Dr. Roberts and staff have been so kind to my elderly dog. They were able to get me in on an emergency bases. A through exam was done and the proper diagnostic tests were done. I was referred out to Animal Eye Clinic of Spokane. Dr Roberts called after that appointment to see how he was doing and what the diagnosis was. It really showed that she cared. I have full confidence in Dr.. Roberts, staff and care that my beloved Darby received. Thank you so much!

Absolutely the most amazing staff! There is nothing but love from the staff! I am new to the area and my dog was attacked by another dog short story he needed to be seen in 48hrs after the attack they got him in and they were very compassionate I took him back today for another follow up and they were fabulous! They will be my fur babies forever vet!

Pros: The staff is friendly and the hold music is tolerable. Cons: I hope you have time to babysit them because their follow through has been dismal at best. From not returning voicemails to schedule the appointment, to not ordering medication that they said twice was ordered, and not sending lab results for over a week. My poor miserable dog had his allergy test taken 9/22, results back 10/4, and here we are 11/08 and he still doesn’t have his medication to help alleviate his allergies. I regret trusting this office. Edit: I see your response but do not see how to respond to it. Yes, it would be under a different name. My dog that is miserable and needing medication is Mack. His last name on the liquid gold test paperwork is Graves.

Danette Roberts and her staff are literally a breath of fresh for the vet industry in Spokane!! I am so glad we found them!!

They genuinely care and the prices are reasonable. Very happy I have a place I can trust so close to home.

Good care for the dog and showed concern for the dog because of age. Called day after surgery to make sure dog was okay and we understood medicines and care. We will probably go here again. Only concern was small intake area with nervous dogs. Good vet assistants.

Dr Robert's took the time to listen to our concerns and work with my dog who gets anxiety at the vet all of the staff there was amazing

My dogs love Dr. Mom! She is so good with my pug and I am so reassured that she is there for my my older doodle who needs a little extra care.

I had taken my two year old Belgian malicious in with a stomach issue. Taken him to WSU and he had been prescribed the wrong medication from Dr. Robert's. I refuse to ever take another animal here and I will forever boycott them. Save yourself the pain and don't ever come here again. I almost lost him.

Dr Mom is amazing! Takes great care of my dogs, she is very caring and always able to get us in quickly. I've been taking my dogs to her for a few years now. Very knowledgeable and so very awesome. One of my dogs was having a hip problem and she told me hips were great but pointed out cancer in the xray. She was very caring and told me what to expect. I just can't say enough great things about her.

This vet clinic is awesome and Dr. Roberts is an awesome vet. I would recommend them to everyone.

Dr Roberts is highly professional, warm, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. We first saw her at her former clinic in Liberty Lake three or four years ago, and followed her to K9 Country Club. She has always taken exceptionally good care of our dog Dominic. I highly recommend her and am excited she has now opened her own independent clinic. Congrats!!!

Dr. Roberts takes the time to listen to our concerns and then provides excellent advise and treatment. She makes our dogs feel comfortable and loved! Dr. Roberts is THE BEST!

I have been bringing my 2 doodles to Dr.Roberts since they were 3 months old and am now bringing my newest to her as well. She is great with them and always helpful whenever we have concerns or questions. I trust her with my babies!

I was visiting from out of town with my fiancé and babies and for a little end of summer vacation. We were having a wonderful trip until my poor chihuahua started acting lethargic, refusing to eat and vomiting. Being from out of the area we were horrified that we were away from her primary vet and scared to take her somewhere new. I am beyond thankful that Dr. Mom had availability for us and was able to treat my little girl! The entire clinic staff was so helpful and took genuine care in comforting me, my family, and our ailing dog. The treatment was quick and they were able to diagnose and explain what had happened (ends up she had eaten something she shouldn’t have) and help us get back to the tail end of our trip and enjoy it knowing that our pup had the medicine and treatment she needed to recover. I’m beyond thankful I found this clinic and for their treatment and kindness. I whole heartedly recommend using this clinic for your fur babies- they will, without question, be in good hands.

I’ve worked along with Dr Roberts and been a client for years. As a client, I can say she always goes above and beyond to produce a high standard of care and treats my animals like her own. She is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and it’s why I’ll drive over an hour to take my pets there. Working with her I can say that the way she treats animals when owners aren’t there is with the utmost respect, concern and care. She also expects any of her employee hold that same high standard. If you’re lucky enough to be a client, you will not be disappointed.
