Cats Exclusive has been a great experience for us. With Covid we are unable to meet the staff and doctors face to face, but they do a great job communicating over the phone. When our very old cat was sick, they would call and check in on how she was doing. They seem to genuinely care about their patients and their humans.

Awesome vet!! We have an older cat as well as a youngster and they treat them with all the care in the world. My older cat DOES NOT like the vet but they know how to handle a cat that can be a little spicy!!???? always impressed with their service.

I have been taking my kitty Bella to Cats Exclusive for a few years. The Drs are extremely kind and caring. The staff who work here ALWAYS go above and beyond to give Bella top notch care!! My kitty is my world and I know she is very well cared for at Cats Exclusive.

My fiance and I are animal lovers especially cat lovers and we love our babies. We are happy and returning customers - The staff and doctors are very friendly and genuinely take care of cats. Say hello to our fur baby ragdoll Kota.

A great cats exclusive clinic I had ever experienced. Nurses and workers there are super nice and helpful and Doctors are so thoughtful and care more than what you're care.

They worked with me, as I was also sick and needed to work around my own appointment. The attention and time that was spent on Eden was above what I've experienced at a typical vet. It was above my expectations. Unfortunately it did cost more than I expected as well, but given their attention and knowledge of cats it wasn't at all out of line. Recommend highly!

Amazing service! Top notch care! They truly do care about your kitty, and do everything they can to help you. Also, they don't rush you out the door when you have questions or concerns at the end of an appointment. I will recommend anyone I know to bring their kitty here! ????

I wanted to leave a review because some people left bad reviews due to COVID-19. These people have always been so incredibly nice to my two kitties, so caring, and they hire vets who are specialists for cats. They are the best vet clinic I have ever been to, and I have been taking my cats there for over half a decade. I love them and value them immensely as a Shoreline institution. I included a photo of my kitties!

I use to love cats exclusive. Not any more. My cat might have a uti and they won't take her because she hasn't been seen since 2017 now what am I supposed to do. Shame on cats exclusive.

I can't praise this clinic highly enough! They take such good care of my 16 year old kitty. I'm admittedly more than a little obsessed with my cat. She's my little best friend so I try to get her the BEST medical care possible and I've found it here. I don't want to just get her shots and call it a day (no judgement if that is what you're looking for but it's not what I need in a clinic.) My cat is also a complete a**hole at the vet, and all the staff here are amazing with her. They really care about her comfort and stress levels which means a lot to me. I've noticed she's less traumatized after visits to this clinic than she was at clinics with dogs. Dr. Elliot is thorough, super kind and I trust her 100% with my girl. Her team is also phenomenal and I'm impressed with every staff members kindness, empathy and professionalism (if I was better with names I would include individual shout-outs.) They stopped taking new patients due the the pandemic (which shows their dedication to their current patient's needs), but once they re-open for new patients I can't recommend this clinic enough!

I've used Cats Exclusive for over 20 years, with multiple pets. They provide compassionate, professional care! It's also kind of nice to know that there aren't any dogs around to scare sensitive cats.

Discovered this place about 20 years. Even after all these years it's still a positive experience. And yes, they only treat cats.

I have used this vet in the past, but I am not one to run to the vet every time I suspect anything. My cat lives alone, on a boat and is never exposed to other animals. Recently, he came down with some type of eye infection. Due to the fact I was not a recent, regular customer they advised me they "can't" see my cat. It is very disappointing that when I need to see the vet, because I haven't been in in a while they "can't" help me. Poor statement as, instead, they "won't" help my cat. I get the need to run a business, but it is quite obvious where the priorities are. They would not even try to assist but, just said you will have to try elsewhere. Not what I would consider professional. Sorry, for my rant just frustrated.

Mr Bare Loves to go to Cats Exclusive and all the extra attention he gets. He is a senior cat and will have a longer happy life thanks to 2 serious medical conditions found early through senior health exams. Thank you Cats Exclusive!

Tried to use their boarding services advertised on their website. Apparently they're not taking new customers, really wish they put that up front on their site! Would have saved me time in looking for accommodations for my kitty! Will have to look elsewhere.

I little downside than I'd prefer but it's the first vet that my cats don't flip it at. They also take great care of our kitties.

I've been bringing my cat here for both veterinary care and boarding for years and they always take great care of him. Visiting the vet is a much calmer experience for him with no dogs around and everyone here seems to genuinely love cats. They're friendly to people, too. ;)

Been taking my cats to Cats Exclusive for almost a decade. They are always friendly and helpful, everyone here obviously LOVES cats (all four of the cats I have brought over the years always get genuine gushy compliments), and most importantly they take excellent care of my babies. Vet visits are stressful enough, so not having to also deal with the unpredictability of dogs is a huge relief (to them AND me). Cats Exclusive has also been very careful and methodical when it comes to the pandemic, so I appreciate knowing they're looking out for me as well as the kitties. Constantly recommending to all my friends when I hear they are looking for a vet. They're the best!

Never been there they said no new clients for now

Always professional and they never try to upsell you. Worth the money. I have 6 cats and slowly taking them all in throughout the year for checkups. As a former vet tech, I feel that I can trust them with my cats and not having dogs or other animals around helps ease their stress.

I'm a cat lady and absolutely love and appreciate the care my beloved furry friend gets here. Can't recommend enough!
