I would love to tell a little story. My cat on Christmas eve was attacked by a raccoons, she came home and I new she was in trouble. Well no vets around that I could not afford emergency surgery. 27 Dec. I called all over finally I found Tyne head. I spoke to receptionist to me to get before 11am. When we finally got their I told them I'm on disability and she said don't worry we will just do what's needed. My original bill 400.00. But if she needed surgery 800.00 +. I was so sad ???? I picked her up after her big ordeal . I riecved the bill they only charged me 893.20 $. If you want professional and loving care call them you will not be sorry. All the best Kelly-ann. ????????

I met Dr. Gill and his amazing team, when I took my 6 month old Frenchie, Isabella "Izzy" to his clinic. My puppy was shaking and was lethargic. It turns out she ingested a form of THC during our afternoon walk. Everyone in this clinic is super nice and compassionate from reception to Dr.Gill consult to treatment and even post-treatment. So, I decided to take Izzy here for her spaying surgery and once again was very impressed of how they treated my Frenchie baby. They even sent me a photo of Izzy recovering from her surgery, she looks to relaxed and cared for. In my opinion, I find their after-service extra special because of the post-treatment and post-surgery call that they make. I like that they do a follow up call days after treatment and/or surgery. Dr. Gill and his team will not leave you hanging with your questions and worries. I am so impressed that I recommended Tynehead Animal Hospital to my sister-in-law and I will keep recommending this place to my family and friends who owns pet/s.

Dr. Gill and his compassionate staff was such a blessing for us during the difficult loss of our beloved dog, Bubba "Johnny Cash". We could instantly really feel that Dr. Gill cared about Cash and this was extremely comforting. From our initial meeting to receiving a lovely condolence card - our overall experience was nothing but positive. He and the team are thoughtful and sincere. We have since started taking our new puppy to him.

This is the third animal hospital that my family has tried and by far, the best! I took my French in for a check up and I loved the way he handled my pup. You could tell he cared for your furry little friend and tried his best to offer resources to take better care of my dog. This will be my go to veterinary clinic from now on.

I highly recommend Tynehead Animal hospital for your furry friends. About a month ago, our 9week old kitten Oreo, came down with a temperature. Immediately I started searching Animal hospitals in my area. I came across Tynehead animal hospital. The receptionist (Maureen) was very friendly and knowledgeable. She advised me to bring Oreo in right away. I am glad I took her advise. Oreo had a high temperature, and needed treatment right away. Immediately Dr. Gill and his assistants started treatment on Oreo. And was able to bring his temperature down. Oreo has made a full recovery and doing great! I and my family are forever grateful for all the support compassion, and care that Tynehead animal hospital has provided Oreo with. If you are looking for a veterinarian for your furry friends, I would not look any further. Dr.Gill is a great veterinarian. And the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I went to Tynehead Animal Hospital for an emergency operation of my cat. She had gotten infected from me taking her to another vet which was a bad mistake. Dr. Raj saved my cat and I can't thank him enough for that. Dr. Raj and his staff were extremely professional, responsive and he was very knowledgeable about his work. I STRONGLY encourage others to take their pets to him. Dr. Raj and his staffs are very friendly in nature and the nice clean relaxed environment really helps pets stay calm. Tynehead Animal Hospital really cares for your animals. Dr Gill is very compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff is very welcoming, Jas and the other receptionists really make you feel at home. As soon as you walk into the clinic you can see how much they care about animals which makes you feel better leaving your loved ones. I wouldn't trust any other hospital with my pets.

I am so grateful for the staff here. Dr. Gill is just the most genuine, caring and thoughtful vet for my baby kitten coconut. Ive had to take my kitten here for a couple of emergency procedures and the way that the staff treats us is just amazing. 5 stars

All of Dr. Gil and team’s efforts are incredibly valuable. Their time, energy, knowledge and humanness. They were ready, willing and able the moment we needed them (in a crisis). With no hesitation and they all went the extra mile (or 20). Now, Dr. Gil is our fur family doctor, and everyone loves going for a visit! For ever and always, they are in our family. ????

My dog has had so many issues in the past. I’ve paid a lot of money at other clinics but had received no permanent results. Since we have been in contact with Dr.Gill he has changed our dogs life. We are new patients here as our previous vet retired. We are so happy to have found Dr Gill! He is wonderful with both our dogs and listens to our concerns. He has gone over and above to help with one of our dog's recent CCL injury. All of the staff at Tynehead Animal Clinic are very friendly and so helpful!

If you are looking for a fantastic knowledgeable, honest and caring professional vet / staff I would highly recommend bringing your pet here : ) Sammie my cat had major urinary issues life/death situation ( he was very sick) ..... I had come to Dr. Gill after having been to two other vets with no resolution after sometime and $1000s of dollars later.. Dr. Gill called in an emergency specialist to get an operation to save his life.. and that they did! He is doing superb running around like a kitten again! They really care about the animals wellbeing first and foremost and are not about the money at all : ) Best experience!!

Dr. Gill and staff at Tynehead Animal Hospital are very kind, helpful and accommodating. Dr. Gill has always taken the time to answer all my questions and has helped me so much with our pets. Especially with or Dexter who seems to have a few issues. Dr.Gill is always willing to help in any way he can. I have had other vets before and Dr.Gill is #1! You can see that he cares about your pets! I feel like I can contact him anytime and he doesn't make me feel like I am taking up so much of his time.
