing and always call back and answered my questions. I'm so glad I found this place. They have given my pets the best care out of any vet I've been to (and I've been to a lot with my girl's health problems). They quickly became my vet of choice and I drive the 30mins to go see them because their care is above excellent. They also have the best front of house staff I've encountered. Friendly and always cheerful to have a conversation with. I love browns Point! ♥️

I called them to set up an appointment for my puppy's vaccination shots. I told them that my dog had parvo about 10 weeks ago. Once I told them that, they wouldn't see my dog unless I take her to another vet to be tested again first. So …

The staff was great and really kind to my sick cat. I also thought that the medical cost was very fair. Thanks for your help today; my cat feels much better.
