You all are the best!

My dog stayed there while we were on vacation. He came back injured, lethargic, and sick. The manager at the time wouldn’t acknowledge the condition of my dog & avoided eye contact which made me so wary & uncomfortable. He did offer to wash my dogs blanket, which was filthy. So at least he acknowledged that. I didn’t go back for the blanket. Don’t leave your fur babies there.

We have been boarding our two dogs at Paradise Pet for several years, and consistently the service has been excellent! The owners Kim and Jason are completely involved and know the dogs and the dog parents. Their employees are very professional and very careful about the needs of our dogs and they go above and beyond to make sure the stay goes well. In addition, they always give feedback about how the furr-babies did with the other dogs, etc. When we are on a trip, I do not worry at all about how they are doing, because I KNOW that they are being very well cared for.

Our pup had a great time at Paradise Pet Resort. The team was responsive, communicative, and all the photos and videos were a bonus. We can’t wait to bring our pup back again.

Very professional. Great with pets. Took to our puppy as if he were their own. He stayed several nights while we were out of town. Love when pictures of him are posted each afternoon on Facebook so we can see how he is doing. He slept the next two days he was so worn out from all the excitement!

Dexter our 2 year old Shi tzu just loves it at Pet Paradise! Would highly recommend them. Friendly, clean and reasonable too. Even see postings of Dexter having fun! Definitely keep going and highly recommend them too

We feel super comfortable leaving our fur baby with the caring and professional staff at Paradise Pet Resort when we are away. They love on all the four legged friends, the facilities are clean, well managed, and fun for dogs. We would recommend to anyone with a fur baby.

We had our fur baby there for 6 nights while we were on vacation. It’s the longest we’ve been away from her but she absolutely loves going there and we trust the staff with her for that long.

Highly recommend! Our dog Winston's first boarding experience was at Paradise Pet, and everyone was incredibly gracious, kind, and patient with me and him. Now whenever we pick him up he whines and cries because he loves coming so much and doesn't want to leave his friends ????❤ ALSO I have to give a huge shout out to Tosha (sorry if spelling is incorrect) who went above and beyond to help fix a boarding scheduling error on my part and kept me from having an anxiety attack. Tosha was communicative, helpful, and pleasant to talk to throughout the whole thing and I SO appreciate their help!!

I absolutely love this place. Staff and owners are wonderful and I never have to worry when my 11 month old big puppy is at daycare or boarding- such a great feeling. Bobo and I are forever grateful that we have Paradise Pet Resort????

This was our first visit to Paradise Pet Resort. We have a high-energy and anxious German Shepherd whose previous daycare/boarding went out of business. We just boarded him for a week and Paradise Pet Resort did wonderfully! They were even able to give him daily meds when he had an unexpected vet visit right before the trip. Huge relief. Thanks!

Our Sophie, a 6 year old labradoodle, recently spent 9 days and 8 nights at Paradise Pet Resort. She had a great experience; came home happy and tired. The staff is very attentive and professional. Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. We’re very comfortable leaving Sophie with the staff at Paradise Pet Resort when we travel out of town.

He even made a new friend while there.

We decided to go on our first overseas vacation since the pandemic, and we were a bit anxious about leaving our sweet Berner puppy behind for the first time ever. The staff of Paradise Pet Resort were wonderful with our pup, and as much as we missed our girl during our trip, they alleviated our fears with all the lovely photos and great communication. They clearly care about their furry guests and we will gladly trust them with our pup again in the future.

Today was the first day that I took my dog Kodak in. I was so nervous bringing him to another daycare as the old daycare I used to take him to had several dogs die in their facility as well as management only caring about money rather than the dogs. It took me several months to bring myself to allowing him back into a daycare. I'm so glad that I found Paradise Pet Resort. My fur baby Kodak was happy and tired when he left, and this is something that I never saw leaving my old daycare. The owners Kim and Jason as well as the staff were so sweet and I felt comfortable leaving my baby in their hands.

I’m pretty sure Dylan loved being there and having a lot of fun with other dogs, he will be going back soon, Great people to work with, thanks for taking care of Dylan for the last 10 days while I was on vacation Dylan had his second stay at his favorite place, sure he had fun with all his buddies again, thanks for taking care of him for me for the last three days I appreciate it

We ended up at Paradise because our previous boarder was full. We will never go anywhere else again! Gage absolutely loves it here! The owners know each and every dog so well. Ours is "the old man who thinks he's still a puppy" - 100% true - LOL!

I've loved them since I took a tour a few years ago. Very friendly staff and super affordable rates. Plus they comes home SO HAPPY

Our lab was very well cared for while she was there for 6 days. It was nice to get away knowing she was having fun and being well taken care of. Thank you so much.

We just got back from an almost week long vacation. It was the longest we have left our animals ever, but the one animal I didn’t have to worry about getting proper care was Butters! He has been at daycare there about once a week for a year and absolutely loves going. The environment is perfect for him! They took such great care of him this week and while he is happy to be home, I know he will be excited to go back! They do a test run to see if your dog is a good fit for the pack and they are always excited to see your animal when they come! Even the new employees work hard to get to know everyone, but the owners genuinely care about everyone and everyone there wants to make your experience amazing as well as your furry friend’s experience! Thanks Paradise for literally always being paradise for Butters and giving us such ease of mind!

Jason and Kim are great, as are all of the handlers! CoCo Bean is excited to get there and excited to come home, best experience ever!

Our sweet girl Lottie loves going to Paradise Pet Resort. She had lots of energy and running all day with her dog friends is a blessing for us!

Our Scout-girl (6 month old Lab) loves day care and boarding at Paradise! My husband and I are very impressed with the staff. Very friendly, professional and organized. So happy to have found this great place for our girl to stay when we can't take her.

First time boarding was a big success. Staff is awesome, sharing video of first time interaction with other dogs and giving feedback when I picked up my pup. I've used the day care once before boarding, and will definitely do it again when the need arises. The staff knows my dog, and gives me updates about how she was while there, which I appreciate. No reservations about recommending!

We love Paradise Pets Resort. The owners are wonderful and truly care about your pets and their employees individually. 10/10
