Visited once, won't be back due to groom cut and I don't think my groomer was very gentle with my dog.

I was in a panic when I could not get the smell of what my dog rolled in off her. The Soapy Paw took the time to help me out and I can't express how grateful I am to have a nice smelling dog again.

Our cat had an in grown nail and the emergency vets were all full. They had us come down right away and were able to clip and remove his nail. We had our dog with us too and they did her nails even without an appointment! Prices are fantastic!! We eventually found an ER vet to follow up on the puncture to his paw and he's doing well. We've found our new groomers!!

They have been extremely rude every single time I go there and they treat the animals terribly. It's so sad that they are okay work how hard they treat animals. My older dog is traumatized from that place from how rough they did his nails. He never needed a muzzle for nail trims until I took him here for the first time. Cruel people work there.

Pogo vwas a long time customer at Soapy Paw, he and I were so happy there. We miss you and have not been able to find a new place for Pogo since we retired to Florida. Pogo is 22 yrs old this year....if you love your dog .. use Soapy Paw.... Greatest place on Earth don't take your dog for a spa day anywhere else. Soapy Paw is the best!

Website says everywhere to call for an appointment. I did and when they returned my call the next day, when the message said it would be same day, they said I didn't need one. I went in later that day and they had closed early. This kind of thing is why I like appointments. I made a special trip all the way out there for nothing. At least my dog got a car ride out of it.

A place where I can wash my dog standing up!!! Really fair prices, both for the self wash and grooming service. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. I Will be back!

I went to the soapy paw in Snohomish on 2/09/2021, to get a nail trim for my chihuahua and the lady said that I needed to schedule a appointment for the nail trim ( the website says walk ins are accepted )When I had called about 1.5 months prior to make a previous appointment they also said that I didn’t need an appointment for a nail trim, so I was somewhat frustrated when the gal with short blond hair said she was busy and couldn’t take Lilah ( my chihuahua )for a nail trim and she repeated herself at least 3 times and said that I needed to make an appointment like everybody else very rudely as I was exiting the building ( very unnecessary) so I said I GOT IT and went on my way. I later double checked the website and it does say walk ins accepted. Very frustrating experience and I won’t recommend this grooming facility to anyone I know. ????

Decent job at grooming and washing dogs. Self serve dog wash is helpful. Workers were more friendly with animals than with people.

If you want to get your dog’s nails clipped this is the place to go. Accepts walk-in and you get a punch card for a free nail job!

I witnessed a husky having its nails filed here. The dog was muzzled and 1 staff person was holding it tightly while another staff person filed the nails. The husky was screaming and frantic. It was absolutely horrendous to watch. The dog was extremely upset and I am suspicious it was in pain and not just reacting to the noise of the filing tool. On top of that, the other dogs who were waiting in cages were barking and upset and the technician staff kept yelling at them to be quiet all while holding down the husky . These appointments should be done with great care, not some torturous and traumatizing event for our pets. Go to the Snohomish Dog Spaw, you will notice a night and day difference in how they care for your pets!

My dog hates having his nails done and the staff here always make him feel safe and comfortable. Very affordable. Highly recommend bringing your pups here for all their grooming needs.

I have been going to Carol at the Soapy Paw for a decade. Her knowledge of dogs, let alone her wide range of knowledge of so many breeds is amazing! But it's because she loves dogs… she really cares about them. She listens to you about your concerns about your dog and often has good advice… but she also incorporates the concerns into how she handles your dog. Such as, my dog has skin allergies to some shampoos, so she lets me bring in a special shampoo and leave it there and uses that every time she grooms him. Carol and Soapy Paw have earned 10+ Stars & my loyalty!

Dog Owners Beware!!! We brought our 1 year old puppy here today. As we showed up to pick him up we were told our puppy chewed a power cord. First question we asked was “how did he get the cord, he is in a crate and can’t reach his paws through that.” They said we don’t know but he did. As we began to look at the crate he was in they are dangling electric cords right across the door of the crate. I pointed that out to the owner and she began to say how it is our fault and we will be paying for this issue. I asked why in the world would you allow the power cords to dangle in front of the crates like that. They had no response. I pointed out and said this is a big safety issue and could not believe they would do this. The owner said “this is not a safety issue.” I replied to her this is a complete safety issue. I told the owner you know what I will pay for this but we are never coming back. I’m completely shocked that anyone would run their business like this and put dogs lives at risk. I strongly urge anyone to think twice before taking your dog here. We would have been devastated today if anything would have happened to our one year old puppy.

Very busy. The staff that helped us with our dogs was very nice, but the other gal glared at everyone coming in as she sat and cut a dogs hair. The place was very dirty. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Maybe they need to hire someone to clean up in between washes.
