First vet to take the time to get to the root of the problem and not just mask the symptoms- so we have a happy fur baby. Atmosphere and office staff ar spot on as well

Staff took time to ask important questions about my cat, and set up new client appt. Seems like they care alot about their pet customers. Heard from friends and family they are top notch!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! They turned away my dog that was sick on a Saturday morning and possibly has to be euthanized because they said they didn’t have any available spots. If you can’t take your sick dog to be evaluated to be possibly euthanized to their own doctor and instead are told to go to an emergency clinic or wait until Monday, these veterinarians DO NOT care about animals. Save yourself from being in my position and go find a clinic that truly cares about animals not their bottom line.

We know our furbabies are in great hands when we take our kitties Toulouse, Mufasa & Twinkie to see them! They're extremely kind and friendly, always say hello when we come in and greet our cats too! Very thorough and understanding, if you have questions regarding your animal, they are quick to get the answer or have the Dr call you back! I will never take our cats anywhere else! The whole team at Fairwood Animal Hospital are amazing! We appreciate you all so very much! ❤❤????????????

After visiting veterinarians all over Spokane, I feel so fortunate to have found Fairwood Animal Hospital. Starting with their exceptional care for two dogs with very needy and unique medical conditions, and continuing into their treatment of my brand new puppy, I couldn't ask for any improvement. Front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Hart is an absolute pro at putting you, and your pets, at ease.

Last summer we had our cats boarded and had no concerns. This summer, I am extremely unhappy. When I picked them up, the staff was friendly. When I let the cats out of their crates when I got home, one of them had cat litter matted into his fur near his back side and tail. When I called asking what happened, they reported he had tipped over the litter box and his water. I can understand how he would get dirty if he did that. However, they said they didn't notice his fur when they put him in the crate. It was VERY obvious, I'm not sure how they could have missed it. They told me if I brought him back they would brush him out at no charge (which was kind and should have been offered). I chose not to, because he hates the crate and it would be torcher for him to have someone else brush him out. Also, he has a condition where he needs medication to prevent sores on his face/in his mouth. I wrote out exactly the dates he needed medicated. My daughter noticed yesterday the beginning of a sore on his chin. When I looked at my bill, it appears they only gave him 2 of 5 doses he should have gotten. We will not be bringing our cats back next summer.

I will never go any place again. Best vets. I brought my pregnant mama in here and they have taken excellent care of her, her pups, and I'm sure the next litter will be well taken care of too. The whole office seemed to say hi to the babies at one point. And if you have a brachycephalic breed, this is the place to go. No doubt. They know their squishy face babes. Anyways. Short time customer, long time potential customer!!!

Needed an emergency appointment, they got us in within two hours of calling. Everyone was very friendly. Vet and Tech were up front about the costs of each procedure, gave their recommendations, and were very careful with my cat. Less than two days and there has been a noticeable change with him, he is feeling much better. Would recommend.

All of my pets have been to FAH. They are the most caring, they treat my pets and me with care.

Great experience boarding my dog and cat. They gave me a call to let me know all was well and both pets seemed happy and well cared for when I picked them up. My dog was cleaner than when I brought her in!

They are the BEST veterinary clinic in spokane. I received the best care. Their prices are reasonable and everyone there is amazing and polite. They care do much for your pets. You guys are awesome and I will never take my pets to any other veterinary clinic but yours. ????????????????

My cat had surgery late last week. Struggling a bit so called first thing this morning to hopefully have her ck’d real quick today. They are booked for 2 weeks (what?) unless I want to pay $75 (extra!) for an Urgent Care appt. It would be nice to have some level of after-care for their post-surgical patients ????

This place is amazing. They love animals, do a great job and are always smiling, well now these days their wearing masks but I'm sure their still smiling.

Dr. Hart is incredible! Our Collie Jinx is expecting and he is as excited as we are! WELL..... how 8 mos of horrid veterinarian service has changed this review. Lost records, no records of shots, treatment for minor issues, become major A beautiful top dollar puppy went in happy go lucky came out terrified, soiled and ruined for placement. If you love your animals as we do.....please question, question and then go elsewhere. Fairwood has been on a downhill sliding slope in services where also becoming one of the most expensive vets in Spokane. Union Animal Hospital has been spectacular as our new vet. A world of difference compared to the unorganized, tepid and potentially dangerous record keeping of Fairwood.

Great place for my dogs. I have consistently received excellent service and exceptional attention from the crew. They are accommodating, professional, and know how to take care of our veterinary needs.

Despite the pandemic and curbside care, they did a great job educating us about puppy care. Attached is the photo of the deal they offer for new puppies which is not required, of course!
