An excellent animal hospital. The veterinarian pays close attention to detail, and the entire staff shows genuine caring for the animals. Their prices are also very reasonable. This is my go-to place for animal care, even though there are places closer to my home.

We’ve had two rats who’ve needed medical treatment. Milo was about a year old, and had a abscess that had popped. He needed surgery to clean out the area and stitch him up, they did amazing with him, and where so kind and professional. Milo made an amazing recovery, even though he had a secondary infection (no fault to the vets or us it just happens!) Milo even got two free checkups after surgery!! Henry is about 2, and had a cancerous tumor on his side, rats don’t tend to do very well under anesthesia, and especially at that age. The doctor offered us a deal, we only pay cremation of Henry passes, and we pay in full if he lives. They did so amazing with him, and he pulled through wonderfully. The staff here are so well trained, kind, and truly caring about you, and your pets.

I have 4 cats & High Point Animal Hospital was the best decision I made! Very reasonable pricing, great staff & a very knowledgeable Dr. Sharma. 3 months ago he performed a hernia & neutering surgery for Ilo & Im very glad I chose this hospital! The hernia had gotten very big and I was afraid of what the outcome may be. But the doc did a great job & my baby recovered so well, no complications what so ever. I love their flexibility in hours and their located in a very convenient location for those who don’t drive its very close to King George skytrain station! 3 months later which is today Oct.8th I took my other 3 Cats Milo, Cilo & Kilo for their neutering. Once again amazing job the Doc did with his team. My babies are home and their feeling good & they already want to play.

The vet and his assistant were so kind and caring to my kitty Jenny and she was such a good girl for them. She didn't seem to be too scared. I would highly recommend them! Reasonable prices too. They also sell good quality pet food.

Kind and patient staff, we had to put our cat down and the young lady staff member could not have been more compassionate to all of us in our grief ???????? she was amazing!

Our Pomeranian Gabby and Chanel when we first had them had kennel cough and needed vaccinations for rabies and other viruses So we thought of the nearest in our place and the most affordable Staff very accommodating And Doctor Sharma is very knowledgeable Friendly and professional You can see how your pet is treated like of his. Our pet was diagnosed and given antibiotics And after a week or 2 Chanel is cured. Dr. Sharma is a blessing Now chanel broke her leg after a few months Took her there we didnt know doctor sharma had an emergency line that responds whenever what ever time. Anyways he was so accommodating called him the next morning after chanel was stabilized in another vet hospital Given the circumstances of us being financially incapable of paying for the surgery The good doctor gave us a very reasonable price for the accomodations for Chanel's stay at the vet 2 nights Surgery sling medicine xrays were taken cared of by this amazing human being Me and wife are very thankful and blessed that we met him to take care of our dear Chanel who is family and its like with doctor he consider us family as well Bless your kind generous heart doctor sharma forever we are grateful to you.

Brought my our dog in for upset stomach and vomiting for which we knew the cause. It wasn't an emergency, just wanted him to feel better as quickly as possible. At pick up time (4 hours later)I was shocked to get a bill for $845. The most outrageous was being charged $132 for 4 anti nausea pills that 3 other Vets charge $45.89 including tax for. After we confronted him Dr. Sharma did agree to refund me the $132 for the meds. We also questioned the cost of a blood panel that according to other vets we contacted seemed to be much higher for the exact same panel.His comment was "that's his price". Overall, I would say the care was ok, but make certain you ask for a quote before you leave and make sure you are clear of every charge before you pay.

Really great team here. I have trusted them with my kitty for over a year now, and they have delivered consistently excellent service and high quality care. Highly recommend this animal hospital.

Great staff. Eena is very kind and helpful and we always try to come when she is working. Doctor is knowledgeable and prices are good. Food and medication is sometimes overpriced.

Dr. Sharma is a kind and caring vet. His prices are reasonable compared to many other vets and we have been taking our dog, Lacey, there since she was a pup. The front staff are wonderful as well.

I've been bringing my pets here for a couple of years now. Pricing is very reasonable. I never get surprised when it's time to pay as everything is discussed up front. And they don't try to do things that don't have to be done. We have 2 dogs and 6 cats, so it was very important to me to find a doctor I could trust.

Dr. Sharma has been Rico's vet since 12 weeks old (Rico is now 3) he is super informative, knowledgeable veterinarian who will explain diagnosis and all options for treatments. The staff too is lovely and its nice that everyone always remembers rico when we come in even if its been awhile. I always know rico is in good hands with Dr. Sharma and it gives me peace of mind. Thanks so much High Point I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I work all the time, and everytime I’ve called, I can get my pug in for last minute nail clipping, I’m ALWAYS late, though, and they still take me, even though it’s almost closing tiMe.
