I cannot recommend them enough. If your looking for a vet that truly wants what’s best for your pet look no further. All staff were excellent. There are good and bad vets and then every once in awhile there is a vet that goes above and beyond. This is truly a special place that will meet and exceed your expectations.

The best decision I made was to get a second opinion and take my boy there. The staff was so caring, and thorough, 100% for our fur babies. Our new vet. Can not Thank them enough.

Allondale is the best animal hospital I’ve been to. I bring all my pets here from my dog to any small creatures in my care. They provide great service and are upfront with what they’re doing and how much it’ll cost. 10/10 can’t recommend enough.

The place itself is decent, I don't have any issues with the vet or staff. They're all super kind and friendly! Theres a resident cat named Ginger who's a headstrong buff cat that i love. He enjoys pets but sometimes he likes to bite, he shifts in mood really easily. Parking though is horrible. Theres maybe 8 ish spots roughly? And they're all really close together. If a car parks on the side then you have to turn about 50 times before you've turned enough to get out. Also a lot of times the vet is running late. Past like 3 times i've had to wait like 45 minutes with my cat in the car PAST the appointment time without even being entered in. I wish they would let us know that they're behind so we come later, its hard to bring my cat out as he doesnt like being out much and it mainly stresses him out.

I have two cats and I have been to both Allondale and Fraser Heights. In my experience Allondale is far superior. At Fraser Heights, the checkup lasted about 2 mins and I was charged 80 bucks while at Allondale, their vet took much more time with the checkup and only charged me $60. I ended up having to get my cat surgery at Fraser Heights because Allondale was fully booked for the day. For the same surgery, the quote at Allondale was for $500, whereas at Fraser Heights I had to pay over $800. Anyways, I highly recommend Allondale because their entire staff from the front desk to the vets are wonderful people, you can really sense the positive atmosphere when you walk in. It's just a really awesome vibe at Allondale, whereas at Fraser Heights I received some attitude from their reception. Additionally, the vet at Allondale asked me to take my cat back for a second time for another quick checkup and didn't even end up charging me for it. If you live in the area always go with Allondale.

Really happy with my first visit to this vet. Even with the Covid guidelines causing a literal barrier they managed to be super personable and thorough in explaining the process, the medication, and my options. Sometimes you just get a good vibe from people and every single person I dealt with today gave me that. Thanks for being so gentle with Arwen, she's such a shy kitty but she's calmly sleeping on my lap right now, not shellshocked at all.

Have been going here since the 1990s. They have taken care of 4 of our pets. Always wonderful, great rates. The other Dr retired a little while ago, and I have to say, the new Drs have kept the amazing reputation up, I trust them completely. Staff are all wonderful!!!!

My daughter recently passed away and now I have my 2 yr old grand kitty. Needed Layla (kitty) to have a good checkup. Allondale was amazing. I hadn't been a cat owner myself for over 20yrs. Allondale were amazing, kind, understanding and financially affordable. Will definitely be a repeat client. ❤????????

22 years i have brought all my animals here. Today was the last time. My poor golden who has massive infections, allergies, etc was brought in (again) due to a hematoma in his ear, skin infection, eye and ear infections. He was taken in, then not even 5 mins later taken out. His ear was not drained (as another vet did the week prior and it wasn't as bad, other ear), his hot spots weren't treated and I had to ask for antibiotics for his skin infections.. This place has really gone down hill now that Dr. O'Grady is retiring...absolute best vet I've ever had btw. Now there are several vets working out of the office and the care is very inconsistent. Super disappointed and waiting on them to fax our records so I can get his ear and hot spots treated elsewhere.

I went today with my puppy for one dose of vaccine which is supposed to be her last for the year! However, they asked me on the phone if I want to give her another different shot and I said no! But they still managed to give her that shot without my permission! This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. Like why even bother asking me if you were gonna give her the shot anyway ! This is a picture of the mail they sent me which shows only one dose of vaccine (Canine Distemper Parvo). I’m not happy with their service and I will never take her there again because I don’t feel comfortable anymore placing her in a place that is not reliable. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Caring, compassionate and professional staff, although with covid locking you out of the office when your pet is sick isnt nice even though I do understand that. However, I would have made the exception for the poor woman who brought her dog that had died. I would have let her come in to grieve instead of sobbing on the sidewalk outside. It was so heartbreaking to see. Kudos to the young man that worked there and helped her and even got down on the sidewalk to talk with her.

Always so great. This is the third pup I've brought here since 94. They really care.

Been coming here for years. As far as I'm concerned this is the best veterinarian practice in surrey period.

Wow I had a great experience taking my Great Pyrenees puppy in. Dr. Cavanaugh was so informative and she didn't push any of the dog food they sell there like other vets do. Prices are pretty much comparable to all other ones.. don't know why I didn't come here the first time round..

They are very busy but accommodating!Overall great care for my two kitties. Just wish they had a texting system to let them know of any changes quickly rather than being on hold for 15 mins..... but regardless I am understanding of this situation due to Covid. Would recommend this place to any pet owner.

I loved my interaction with the staff at Allondale. My dear Jasmin was 20 years old when she passed this year at home. They even sent me a beautiful card after they were aware she was gone to heaven to wait for me.

I have many great things to say about Allondale Animal Hospital. They are very caring, wonderful professionals. We have been coming here for 15 years. We recently had to put our 15 year old dog down. It was very difficult, but they were very sensitive to our feelings, helped to ease our sadness and sent us a lovely card of condolences. I would highly recommend Allondale!

over the years I have lived in surrey I have taken my Pitbull, senior cat, a new young un neutered male cat (very violent and bite ee,) a female cat who was starving and un neutered, an iguana who passed away and needed disposal of and a senior Lhasa Apso who had passed away in our home to this place. No matter what the circumstances and how many times I phoned with an animal there, the staff were, for the most part, over the top wonderful (Monica, Glenda, Thomas and Vincent especially), the vets I have seen have been kind, professional and efficient and the cost was kept within my circumstances with the option of "working through it when/if the time came" . I feel safe with them and recommend them to anyone who cares to listen. I do have to say the only problem I have is the COVID protocol inhibits my ability to be with my creatures while they are being dealt with.. but better safe than sorry eh!
