My family runs a low volume pure-bred breeding company with focus on show and service dogs. With this three decades of experiences we are very are selective in whom provides care to our few puppies. It's important to us that our puppies are treated with professional knowledge and a gentle kindness. Not just by front counter staff but behind a closed door. The staff and Doctors have always treated us with ease of scheduling, quality care and friendliness. After appointments, our puppies have never behaved in ways that would be indicative of ill handling of trauma and always as pleasant and happy going in as coming out. With Covid restrictions it's evermore important to have trust, feel comfortable that all our furry family are in gentle hands.

So I wrote a one star review for a receptionists assistance towards a doctor we have seen for years and my cat loved her. Today when I call for her medication and ask about the 100 I usually get and got the privilege which was kind and she said no because of my one star review of her staff and wasn't fair. Where I defended my opinion of her receptionist who was almost holding a laugh stated she was doing a favour, and stated in my previous comment. doctor zaceriah was holding my cats medication because of the Previous star review pointing to the receptionist who clearly wasn't kind and friendly to a patient. I will continue to share this inconsiderate experience for future clients to move to another vet who treat your furbaby like their very own. Sadly they haven’t done it here lately. sorry doctor but it was not ok how you came about for a cats meds because of a review and refraining to sell medication when I asked you to stop arguing where I asked you a few times I didn’t want to fight Anymore and continue with my furbabys medication. It’s upsetting how you reacted. Stay safe.

We had to take our senior lab (13) in due to an issue and they were wonderful the entire time. The front desk admin is friendly and professional. The vet tech and veterinarian were thorough and explained everything so we understood. We will definitely be going back.

The vet really cares about her clients, and it shows. She works all six days the clinic is open and always stays late to ensure that the pets get the quality medical treatment they deserve.

Very obsess with extra that cost money. My 4 years old dog went for a annual shot and they find so many things it would have cost me 2 000$ more! I said no to everything and find another vet. Very disappointed! They also botch an operation and now my dog got a very ugly scar in her back... Also very uncomfortable people. Not friendly at all.

I had a very unfortunate experience with this vet that makes me very uncomfortable. I feel that they value money over the health of the animals in their care. This has been mentioned by other reviewers as well. I wish I had checked the reviews before attending this practice. Since I can not reply to the response provided I will add this. No one asked for interference on personal matters. I WAS the legal of the owner of the dog. I was asking for all the reports of the animal from my ownership including treatments that I paid for with my credit card. I paid for those treatments and I am entitled to those reports especially since the dog WAS in my name at the time of treatment. You have now successfully put an animal in harms way -- but that does not matter to you as it means more revenue to you

Very caring to my new little fur baby. He had to go for a round of vaccinations and I loved how they provided an estimate before even proceeding. Also the vet assistant was very caring to Jake and the vet herself called after it was completed and answered all questions I had without hesitation. Highly recommend!

We brought our new dog in on January. She is an 8 year old stray we got from a local shelter. She had been with us for just a couple of days. She got a general physical examination and we wanted her vaccines up to date. We were told our dog should have flea meds and we agreed. Red flags: #1: prescribed flea meds but didn't tell us they had to order them. Gave us a bag with some things in it but no flea meds. Only clarified when asked. Told us to pick them up during our next appointment a month later for her boosters. #2 Dog had tummy issues day before booster. We pushed our appt to the day before so we could check out why she wasn't eating and throwing up. By this time the flea meds should have been available. Still not available. We believe they forgot to order them. They said it will be available next week. Same thing happened to another customer that day when she went in to pick up meds. #2: During 2nd visit, vet said my dog looked healthy and if I didn't tell her she was sick she wouldn't have known. But she still prescribed meds and a probiotic. Our dog was ready to eat again by the end of the night and we had chicken and rice for her. As we started to give the probiotic she started getting sick again. For the next week she had diarrhea and was throwing up again. They told us to stop giving it to her. The vet also forgot that she told me my dog had osteoarthritis and seemed surprised when I had mentioned it. We also did blood work on her. We inquired about pushing insurance claims through on this day. #3: Called about insurance claims and got different and conflicting information. They had not filled any claims because they said we needed to bring a form. The previous time we went there, they said they could do it from their end and we didn't have to do anything. #4: 3rd visit We brought our forms in for the insurance claims. Including this visit we would have 3 claims. We went for the boosters and was told we should give her a dewormer. She had 2 boosters, a general exam and a dewormer. Since the dewormer she is sick again. Now for 7 days. Before the dewormer, she was eating 2 meals a day and had really good stools. Now, she will only eat plain chicken and she is constipated. We called today to ask about the dewormer and insurance. 2/3 claims were submitted since we last talked to them about it. When we asked why they didn't do the 3rd one they said it was our job to remind them. I feel like they are putting the blame on us. It's been 2 months and we have spent $800 at this clinic. On the dewormer, they want us to go in for another exam. With every exam they tell us she is healthy but she keeps getting sick. It has been a frustrating journey and we are looking for a new vet now. We feel they are very disorganized and don't read the history before seeing our dog as if every time is the first time they have met our dog. I've asked around and this place is a bit pricier for general examinations. Each time we go we leave with some prescribed medication.

The whole team and in particular Dr.Una are just so caring and lovely. I've been bringing my two pups there over the years and they are always kind, straightforward and realistic with diagnostics and treatments.

They listened to my concerns and our dogs symptoms, and immediately made arrangements to have us come in. The vet called us before making every decision, which was helpful since we can't be in there with him due to Covid. Very kind and helpful staff!

Money hungry vet!! $$ are worth more than pets health. Knows bare minimum of large dog breeds! Over priced, front counter staff has no idea what shes doing. Switch vets for your pet, and see the difference in your wallet and your pets health.

I was initially happy with this vet as they were effective in treating the pain from my 13 year old cat's leg injury. However, when I returned for a check-up, I was advised that he needed knee surgery on his other leg. I was skeptical and declined this...and a month later he was walking normally again, without further intervention. I'm not an expert, but others have told me that operating on such an old cat is high risk, so I am very disappointed that this apparently unnecessary procedure was recommended.

We had our first visit with Panorama Village Animal Hospital on March 5 so that our new pups could receive their 2nd round of shots. Dr Zacharias was absolutely lovely with our boys; she was informative and did not rush us out.

First time for me and my guinea pig, and I was very happy with the service. Very professional and clear description what was happening. Due to covid wasn't able to go in which I appreciate. Will come again.

Had a safe meet up and phone follow up. Though I felt a bit rushed when I didn't receive a response to the yearly shots my pet would need and if it was possible to do it. I asked but no communication was given with my pet being returned without any information. I think I would visit a vet that listened to what I wanted to happen with my pet before I left. Otherwise care was fine.

I am a first time dog owner and never even been around any dogs until now and had to get my dog neutered and did not know what to expect and had a lot of worry/questions. They really helped me feel comfortable and explained everything very well and it really helped me relax. Everyone from the vets to the girls at the desk are very professional and helpful. And the prices are pretty good as well. Definitely would recommend them if you live close enough!

Every visit is great and the staff and very attentive and informative. I haven’t compared prices but if they are a little more expensive the service is worth it. They make recommendations but don’t push the service and leave the choice with us. Happy to be using this location as our vet.
