I’m so happy with the service here. They got back to me right away after I requested an appointment, and Marisa made my cat, Jolene look amazing! I also appreciated how Marisa took the time to get to know is a little prior to grooming and gave me some helpful tips for Jolene to adjust to apartment living. Her passion for her work is obvious, and her talent is also obvious. Take your cat here. You will not regret it!

Five Stars Most Definitely!! I had called with grooming issues and they understood the importance of being done and then they had called me back up after I had made my first initial grooming appointment 1month out and got me in the next morning to trim 2 of my Yorkie Dogs.

I have been going to the place for almost a year, since I got my goldador. He is large part golden retriever and has the fur of one. Long and beautiful. I brought him in for a bath and FFF. They completely shaved his belly and the back of his legs. I didn't ask for any of that. Then left the sides of him long so he has some weird mullet. It is not cut well and looks horrible. I called and told them and they made it seem like I didn't explain what I wanted. Why shave his entire chest as well? I get trimming down his sanitary, they have done that in the past, but they shaved him all the way up his chest. the back of his legs were cut off which i didn't want done and they have never done in the past when getting this exact groom. Not only were they cut off they look jagged and uneven. my poor baby doesn't even look like a golden anymore...

Overall good, but I will be finding new groomer...my dog not thrilled here, always seems rushed.

Took few weeks to get appt but glad got one. My cat is very hard to groom. He had knots and pretty shaggy and he has issues with his hips and hated being brushed and they got him all clean and he looked great when I picked him up and prices were good.

I was treated kindly and I know my pup was well cared for while in their care! Excellent haircut for my pup too!!!

The people are very friendly, professional, and helpful. This was our first visit with a 4 1/2 month old puppy. They did a great job and they survived an energetic puppy!

Friendly staff. Appointments and walk in. The only place I trust to leave my Pomeranian Marley. I've been taking her to Bark R Boutique since she was about a year old. She'll be 10 in December. I trust the staff with my fur baby and wouldn't go anywhere else. The shop is always very busy and can get quite loud which is something I need to avoid with my dog due to her anxiety and epilepsy disorders.The staff are very accommodating by allowing me to schedule her full groom very early or late in the day to help avoid any problems. They did a great job with shaving our cat & pampering our puppy!

I take both of my heelers here to have their nails trimmed - they can both be difficult to hold down/stay still and cry loudly but staff always does an amazing job. I was very nervous to bring them in my first time but they took care of them both and are always kind to me. I highly recommend to other owners looking for a new place!

I brought my puppy in to get her nails trimmed and they did a great job. I previously tried on my own with my wife and we couldn’t even get 1 nail done, we tried everything from holding her down to giving her treats. I am so glad she can’t scratch us anymore. Well worth the 10$. I would suggest anyone that has difficulty trimming nails to just bring them here and have them do it. I went in at 3pm and was out 5 minutes later.

These couldn't love my two little ones more than I do They provide excellent service at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and compassionate about their care for animals. Can't say enough about them.

My Shih Tzu is a biter when being groomed. I notified them when I made the appointment for him. They said the first time in would let them know how to work with him. His groomer did great with him! She advised me on what to do for his next grooming and I will follow her advice. I will be bringing him back, happily.

Brought in my very excited & energetic puppy to get his nails trimmed since he won't let me do it myself. They were so nice and got his nails done in a flash. Definitely going back!

Not best environment for cats, I think. Lots of barking dogs. They also misplaced his collar. Needed my cat groomed and they did a great job with that, but next time I'll probably be looking for some place quieter.

I've been taking my dog to this Groomer for about 7 years. If you are specific about what you want, you will get what you ask for. They've done a great job for me consistently.

Our little dog “Gabby” is a little skittish around strangers.... we tried different pet grooming places and the Bark R Boutique people just click with little dogs! I highly recommend them! My daughter recommended them to us!

Amazing staff!! Unfortunately for them I have a little attitude ish dog, but they rise to the occasion and he seems to be fine with them. It's such a relief since I have taken him elsewhere and unless these guys are liars they must be dog whisperers because he wasn't good at other places. These guys are fantastic! I always go back. Been going here for years and they've usually been nice. There was a lady I've never seen at the front and said she had to turn us away for what is always a walk-in 2 minute treatment. Never going back.

I live south of CdA so I can drop my Cocker off at any time and pick her up at my convenience. So I get my errands run too. Well run business. Am always pleased with my dog's appearance and no sign of stress from her when I pick her up.

I'm sad to say we're not going to be bringing our male boxer in anymore, not by choice, but by apparent uninterest by Bark R Boutique. We used to take him in for a shampoo, teeth cleaning and nail trim. They used to be so polite and responsive. But over the last month my husband and I have called, left messages, and even left a Facebook private message letting them know we'd been calling, and again tried to schedule an appointment (the private message was seen by Bark R Boutique), never one response via call or message. How unprofessional, you can't return a phone call or message? Our patronage/money isn't appreciated? Not the best way to do business.

They did such a beautiful job with our two little dogs. We were worried that our little guy would be nervous but he was calm as can be and sitting on the gal’s lap, happy and relaxed when we picked them up. The grooming was awesome for both of them. We will be back!
