when I called for my sick cat a got a gal who sounded not only asleep but really not interested in helping. I was informed that because I was a new client they were not accepting new clients and didn't help with any direction for me to go. I was not impressed at all.

I love this vet clinic! I have found them kind, professional and affordable. The veterinarian and her staff have been very helpful and have answered my questions exceptionally every time we have brought our kiddos to see them. Thank you, guys!

I cannot express how grateful I am that I found this vet! We went in yesterday for a emergency as our new puppy was sick.. The staff and doctor are so kind and caring.. Compassion is the key.

I think Dr. Gese is a warm, compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian. She is thorough and explains everything in layman's terms, which is important to me. Im glad I found her--again!

The Doctor here knows her stuff. Super friendly staff. I thought I needed a shot for my puppy and instead of just listening to me she told me puppy didn't need it. I think that is very honest of her. Great place.

Hands down the best veterinary office ever. The staff is incredible..genuinely cares about your pet and you! They listen, really listen to your concerns and are always willing to help out in any way they can. Dr. Gese and her staff are second to none!

Great staff. Best experience I’ve had at a vets office with my anxious little string bean of a pup. She typically drools and shakes, but she came back happy and dry from curbside drop off. The vet came out and explained everything that needed to be done to help my pup and she is already feeling much better! They even got us in super short notice. Thanks from both of us ❤️

I just started taking my boy Dex here and the staff have been amazing. My boy has some fear aggression issues and I dreaded bringing him to the vet especially with covid restrictions as the last vet I went to he absolutely hated the vet and wouldn't let him come near him... Every time my boy has been at ease and loves the staff... And wants to give everyone kisses which is unusual for people he doesn't know... So 5 stars from me and Dexter!

Dr Gese and her team are amazing humans. Your pets will thank you when you take them to Greenacres. We followed Dr from a group office to her current location and are so grateful for the the care and kindness she brought our family. We had to say goodbye to our Goodest Boy, Farley, last week. They were amazing throughout, letting us stay with him. My heart is a little lighter knowing he was surrounded with love through the end. Thank you all ????

Have an elderly pet that needed to be euthanized. Called and left a message asking if they could do it and how much it would be. Never got a response back. Definitely not good customer service!
