I live next-door to this establishment and not only do the employees and patrons park so close to my driveway it's difficult to get in out of but my nervous rescue dog escaped our home yesterday afternoon for the first time in the 9 months he has been with us and the employee shouted "there are leash laws you know" as my husband frantically chased our dog down. Not even a care for his safety it was disrespectful and a bad example for our neighborhood and your business. Had one of their patrons dogs escaped their leash I bet it would have been a much more different response from the employee. Please teach your employees to be kinder to the neighbors and more respectful of the fact that accidents do happen dogs will get out by mistake. I'm full aware of the limitations of my dog and would never purposefully let him off leash but they treated a bad situation like we were being irresponsible which is not the case.

Our dog has used this place a few times for a week of boarding in the last year when we needed to leave town without him. They take such good care of him and he always gets so excited when we take him back. They were very professional and responsive when he started seeming sick and they helped us make a plan to get him vet care and help immediately. (Turned out to only be a UTI, thank goodness!) We will keep taking him back as we haven't found that level of boarding care and customer service anywhere else.

I bring my furbaby here once a week at least to get her socialized and to have some puppy fun. Every time I pick her up after a full day of fun, she is exhausted and content, falling asleep with a perma-grin on her face. The folks at Biscuits are so awesome and friendly. I know she's in good hands! They take photos throughout the week and every picture of every dog I see, they look so happy! I really appreciate their flexibility too and their overnight care options. They spoil the pups rotten and it's the best! I trust no other doggy daycare with my doggo.

Very overpriced, they do not care about your dog, or the employees, they only want money. DO NOT BRING your dog here if you love them. You are paying to have your dog in a kennel for a majority of the day with 2 short breaks, 15 minutes for them to go to the bathroom then 15 minutes of “enrichment”, the busier they are the less breaks your dog gets. Sometimes they forget dogs are even there, forgetting meals/medications and basic instructions that are given by the owners, and sometimes they forget to even check your dog in to the facility at all. There was once an incident where a dog was not fed correctly causing him to lose a considerable amount of weight while at Biscuits, basically starving his entire week stay. If your dog is bit or biting other dogs they will not tell owners of the dogs about incidents and let owners continue to bring dogs so they can make money, only for the dog to be caged all day and extremely stressed. They advertise enrichment but the enrichment is very basic and short and can be done at home or for cheaper at other facilities that will actually make sure your dog is fed, exercised and enriched, something Biscuits is clearly not capable of doing due to terrible management. The owners care more about money than anything, so it looks like a great facility from first impression but behind the scenes it is not worth the price. Do not bring your dog here if you want quality care.

Awesome place for daycare. I love the way they have it set up, as well as how nicely maintained it is here. Quite opposite of most places I've seen. Very helpful staff that genuinely cares about your doggie. I do have one stand out opinion about the boarding that consumers should be made aware of- The dogs are left in their crates at night, doors are locked, and all employees leave. There's noone actually working graveyard. They have access to the cameras, but noone is monitoring them all night or there to manage a doggie issue that could arise. Almost makes u feel its same as leaving em home.

My toy poodle Charlie loves it here. I trust biscuits with my dog for overnight stays and more. All the people who work there are very helpful and eager to get to know your pet. They respect any request that you may have. My Charlie will continue to happily attend doggy day care here.

My puppy LOVES going here for daycare. She was recently groomed here as well and looked amazing! She always comes home happy and exhausted. The employees genuinely love being around dogs.

Incredible. Our meet and greet was so professional! We had one trainer handling each dog and very carefully introducing each dog to each other. By the end, the pups were friends. If you love your pups, this place is worth the cost

ALMOST LOST MY BABY. My year old French bulldog, Arthur, stayed at Biscuits for one week. We picked him up and went straight home but before long we noticed that he was coughing. We initially thought that he got kennel cough from this place and it got so bad that within a day he was at the ER because we found him outside and his back legs were unable to move. The vet said that he contracted pneumonia and he had to stay at the vet for multiple days to heal. Our bill came out to something like 4000 dollars. THE WORST PART IS we called biscuits 4 SEPARATE TIMES after this incident and no one answered all 4 times. We ended up leaving a voicemail saying that our dog got pneumonia that may have arisen from kennel cough in your facility. We never got a call back. Never ever bring your dogs to this place. I recommend taking them to Dry Paws Wet Noses or Positive Approach in Tacoma for boarding.

Most of the owners here do not care about animals and are just greedy, read the freaking reviews, I’d never bring my dog here, goto positive approach they actually give a damn about the dogs in their care and their employees.

Biscuits has a fabulous facility. The staff is young but experienced. Am giving them 3 stars because of the ridiculous price increase at the end of 2019. When we started early in the year, we paid $280 for a package of 10 visits. In the fall of the year, prices went up without warning. At that point, a package of 10 visits totaled $310. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, my husband had use or lose time with the military, so he was home with our dog more often than not. Because they DID provide notice that they may begin requiring reservations, we went online to find out whether that policy had been implemented, only to find out that pricing had gone up to $47 per day and they no longer offered packages!! WOW!!! I can only imagine what would happen if my employer raised client fees by 52%. We absolutely loved Biscuits, but will look for something more reasonable.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Biscuits. I take my challenging little dog there and they are wonderful with her. She stresses out about going in but loves it when she's in there. They go the extra mile and even come out to my car to get her to minimize the separation anxiety she has. I highly recommend Biscuits as a wonderful place to take your "kids"!!
