We were able to get a same day appointment for my mother's dog, which eased our minds.

They explain what procedures they will be doing and what the costs will be. Very easy to understand and they do not try to be pushy on services. If I didn’t totally trust them we wouldn’t be taking our cats there. Very happy we were told about Shoreline Central

They have taken care of several of our pets, for emergency as well as basic wellness. They are so easy to be around for both me and my pets. I have decided to use them as my primary vet because I trust them with my animals and personally feel so comfortable taking my fur babies there! I tend to get anxiety when taking my pets to a vet but they made sure to ease that every time. I highly recommend Shoreline Animal Hospital! (Not to mention they showed up in the snow!)

The Vet there today was horrible and judged my cat before we even got there. Instead of examining my cat in the room with me she took him in the back....NEVER have I had this happen. My cat was scared and a bit spicy and she refused to vaccinate him. I offered to be the one holding as I have done there in the past with other cats but she refused. She is not listed on the website as a Vet there...most likely so people can not call her out. Needless to say I will be finding a new Vet asap

They got me in and out real quickly and they trimmed my cats claws.

So grateful that they have squeezed my cat in for emergency treatment of an infected abscess. Very caring vets and vet techs.

We have been loyal clients for years had to put down our beloved family dog with them and they were so understanding, and comforting throughout the painful process. They even allowed us a payment plan. We now have another dog that we take here and even my 16 year old cat has visited! They are very efficient with their visits and upfront about all costs. I’m always shocked at how great their prices are here (especially for check ups and vaccines) but their specialty services aren’t outrageous. My mom had to keep her puppy here overnight after he had a minor surgery and the cost for everything was a little under $500. We just took my dog here yesterday because she has had a limp for a few days. and they gave a few options on a treatment plan (we decided the cheaper option of getting her some medicine and watching before we try an X-ray) and also got her vaccines done in the same visit. They always bring in a sheet of paper in with all of the costs of all the different treatment options before they do anything so you can choose what you want to get done. They also just have the sweetest employees. I truly couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Update: We've been using Shoreline Central Animal Hospital consistently since our first visit and they've always remained kind and thoughtful in how they treat our dog. The literally saved his life a couple of days ago when he got into some Halloween candy!

I recently brought two of my pets to SCAH and I've been very impressed with the quality of care and pricing. After being gouged repeatedly with excessive testing requirements at another Seattle vet, it is refreshing to not feel like someone is trying to empty every last cent from my pockets. However, the most refreshing change was how much time the vet was willing to spend with me discussing the care of my pets. I never felt rushed and my two experiences with Shoreline Central have been outstanding. I'll be bringing my other pet in soon too.

I was a loyal and happy customer for yearssss until the quality staff left. The new staff since covid have been terrible compared to how we used to be treated. The new vet has misdiagnosed 2 times claiming we needed end of life decisions.. to then get a 2nd opinion to find out it was JUST HIS THYROIDS and needs meds to feel good again . They ignored my concerns of infection at multiple visits and now they are refusing to send simple blood work to my new vet that I drive 2 hrs to see. We are 40000% never returning AND there is no way to even file a complaint! The front desk ignorantly just says sorry and there isn't a way to file a complaint. Wow..

Wow can I just say WOW.....this morning I woke up and found out my cat needed to be put to sleep. She won't eat and had been going to the bathroom on herself and can barley walk. Desiree got me in even though they were booked until Monday cause she knew my cat was suffering. She was so incredibly kind. Dr. John Paulson was amazing and understanding even though I was crying my eyes out he gave me time and made sure I understood the entire process. The pricely was absolutely responsible and the service was above and beyond. On just an awful day I am so grateful for them

My dog needed to be seen that day and she was! Extremely thorough and knowledgeable vet. She came into the room and then sat on the floor with my dog. My dog LOVED her and gave her tons of kisses. She zeroed right in on what was probably going on with my dog and after a couple tests, she was right! Relaxed clinic and took as much time as necessary to treat me dog and answer all my questions. The bill was less than I thought it would be too!

I've been taking my dogs to Shoreline Central for quite a few years now, they have always been caring, friendly, and accommodating to my dogs needs.

They open early which helps when you are working! They were so nice and caring and handled my scared cat with amazing grace. Will be back!

Called three weeks ago to get worm and tic medications for my dog. I’ve been a customer since December of 2020. I was required to make an office and doctor appointment, which was three weeks out. The date finally came and took my dog in. I was required to fill out my information and my dog’s information, even though they had it on file. I was taken in to the exam room and after about 5 minutes, the nurse came in and asked why I scheduled an office visit, as the doctor had looked at my dogs records and said I didn’t need an appointment. I told the nurse that it was the only way I could get the worm and tic medication I was requesting and the receptionist said it was the only way I could get it. One booster vaccination was coming up in December and the nurse said it would be okay to give the dog this booster early and I shouldn’t need to come in until May. I was able to pick up three months worth during this visit. I was not charged for the office visit. But it did waste my time.

Thanks my baby almost died!! Her stitches rip open and u told me u don't need to close the wound. Then tell me to wait for antibiotics to work. Three days later u tell me doctors are busy with other pets and I have to wait. It's now an emergency and I had to take her somewhere else. So sad I was crying for days hope she makes it back home to me. PLEASE FIND ANYWHERE BUT HERE THEY DO N OT CARE ABOUT UR PET ONLY THE MONEY!!!!+ oh and I had to ask if I wasn't supposed to feed her the doctor told me nothing the just charged me money and sent me off. I am 100% convinced the reviews are fake. I am going to flag this place. I am deeply disturbed FYI who gets 2 or 3 positive reviewsin one day???? BEWARE. Geez so much disappointment I forgot to let yall know they clipped her nails to the cuticle. I promise u I am scared for ur pets. Thank u for reading!!
