Very reasonable and their priority after helping to maintain your pet's health is to keep their stress at a minimal level. My dog hates the trip to the vet, but adores the vet and her technicians.

Everyone I've met that works here is amazing, the staff goes completely out of their way to make you and your pet comfortable. My dog came in with awful diarrhea (which they were able to get me in same day) and they helped clean his kennel multiple time and provided potty pads for the drive home. Proving the free bandanas with the pheromones has helped calm my older dog down that doesn't have a good part with vets. So glad to have found this vet office ????

I can't express how grateful we are to Dr. Bauer and her team. Our little guy started to cry his heart out when he was experiencing severe constipation, our regular vet was closed, and when we explained this over the phone to her staff, they were very understanding and managed to squeeze him in. In addition to this, they were in contact throughout the day updating us with their assessment progress and when we went to go pick him up, they explained their findings very clearly and without using a lot of convoluted terms. We've taken Ollie to quite a few vets over the past few years, but Latah takes the cake, we're beyond happy with the quality of service we received and plan to start taking our other cat here for her annual check-ups.

Latah Animal Creek Animal Hospital was AMAZING with our pup!! Our pup has been to many vets and was super anxious and fearful of the vets office. So we took her here for the first time and she did amazing and was kept calm and not scared the entire time! Love the fear free practice! So glad to have joined this animal hospital!

I was very excited to see we had a Fear Free clinic so close to our home so I booked appointments to get our feline and canine family members in right away. They had great communication during the booking process and their website was very organized and easy to navigate so I could fill out pre visit forms. The first pet I brought in was our new kitten Chuck and the cat room we waited in was amazing! Plenty of little toys and things for Chuck to investigate but his favorite part was staring out the wall of windows at the leaves blowing around and cars going by. The vet assistant Larissa and Dr. Bauer were very easy to talk to and were wonderful with Chuck. He was purring quite a bit when interacting with them! They clearly had Chuck’s best interest in mind and were able to vaccinate him while he enjoyed some tasty wet food treat. They decided to hold off on his Feline Leukemia test until he comes in to be neutered so that he ends his visit on a good note! He’ll be back to be neutered soon so they decided to put off the more “scary” things until then so he’s got some meds on board to keep him calm. We haven’t even brought our dogs in yet and I’m already really happy and grateful for this clinics care! I think our animals are all going to love the staff and I certainly enjoyed them and look forward to our future visits

We have been using Latah for years. Our dog Daisy at one point could not stand well and Dr. Megan just got down on the floor with her to check her out. These guys are amazing.

The staff at Latah Creek Animal Hospital are very kind and caring and go out of their way to take good care of my dog. I’m very happy with Dr Bauer and the staff. When my dog was attacked by another dog they were able to see her right away and took such good care of her. I really appreciate them!

This was mine and my furbaby’s first time seeing Dr. Megan. All I can say is WOW! We just moved here from Seattle and our previous vet left us scarred~ we were scolded for our raw feeding, pressured/scared into buying things or getting loaded up with all of the vaccines, always rushed through our appointments and everyone seemed so annoyed if I had questions and they were rarely answered. We were blown away by how different our experience was at Latah Creek Animal Hospital!! Everyone was soooo sweet to us! My little furbaby is terrified of the vet and gets so stressed~ all of the staff made such an effort to make her feel comfortable and she eventually settled down! I have NEVER seen her be able to relax in the slightest at the vet for the 1.5yrs I’ve had her!! All of my MANY questions I had were GLADLY answered. I never felt rushed whatsoever. Dr. Megan made me feel like she would’ve happily stayed talking with me even if it took all day. Dr. Megan was so genuine, pushed nothing and I can tell truly CARES! She didn’t scold me over raw feeding, but simply told me concerns she had and things she felt were crucial to keep in her diet like grains. I’m still just blown away by the wonderful care we received and SO HAPPY that we found you all! We will be coming to you guys forever! Thank you for alleviating all of my stresses! Now I’m looking forward to our future visits and I think Mika might even be too! ????

This is a wonderful clinic with caring and skilled staff. Highly recommend Dr Megan for her skill and emphasis on no stress visits for our precious pet members of our families. We are 20 year loyal clients.

We scheduled several appointments for our puppy (Sky) and from the very beginning the team was excellent coordinating care for Sky. The staff was gracious and professional. They were accommodating to our scheduling needs and they have always treated Sky with the utmost care. Dr. Bauer has spent time listening to our needs and answering questions. We have learned from her advice and appreciate very much her devotion to providing the best care to her patients and families. Finally, the fees are very reasonable; I highly recommend this hospital.

The staff here is caring and very patient. We had so many questions with our new shelter dog. They answered everything and made all if us comfortable.

Megan Bauer (and before Dr. Megan her father Steve) — and the entire staff at Latah Creek Animal Hospital — are the most competent, most caring, and most compassionate vets my wife and I have ever known. We’ve been going to LCAH for 16 years now, and we’ve received nothing but the best of care for both of our golden retrievers — first Hanna and now Henry. When it was time to let our dear Hanna go, when she was nearly 14, they made what was one of the hardest days of our lives a little easier with their kindness. Dr. Megan has known our new boy, Henry, since he was eight weeks old, and saved his life last year when he suddenly developed a severe case of aspiration pneumonia. Dr. Megan’s fear-free style is a huge hit with Henry — who’s pretty fearless anyway — but he absolutely loves going to LCAH, and gets excited whenever he knows we’re going to see Dr. Megan, even when it’s for shots. We can’t say enough good things about this wonderful practice, and highly recommend it.

We’ve been bringing our two labs here for the past two years. All of the staff is absolutely wonderful and they truly care about our pets. Our oldest dog had several bouts of stomach issues when he was a puppy and Dr Meghan and the team kept encouraging us and would see our dog on short notice for issues. We truly appreciate all of your love and care!!! I would recommend this clinic to anyone!!!

Just moved into Spokane so we have not established a Vet yet. We had a little emergency happen and they took us in with no problems. Friendly staff!

The staff is always friendly and they remember you and your pet. They send out great information to help take care of your pet. Very helpful if you need your pets records.

AMAZING!!! We called as a new client first thing in the morning after having to rush our fur baby to pet emergency the night before. Our pup tested positive for parvo sadly. The ladies here Jessica in particular was so helpful compassionate and gave us a quote right away. We decided to bring our fur baby here to Latah clinic and we are so glad we did. They are so caring and communicate every step of the way. We wish we could continue his care here but we’ve gotta move him back to pet emergency. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SO KIND! We will be switching our primary care from our current vet to Latah. Maverick thanks you guys for helping him get better too!

Reasonable pricing, quick med refills and down to earth vets. We have a difficult dogge and they made us feel right at home!
